Bungalow a Bali

"Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 giorni e apprezzato molti aspetti della villa. Tuttavia, al termine del soggiorno, entrambi abbiamo avvertito un forte prurito e una sensazione di puntura. Abbiamo anche notato delle sospette macchie nere intorno al letto durante il soggiorno. Non possiamo confermare la causa esatta, ma consigliamo ai futuri ospiti di ispezionare attentamente la biancheria da letto e i materassi. La direzione dovrebbe prendere in considerazione la possibilità di effettuare controlli per la presenza di cimici dei letti o altri insetti. A parte questo inconveniente, il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole."

"Abbiamo affittato una villa con piscina. La posizione era fantastica e il personale dell'hotel era gentilissimo. Le colazioni erano deliziose e meravigliose. Potevano servirvele in camera o su un vassoio galleggiante in piscina. Era assolutamente meraviglioso."

"Abbiamo avuto la meravigliosa opportunità di soggiornare in tre ville di questo hotel e in una camera standard. Ogni camera era molto confortevole, persino la camera standard (che, a quanto pare, offre la vista migliore sul vulcano più grande). La villa più grande e costosa ha una caratteristica unica: ha una cucina privata. Non l'abbiamo utilizzata, ma le colazioni sono eccellenti e la cena può essere ordinata direttamente in camera con un piccolo supplemento. È un luogo meraviglioso e tranquillo con viste incredibili su risaie, vulcani e palme. Il personale è disponibile e il proprietario è attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Ci piacerebbe molto tornarci!"

"Mi piace la vibrazione di questa villa, con un ambiente fantastico e decorazioni tradizionali, e il personale qui è così utile, ma le interiori devono essere migliorate, come le basi e l'igiene nella stanza."

"Vicinissimo all'aeroporto, soggiorno confortevole per la nostra ultima notte prima di partire da Bali. Niente di speciale nei dintorni della villa, ma un soggiorno piacevole. Il taxi per Kuta Beachwalk è a circa 15-20 minuti. Un'ora più un'ora di taxi per Uluwatu. Ville pulite e ben tenute rispetto alle altre due in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante questo viaggio. Sicurezza grazie al personale presente in loco."

"We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Pertiwi Uma Sari. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, perfect for escaping busy city life. The hotel is surrounded by nature, making it peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful from check-in until check-out. They responded quickly to our messages and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was also very convenient that we could rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. This made it easy for us to explore around the area. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again when visiting Bali. Thank you for the warm hospitality!"

"Per questo denaro una grande villa! 2 camere in ogni bagno, pulire la villa ogni giorno! Puoi cucinare tutto quello che comprate nel negozio, abbiamo fatto bistecca!"

"L'hotel e le camere sono di buon livello, ma ci sono ancora diversi aspetti da migliorare, quindi nel complesso darei un voto di 2,5 su 5. 1) Durante il mio soggiorno di una settimana, ho richiesto la pulizia della camera in due occasioni, ma le mie richieste sono state semplicemente ignorate (il personale ha capito la mia richiesta ma non l'ha soddisfatta). 2) La colazione è molto semplice e l'attesa è di oltre 30 minuti, il che sembra eccessivo. L'ultimo giorno ho richiesto la colazione alle 8:05 e l'ho ricevuta solo alle 9:05: non avevo mai riscontrato un ritardo simile. 3) La posizione dell'hotel su Grab è errata: se si prenota un taxi usando il nome dell'hotel, vi lascerà a circa 500 metri di distanza. 4) L'acqua nella doccia non defluisce correttamente, causando allagamenti in bagno. 5) Il primo giorno mi era stato promesso un trasferimento al secondo o terzo piano il giorno successivo, ma in seguito mi è stato detto che tutte le camere erano al completo. 6) Ho pagato per una camera per due adulti, ma ho soggiornato da solo. L'ultimo giorno, mi è stata negata la colazione per me e il mio accompagnatore. Dato che ho pagato per due adulti, sarebbe stato ragionevole accogliere la mia richiesta. 7) All'ingresso in camera, invece di un foglio di benvenuto con le informazioni di base e la password del Wi-Fi, si viene accolti da un listino prezzi che elenca i costi per eventuali danni. Sebbene sia comprensibile fornire un elenco del genere, non dà un senso di benvenuto ed è scomodo dover chiedere separatamente la password del Wi-Fi. Nel complesso, l'hotel come struttura è valido, ma il servizio necessita decisamente di un miglioramento significativo."

"Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno incredibile nella villa e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visitasse la zona. Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale era incredibilmente caldo, amichevole e attento. Sono sempre disposti ad aiutare e a soddisfare le nostre richieste in fretta, rendendoci molto ben curati per tutta la nostra permanenza. La villa stessa superava le nostre aspettative. Era proprio come le foto, bellamente mantenute, senza spot, e concesse con pensiero. Le camere e le aree comuni erano spaziali, confortevoli e perfette per rilassarsi. Tutto era pulito, ben tenuto, e contribuì a una piacevole esperienza. Un altro grande plus è stato l'ubicazione, che si trovava convenientemente vicino ai luoghi che volevamo visitare, rendendo facile andare in giro e risparmiandoci un sacco di tempo di viaggio. Avere ristoranti, attrazioni e altre attrazioni in una posizione di facile accesso rendeva il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La maggior parte delle cose si è rivelata il servizio generale e l’attenzione ai dettagli, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno insonni e senza stress. In generale, è stata una bella esperienza da parte del cominciare a finire. Ci siamo apprezzati molto e non esitavamo a tornare in futuro. Grazie alla squadra per aver reso il nostro viaggio così memorabile. Ci saremo certamente di nuovo!"

"I have many good things to say about this hotel but I must say that no other hotel beats their hospitality and warmness. On the day we arrived, we were paused from moving to listen to the manager’s introduction of the hotel and what to do if a certain situation arises. Ultimately, the briefing the manager gave us showcased the highest level of care, security, and sincerity which really made us feel at home despite staying here for 3 nights. Since there was renovation works being completed beside the hotel, we were given complimentary breakfast and a 60 minute massage. Without fail, the breakfast always appeared on our table at the timing we wanted and it is always absolutely scrumptious. During our stay, we had troubled the staff a lot - mostly because we were afraid of some small flies and occasionally bees but there was a time a spider just suddenly appeared and we went to find the staff. The moment I told the staff about this while my girlfriend was hiding underneath the bedsheets, the staff (and i’m not joking) literally jumped off his seat and ran to get his equipment and ran to the Villa we were staying at. Within 5 minutes, the spider was sent to heaven and we got to have, yet another lovely night’s rest. By the way, this was at 10:30pm and it did not even caused any trouble to the staff - the staff even made sure to spray some pesticide at dark corners and possible areas bugs may hide/nest. I’m not saying this hotel is infested with bugs, but since we are living on an island, a tropical one, there’s bound to be some. For those worried about bugs the common ones are just lizards and they are a safe signal as they are proof that all the bugs have already been eaten by them. On our last night, we went to get a spa and after the spa, we paid 700,000 IDR for 2 people for 90 minutes, directly to the massage therapists. On the way down the stairs, I could hear the staff running to us and making sure if we had paid yet or not. At first I was puzzled, but seeing the worried look and sweaty face of the staff made me realise something wasn’t right. We informed her we had paid 700,000 IDR already and she told us there is a 50% discount (-350,000IDR) that should have been given. After this, she immediately ran up to the rooftop from the 1st floor to get the refund back from the massage therapists. After that, we were so touched we tipped her and continued off to get a good night’s rest. On the day we checked out, our laundry may not have arrived on time, but thanks to the hotel they rushed it and ensured it was washed, dried, ironed, and delivered to our doorstep 3 hours before we checked out. In a nutshell, please come to this hotel/villa if you are playing near Jimbaran - such as the Jimbaran Beach for a nice lovely dinner which we went for or to the Uluwatu Cliff to take nice pictures on the beachside or enjoy a wonderful meal on the cliffside at Malini.
