Il personale era molto accogliente e in grado di aiutare con qualsiasi domanda avessi. Assicurati di informarmi sugli orari di apertura e chiusura in città con restrizioni Covid. L'hotel offre una colazione che sembra incantevole ma non ho avuto tempo per questo. Check-out intorno alle 3 del mattino per andare all'aeroporto e questo è stato facile e veloce. La camera era confortevole e molto spaziosa. Aveva un minibar, TV, asciugacapelli e un armadio per appendere i vestiti se necessario. Ha anche l'udito e l'aria condizionata, il che è fantastico. Ottima esperienza complessiva e consiglierei a chiunque di provarlo se si visita Bucarest!

My first time to give a 2 star. To be fair, it WAS great. I emailed to request some other services before I arrived. The staff was helpful and replied promptly. When I arrived, the receptionist was attentive and briefed me on everything. All the staff was polite and greeted you when you came back and left, probably they were trying to improve after some previous bad reviews. The location was perfect. The price was reasonable. Everything was alright, but you only need to do one thing wrong to turn the 5 stars into 2 stars: The next morning after my first night, there was another receptionist. I told him that 'no need to clean my room' and my room number. I repeated it once again and he repeated no need to clean. I confirmed and left. When I was back in my room that night, my room was cleaned. 1. I hated people touching my sleeping clothes. 2. The most critical issue, all my personal towels were hung on the rack close to the toilet bowl. I'm sure when the cleaner cleaned it, she/he should have accidentally touch my towels. Even cautious enough, when people flushed the toilet without covering the lid, my towels would be contaminated. I covered the lid every time after I used it, when I was back, it was uncovered. If I know there's cleaner coming, I usually put my towels away from the toilet. I gave the same instruction to many hotels previously, and it worked fine. I don't understand what goes wrong with this hotel. Tbh, it ruined my whole trip, it was my last night and I burst into tears. I didn't have extra towels and had to use the same set. Btw, the hairdryer worked for around 10 sec and stopped. You've to wait for several minutes for it to work for 10 sec again. I didn't report this as I was initially worrying they would try to replace or put another one in my room and accidentally cleaned my room.

A bit of a mixed bag. Firstly, my room was HUGE! Massive celling, king size bed and comfortable bedding. Also a proper bath which I very much appreciated. My room however was located directly next to reception and I heard people coming and checking in throughout. It was also out on to the main street with a small bar directly opposite. The location is very close to the up and coming shopping & restaurant areas (think Shoreditch for a London equivalent) and has good local amenities but not the prettiest area however that is in the eye of the beholder. It was fine for me but I am pretty low maintenance so more just to make other travellers aware.

Muy buena localización, se pueden visitar los principales monumentos a pie, y está muy cerca de una de las avenidas comerciales más grandes de la ciudad. Hay muchas opciones para cenar, o tomar algo, en los alrededores del mismo. Respecto al hotel, las habitaciones son amplias, aunque el mobiliario es antiguo, en nuestro caso estábamos en la ultima planta, pudimos descansar sin ruidos. El desayuno es muy justo, lo peor de la experiencia, está en el sótano del edificio. Tienen un parking con 5 plazas solamente, se puede aparcar en la calle por el mismo precio, es fácil encontrar sitio.
