One of the poorest experiences in a so-called Luxury Property I’ve ever had. And I have had plenty, I hold status with various Hotel Chains, Titanium Elite with Marriott amongst others. We were returning to Uruguay From Buenos Aires and were needing a 1 night stay in the Campana Area to have a good Night Rest and maybe some Spa Time. Since none of our preferred Hotel Chains had a local presence I decided to explore one of my minor Loyalty Programs, Accor. That’s how we came to know this Sofitel Property. Once arrived at the locations my wife and I were a bit confused. The Setting was not very Hotel like. At the gate we found out that we were entering a gated community. This was not mentioned on the Accor website. If I had known that I would not have stayed there. I’ve nothing against it but I’m familiar with the urban and natural design of these areas and It’s not my cup of tea if on Holiday. Anyway, once at the gate we had to wait for several minutes to get access even after providing ou ID’s to the security guards. They would not let us through until the property confirmed that we were on the reservation list. Once the Hotel finally confirmed we were asked to open our trunk for inspection before accessing the community. This was a very hostile situation. I’ve had better experiences with TSA. At check-in I expressed my discontent with the front desk employee who did not address the issue nor offered any kind of apology. I’m just starting to assume things are done this way at this hotel, a little less Hospitality and little more rudeness. After the check-in process was fulfilled credit card swiped forms filled out we were “reminded” that check-out was at Noon sharp and that we would not be welcome to stay at the premises afterwards. ***, really? No lunch?, No visit to the garden? No possibility to leave luggage until the afternoon for a quick visit to the city nearby? No, you are requested to LEAVE at noon. Well, that was it for us. We no longer felt welcome there. We decided to get some work done and have dinner before going to bed and leave the next morning right after Breakfast. The room was good. Although, I had requested and paid for a King Size bed, we were given two twin beds instead. It’s spacious with a modern design. The TV is rather small considering the size of the room. The Bath Room is comfortable, it has a separate walk in shower and bath tub. There’s also a nice and spacious balcony without comfortable furniture. That is not a big issue as you don’t want to stay there too long. There’s a highway nearby and after a few minutes the sound off traffic gets on your nerves. We ordered Simple room service dishes. Steak with mashed potatoes and a Burger with fries. Steak was acceptable served a bit cold though. Burger was not very good. Bun was to dry and patty overcooked. No sauce hence Superdry experience. What caught my eye was that the room service Menu did not include any clear options for Vegetarians/Vegans and/or persons with Aller

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Buenos Aires e questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa. La nostra stanza era pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era terribile. La stanza era un po' piccola ma ancora abbastanza gestibile. Portate le mutandine, come il pavimento della tela nella stanza si raffredda.Vi consiglio anche di portare con voi qualche hangar di maniglia, il tipo di filo che si ottiene dai puliziari secchi che non vi importa di lasciare dietro. Non c'è un asciugacapelli nella stanza, ma si può ottenere uno dal desk front. Si può anche ottenere un tavolo di ferro e di ferro dalla custodia di casa se ne ha bisogno. Non c'è un tipo di uscita elettrica nella stanza, ma c'è un tipo europeo. Il colazione incluso era sufficiente: pasticceria, tagli freddi, cereali secchi, formaggio, caffè, tè e succo d’arancia fresco. Se arrivate presto, il desk front memorierà il bagaglio per voi fino a quando la vostra stanza non sarà pronta. A pochi passi dall'hotel, vi sono molti attrazioni, oltre ad eccellenti ristoranti. Solo un isolato di distanza è un piccolo posto familiare chiamato Viejo Alsina che offre un'ottima cena a un prezzo molto economico. Il famoso mercato San Telmo è a mezzo chilometro di distanza. Per qualche motivo Uber non può prendere o lasciare l'hotel. È circa un quarto di chilometro al punto di pick-up più vicino. Il servizio auto (Talixo) che abbiamo prenotato all'aeroporto e da esso è stato permesso di tirare alla porta del lobby. Questo è stato $74 per un viaggio in giro. In tutto questo, questo hotel era perfetto e il prezzo era un negozio ($321 per la settimana). Potrebbe essere stato il tasso d'inverno, ma l'inverno è il momento migliore per visitare BA.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Amo il nostro soggiorno qui nel maggio 2023 in questo hotel. Grande posizione nel centro di BA, a metà strada tra Obelisk e Plaza de Mayo. È stato accolto con un check-in precoce dopo un lungo volo che è stato molto benvenuto. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana chiamato Sube (devi acquistare la carta da speciali kioschi giornali in BA, poi la porta alla stazione per pagare per aggiungere soldi sulla carta). È un sistema di trasporto integrato, quindi si può utilizzare gli autobus e la metropolitana con la carta Sube molto economico e facile da raggiungere. Grazie Hotel 725 & Buenos Aires, molto da vedere e fare e fantastico cibo e bevande!

Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, dispone di camere ampie e molto confortevoli. La struttura dell'hotel è antica, ma le camere sono 100% ristrutturate e il prezzo giornaliero, molto vale la pena. La posizione è buona, in una passeggiata si è vicino a tutti i punti turistici. Molti caffè e ristoranti vicini. L'inconveniente è l'hotel non avere colazione, offre solo una macchina da caffè gratuita.

Fue todo excelente, la atención del personal, la limpieza y comodidad de los departamentos, muy cercanos al barrio chino, la cancha de River y los bosques de Palermo. Destacable la atención del personal, desde el primer momento fueron muy amables nos dieron buenas recomendaciones de la zona y estuvieron atentos durante toda nuestra estadía

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Sono andato all'Hotel Parada estremamente preoccupata per le valutazioni negative, ma ho rischiato per il prezzo basso e la posizione. Ho visto le valutazioni che hanno riportato questioni di pulizia e precarietà nel servizio in camera, quindi ho già viaggiato con lenzuola e asciugamani nella valigia. Tuttavia, sono rimasto sei giorni all'hotel e, onestamente, non ho visto niente delle carenze indicate dagli altri ospiti, forse l'hotel ha cercato di migliorare. Camere confortevoli, pulite, non c'è stato rumore notturno, nemmeno il sole entrando nelle camere. Rispondenti di servizio che hanno indicato che potremmo chiedere nuovi asciugamani ogni volta che vogliamo. I bagni non hanno una scatola, ma chi ha già viaggiato in altri paesi sa bene che la questione della scatola è un'altra tradizione brasiliana, e non è stato un fatto che ha reso la vasca incomoda. La posizione è ottima, con due agenzie dell' Western Union vicino, molte torte da bere. Mi sono sentito obbligato a fare questa valutazione perché tra tante valutazioni negative, i due camere occupate da me, il mio collega, e le nostre madri, non hanno corrispondeto alle critiche contenute nelle valutazioni.

This was a very reasonable hotel in a great location, there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but almost next door are a number of bars and restaurants which serve plentiful good food. The rooms are not plush and could do with refreshing but they were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and all the meat cheese and baked items and was free. We stayed 6 nights in all. 3 before our cruise and 3 afterwards.
