Excellent hotel with a beautiful gym and swimming pool, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the cleanliness is perfect. The receptionists are super nice and friendly! They even upgraded us to the best room without paying the supplement. The breakfast is good and well stocked and there is also a good restaurant. I recommend it to everyone!!! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE HOTEL MANAGER GABRIELE!

Hotel molto bello e pulito, stanza abbastanza grande, colazione molto ricca con molta varietà sia dolce che salata, personale gentile e sempre disponibile, piscina sia interna che esterna molto belle!! Assolutamente consigliato!!!!

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso al RAMADA PLAZA Hotel e speriamo di tornarci. Il servizio da parte di tutto il personale è stato impeccabile, le strutture con tutte le tecnologie e pulite. La colazione era ricca con abbastanza varietà di opzioni. Abbiamo usato la palestra e il Vitality club per massaggi, bagno turco e sauna che ci siamo divertiti. Anche le due grandi piscine dove abbiamo trascorso diverse ore di relax hanno dato un tocco speciale alla nostra vacanza.

L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e c'erano molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi l'accessibilità era buona. La stazione della metropolitana è a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi è un posto perfetto per fare una pausa tra un viaggio e l'altro.

THE GOOD POINTS The hotel is beautifully appointed with a lovely reception and atrium and breakfast/terrace areas. The reception staff are all very nice and helpful (esp Christian Savu who really helped when my mum was sick and needed an ambulance to see a doctor in hospital). Cleaning and breakfast staff also very nice. The Dorobanti location is great. Impeccably clean. Good breakfast (but need proper fresh milk - in particular, decent size mugs/teapots - they had nothing when I asked, and at this point we were pretty much the only guest in the hotel!). POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT YES! On three counts - the heating, the plumbing and worst of all, the hotel management. Unfortunately I CANNOT recommend anyone stays here after no sleep for 5 out of 7 nights we stayed - they simply do not care about their guests' wellbeing, sleep, enjoyment and experience. To take each point in turn.... The heating was oppressive - on to the max everywhere at all times and was not changeable. We could not cool our rooms. Had to switch the system off totally, and open the windows but it made little difference. It was stifling, sweaty and really unpleasant, especially when ill with a temp and gastro virus. Poor plumbing - constantly blocked sinks, poor water pressure, shower cuts out, dangerous water temperature spikes caused scalding. I took my elderly mum to visit my sister and her family of 5 for Christmas - her first time in 7yrs to see them in Bucharest and also will be mum's last ever trip overseas due to deteriorating health. It was therefore a big deal.... Sadly, all 7 of our family were in turn struck down by a gastric virus. I was in bed for 2 days sick myself. Mum was the last of us to get ill overnight as we were due to fly home and I had to extend the stay another 2 nights as she was too sick to travel. That same night from which she awoke ill, I had had to go down to reception at 0119hrs in my dressing gown due to two male guests in a room on the same floor directly across the atrium from ours. They were smoking out the window, had all their lights and TV blaring, were clearly drunk and up to ”all sorts”, laughing/shouting/jeering and generally behaving like animals. The receptionist said that they'd be charged for smoking in the room and that other guests had also complained. He said they'd get security to remove them if it continued (I now realise this was empty words to pacify). Thankfully the guys went out on the town whilst I was talking to reception. The next day a different receptionist confirmed there'd been many other complaints and these guys had put a sock over the smoke alarm and had actually trashed their room. He was very unimpressed. I asked had they been evicted from the hotel and he said no - the management only said to charge them for smoking?! He said they were staying another night. By this point I was deep in trying to also arrange medical attention for my now sick 81yr old mother and delay our return travel. He gave

L'hotel è in evidente declino. Vengo qui diverse volte da più di 10 anni. L'ho sempre scelto per la sua posizione e l'ottima colazione. Anche se la colazione è comunque molto buona, il resto dei servizi è nella media o scadente. L'hotel necessita di una ristrutturazione urgente, i tappeti sono sporchi, gli impianti del bagno sono vecchi, i ventilatori sono estremamente rumorosi, il pavimento era pieno di attrezzature non funzionanti e mobili di altre stanze. Sebbene fossi un cliente, sono stato rifiutato dalla reception quando ho chiesto loro di tenere una borsa per mezz'ora finché qualcuno non sarebbe venuto a prenderla per me. Davvero scortese.

Gli agenti del desk front sono stati estremamente utili e considerati. Tre pezzi di bagaglio sono stati trovati mancanti all'aeroporto internazionale di Bucarest. Mike, ha cercato di chiamare la compagnia aerea, rintracciando il nostro bagaglio. Quando era un fine settimana, doveva chiamare appartamenti diversi. In generale, l'hotel del personale era davvero incredibile. Ci è piaciuto il colazione che ha offerto molte scelte e un po' di gustoso. Le camere erano pulite e spaziose. Molto raccomandato.

L'Athina Suites Hotel è una scelta di alloggio impressionante.Si trova in una posizione eccellente, ma è in realtà in Bucarest, non al largo del mare.L'hotel è decorato in modo splendido, ha una camera per salotto, una camera aperta e confortevole e dotata di strutture moderne. Il personale è amichevole e professionale e offre un ottimo servizio.Inoltre, il Bar e il ristorante sotto l'hotel sono soddisfacenti.In sintesi, Athina Suites Hotel è una scelta perfetta per le vacanze, lasciandovi memorie inoltrabili.
