Il personale di servizio in camera e al ristorante è molto buono. Il servizio di portineria deve essere migliorato e necessita di più formazione Per gli ospiti che spendono anche soldi per soggiornare, non credo che dovrebbero aiutare a portare i bagagli solo se devono prendere affari o lusso macchine. Ha semplicemente fatto finta di guardare il comportamento scomparso dell'auto privata di Didi. Che tipo di occhi guarderebbero gli altri dall'alto in basso?

Seconda volta in questo posto. Esperienza davvero confortevole a tutto tondo, fatta eccezione per le uova strapazzate a colazione, tutti gli altri prodotti per la colazione erano davvero molto buoni. Ampia scelta anche di colazioni alla carta. Bella piscina. Personale adorabile. Ristoranti gustosi nell'hotel e molti nelle vicinanze, ad esempio Little Dadong è proprio lungo la strada in un centro commerciale. Ottima posizione vicino a negozi di fascia alta e media, la Città Proibita è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Sarebbe bello avere dei divani nella hall come al Waldorf, ma a parte questo tutto bene.

Non mi pento assolutamente di aver soggiornato al Peninsula Beijing. Ogni dollaro speso qui ne è valsa la pena, dai servizi di facchinaggio, al check-in, ai solidi menù per la cena, alla cura della persona, alle opzioni per lo shopping, alla sua posizione privilegiata. Eravamo a pochi minuti dall'abbondanza di centri commerciali, snack, ristoranti e dal grande centro commerciale pedonale all'aperto. I servizi qui sono incredibili e ben forniti. Portatevi il costume da bagno per approfittare della piscina. Il personale della piscina e della spa è stato molto cordiale ed estremamente professionale. Inoltre, il personale del check-in è stato professionale e paziente mentre stavo ripassando le mie competenze in mandarino. Mi sono sentito estremamente calmo e accogliente. Il personale del ristorante è stato gentile e sicuramente le nostre superstar. Il loro menù per la colazione comprendeva un'autentica colazione cinese e opzioni occidentali.

I must say this is one of the best hotels in Beijing, so elegantly decorated and well maintained. Room is spacious and comfortable, and thanks for the impeccable service from all the well trained staffs. What amazed me was how they paid attention to all the small details and personal touches, also a lot of privacy for hotel guests. Breakfast was quality and taste really good. Dim sum lunch at Huang Ting is worth stopping by.

Great place but not rest area in the lobby if you have to wait for a car or a delivery.

Luxurious and exceptional service from every staff. Suites are spacious and high tech. Loved every second of our stay and every small details. Enjoyed the spa too, the only small fault I can find is there is no jacuzzi or some water jet facility at the pool. Do not miss going up to the roof top bar to try their summer drinks. Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend and my only address in future to Beijing.

Austin was extremely helpful with our early check-in. When our room was not ready he managed it perfectly with an upgrade which was lovely. Hotel breakfast spread was wide and of good quality. Our second stay here and it won’t be our last.

Top notch, amazing service and facilities

The room is not as pretty as the ones in Peninsula Hong Kong and Shanghai. But the main issue is the service. We arrived at mid night. No one at the entrance to greet or help with our luggage. The staff at concierge was with an unfriendly face. After check-in, we asked the staff at reception if any of the hotel restaurants were still open. He said only the bar at 14/F did. But funny enough, we went up all the way to 14/F but the bar was closed. How could the hotel staff not know the opening hours of the restaurants? We then asked the staff at the entrance (finally someone there) if there were any places for a quick bite nearby. He said not at all as it’s very late now. But then we still went out to try. Within 10-minute walk, there were a couple of dumpling places. How could the staff’s answer be so definite when he’s indeed wrong? In general, the staff was not trained to greet hotel guests. At the corridor of my floor, I took the initiative to say hi to a staff member but surprisingly no response from him. And when I went out through the door at entrance where I was after my husband, a staff member suddenly interrupted my way by walking after my husband but before me. No basic courtesy, One thing that impressed us was the standing shower area. No water leakage at all which is uncommon for hotels. Good design!

The penninsula is Beijing's flagship hotel. It is comfortable with large rooms after a recent renovation. Staff are attentive and superb. The location is unbeatable. Amenities are fantastic. We had a great stay here.

Nice hotel but very old facilities. Breakfast was great, but don’t expect the same level of faculties as Shanghai or Paris.

2nd stay in 6 months,

Stayed here previously in 2021 and the hotel was immaculate and the service was amazing. This trip I was excited to stay again but I was disappointed with the smell of smoke on our floor and in our room. Following my complaint to reception we were moved to a different floor and our room upgraded. The cleanliness was lacking and the room was a little grubby in places. The food was ok but I feel the attention to detail wasn’t the same as our previous visit. Previously we stayed in December and we were left snacks each day with notes from reception with tips for our stay and we were given a small Xmas gift on departure as a keep sake, it was a nice touch. I don’t feel the hotel price tag matches the experience. Disappointed 😔
