Hotel a Bucarest, Romania

Hotel carino, il personale era grande e accogliente, molto bello interno. Le camere sono molto piccole ma standard, completamente gratuito e stabile Wi-Fi in tutto l'edificio, e il colazione era buona. L'unico lato inferiore era la zona. Era un grande shock. È in una zona molto brutta con trappole, tossicodipendenti e altri indesiderati. Un breve passo verso la stazione ferroviaria e vediamo due uomini che si attaccano regolarmente intorno a sniffare le ghiandole dai sacchi. Non una riflessione sull'hotel, come dico, è un ottimo hotel e ha migliorato il nostro soggiorno a causa della pulizia e della sicurezza che ha offerto

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

La suite nel complesso è buona e dispone di un soggiorno molto comodo per ricevere gli ospiti. I cuscini sul letto erano un po' duri. Durante il mio soggiorno, il condizionatore nel soggiorno è andato in cortocircuito ed è scattato, quindi ho dovuto cambiare stanza. L'igiene è molto buona.

L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e c'erano molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quindi l'accessibilità era buona. La stazione della metropolitana è a 10 minuti a piedi, quindi è un posto perfetto per fare una pausa tra un viaggio e l'altro.

Risposta cordiale e tempestiva al momento del check-in. I servizi dell'hotel sono abbastanza buoni. C'è un ristorante e un minimarket nella hall (anche se era costoso ad essere onesti) L'hotel dove tornerei volentieri se dovessi tornare dopo aver prenotato per un solo giorno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per le vacanze natalizie, devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto dal personale molto cortese ed attento all'attenzione del titolare sempre presente. Da provare sicuramente veramente valido!

ottimo hotel a 1 km dal centro. personale serio e competente ottima colazione internazionale. bello il bagno e stanza molto spaziosa. frigo bar phon e ciabatte. Netflix Disney ecc funzionante... direi ottimo! letto senza top non è top.... parcheggio piccolo per le auto. problemi d insonorizzazione e odore di fumo per colpa di gente che fuma nella struttura.

La camera d'albergo aveva tutto il necessario e le dimensioni erano normali. Il letto molto comodo. Servono anche una colazione al mattino, dove puoi trovare vari prodotti in formato buffet. E il personale dell'hotel era molto buono. L'hotel non è vicino al centro, ma la fermata dell'autobus è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Inoltre, se vieni dall'aeroporto, ha una buona posizione. ripeterei. Altamente raccomandato.

La nostra visita a Bucarest dal Regno Unito è stata estremamente piacevole, a causa dell'amicizia e dell'aiuto del personale, in particolare Vlad sulla ricezione per cui non c'era nulla di troppo difficoltoso.
