Non è assolutamente un hotel 5 stelle. Forse un 4. Ma non un 5. Camere vecchie e personale per nulla professionale.

Hotel molto carino con camere pulite e spaziose con bella vista sul mare. La colazione era fantastica, la varietà di cucine diverse ci ha colpito molto. Il materiale è stato molto educato. Ci siamo riposati bene e abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno. La musica ad alto volume della festa nell'area della piscina era un po' inappropriata durante il giorno.

I had an incredible experience at Manila Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of intramuros. The bed was so comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like complimentary water and snacks. Also thank you for the upgrade room. The hotel's location was perfect – close to nearby attractions, restaurants, etc. I also had the chance to enjoy hotel amenities like the gym, and pool, which were top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend Manila Hotel to anyone visiting Philippines. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

The lobby is amazing after so many years it still looking grande. The room is a big disappointment. It needs upgrading. The carpet is absolutely dusty and if you are rhinitis sufferer beware. The breakfast was great. With its affordable price I will still return.

Enjoyed every bit of Valentines because we stayed in Manila Hotel. Room was very spacious and while it’s old, it is well kept. Room service was quick and courteous. They really made sure everything is in order.

All the staff are very accomodating. My family really enjoyed satying at the hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Café Ilang-Ilang, where their breakfast buffet truly stood out as one of the best I’ve had. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything was fresh and flavorful. What made it even better was the bakery – I couldn’t resist trying some of their pastries, and they did not disappoint. The bakery alone is worth a visit! On top of all that, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for great food and warm service.

One of the best hotels in Manila. It is very close to historical sites like Intramuros, Luneta Park. The hotel vibe is classic but lively. Every night there are performances.
