Finding the property was easy. When I got to the property, the receptionist, I don't think she understood the assignment. I was feeling exhausted from the distance of traveling only to hear they couldn't find my reservation. There was little to no empathy displayed from her. The room is very spacious and the area was very quiet. It's located to a lot of places you can go to chillax and eat.

The place initially had ac amd internet, but both went out after my husband arrived. He was staying at this hotel due to the recent hurricane stopping his electricity and they  said they had electricity. When I attempted to contact the supervisor about changing his room , I continuously got hung up on and the front desk rep stopped answering my calls. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, and  my family and i would never stay here again.

Ça manque un peu de propreté, quelques poils et surtout la piscine très sale, je n’ai vu personne se baigner…

Ho dato 5 stelle per il bellissimo personale, la bella spiaggia e il buon cibo jamaicano cucinato a casa.La mia seconda vacanza divertente, la prima era con mio marito e la seconda con i miei due figli. Il personale (non posso chiamarli come ciascuno e ogni membro del personale andavano sopra e oltre per assicurarci che siamo felici e attenti alla mia 3 anni). Ci ha portati a Benta Falls (bellissimo) dove potremmo camminare e nuotare in acqua per un prezzo molto ragionevole. Steve uscirà se il suo modo di farti sentire comodo. La spiaggia è perfetta senza roccia o erba marina. Situato a 3 minuti dal centro di negro dove troverete negozi locali, ristorante di mare e negozi di vendite. I prezzi nella città sono economici. Non un resort 5 stelle, tuttavia una 5 stelle esperienza!!! Ci saremo di nuovo. Grazie per il Divertimento Vacanze!

We are very experienced travellers and not picky complainers! This hotel is sadly rundown. It reminded me of a Cuban holiday at a 2 or 3 star resort.  *Location is great.  *Beach was small and the staff did very little to clean up the seaweed that had washed ashore the prior week. Each day we had to wonder down the beach and paid other hotels to use their beach chairs as they had cleaned their beaches and ours had not.  *Pool was murky so we didn’t even dip our toes in.  *Pool and beach loungers broken, some were in good condition though!  *Swim up bar is permanently closed. *Not enough seating in restaurant for guests. Not even enough salt and pepper shakers for each table or cutlery for each guest. People were lined up waiting for fresh coffee daily and many resorted to buying instant at the store to make their own in the mornings!  Often no napkins.  *Thank goodness we did not do all inclusive as the food was limited.  *We had no bedding at first, were told there was no extra but then got some delivered late that night! Thank you!  *A fridge or hairdryer or coffee maker are all extra and you have to preorder them for your room. But when we got there said they actually didn’t have them but did eventually get them a few days later!! *Staff were pleasant and housekeeping did an excellent job in our room.  *Our air conditioning leaked the first few days and we had to keep our only garbage can under it and empty it daily but they did fix it on day 5!  *You really just get what you pay for! We paid a lower price compared to other places.  *This hotel was fine (but not great by any means) we only ate breakfast and slept at our hotel and the rooms were clean! We would not return as we’d happily pay more to have a nicer place for future holidays as we’ve been to Jamaica many times.  *But if you love Cuban vibe and have low expectations, you really just want a clean room then this is the place for you!  *We’re not saying don’t stay here, just be aware of what you are really booking!

La terza visita per me, la vista si fa sempre meglio. Non ha fatto niente, ma godersi la spiaggia e gli antichi locali. La stanza era pulita, acqua calda quando era necessaria, cibo abbondante con molte piatti di frutta e verdura,almeno 2 scelte di proteine,la lobster era un bel trattamento.Quando doveva essere in camera,molte tele da scegliere,ma chi vuole essere in una stanza in Jamaica?? Pianificare l'anno prossimo, porterà un'esplosione di flotta per rendere i saloni più comodi. Meno vestiti,non c'è bisogno di vestirsi in questo posto, solo essere te stesso!! Godetevi l'ospitalità e il caldo tempo!
