What can I say about our stay at the Rhinefield Hotel? Absolutely outstanding. My partner booked an overnight stay in the Walker Suite (Bridal Suite) for my 30th Birthday and we lived like Kings & Queens! On arrival we were greeted by Harry at the door who checked us in and carried our bags to our room, as well as a history tour of the hotel. So friendly & welcoming. The hotel decor is beautiful, the attention to detail is second to none and the staff are so attentive and thoughtful. We were offered complimentary champagne, prosecco & other drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. I also had a 55 minute full body massage which was definitely needed and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only criticism is that there was very few chairs in the pool area to use when it was busy. The menu tasting experience at dinner was delicious and we had a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter (Jeremy) who made our evening even better. The morning after we were welcomed with a stunning breakfast delivered to our room by Jeremy. We left our order hung on our door the night before and there was so much choice. We opted for the full English breakfast, pastries & fresh orange juice. Jeremy called our room phone to let us know our breakfast was on its way to us which was great. 10/10 - delicious! What a treat to tuck into our food overlooking the hotel gardens. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Such a special way to celebrate turning 30 and I will most definitely be back. Il servizio del ristorante è anche molto buono, i dipendenti sono sempre molto attenti e entusiasti. Questa è la quinta volta che siamo rimasti a Cottage Lodge, e non sarà la nostra ultima volta. La posizione è tale che una volta parcheggiato (in un posto di parcheggio privato, contrassegnato) si può camminare dalla porta a tutti i locali caffè/bar/restauranti, ma è anche possibile camminare nella foresta e nella riserva naturale locale. Una breve guida vi porterà a Lyndhurst (o è camminabile, soprattutto evitando le strade). Le camere sono tutte individuate, quindi sapete esattamente quale stanza vi siete intenzionati - abbiamo solo due, ma sono sicuro che sono tutti carini! Le camere sono pulite, le letti sono confortevoli, il tè/caffee e i bagni, il ventilatore e il riscaldamento (non era necessario, ma sempre buono per avere!) e un cassaforte. Mi sono lasciato nascere che era il mio compleanno durante il nostro soggiorno, e questo ha portato al nostro parcheggio l'etichettatura del compleanno, che ha mostrato un po' di gioia in camera, e ogni membro del personale che mi desidera festa di compleanno. Gli alimenti caldi sono cucinati per ordinare (pre-ordine cereali/succhi/bevande calde ecc il giorno precedente) e la piccola squadra è molto efficiente nel servire. C'è un ristorante ”White Tails” per cena, gestito come un'azienda separata - prenotazione in anticipo molto consigliabile, non aperto ogni giorno, ma sicuramente vale la pena andare - il cibo è grande! Per noi non ci sono negativi per rimanere a Cottage Lodge.
