Overall a good hotel. Room was a little outdated - old carpets and air con not working very well. A long walk from the lift to room also. Breakfast was very good (as it was in a steakhouse next door). Friendly staff with efficient check in / out process.

We stayed here on our way to Cardiff. We didn’t arrive until nearly midnight and thankfully check in is open until 4am though you have to press a buzzer and security will let you in. We were checked in within 5 minutes. The room was basic as you’d expect but was fine for the night. The beds are so comfortable and it was really quiet which was perfect. The location is perfect. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby and Temple Meads train station is about 10-15min walk

Great Central Location, swift and easy check-in, clean comfortable room, quite air-con which worked well, windows that opened allowing fresh air in, helpful and pleasant reception staff, especially when the room access card stopped working. Also, good breakfast and pleasant smiling staff.

Good location for access to city and river area. Reception staff very helpful and room very clean. The only downside was the room was very cold and ac kept blowing cold air out - it was so cold that we had to go out to warm up! Did inform of issue to staff who did try to help but issue was never resolved!

Always have a fantastic sleep when staying at Premier hotels. This hotel is Lovely and clean, polite staff and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Always try to stay in Premier hotels But this hotel is very good, rooms very nice and quite.

The hotel was in a good location, friendly staff at reception , went to a party and when we got back to hotel, we realised the room had not been cleaned , stains all around toilet and the bin had not been emptied their were used tissues and a carrier bag and empty bottle in bin . Not nice. We usually find Premier inns Nice clean and comfortable to stay . Disappointed

Needed a city centre hotel for a graduation. This place fitted the bill in terms of location. Parking is a short walk away at £26/24 hours Breakfast was standard fare at next door restaurant. No issues. The room was clean and warm. Bed was comfortable, Pleasant greeting from receptionist. Close to plenty of pubs and restaurants Standard Premier Inn in a city centre.

I was really pleased whith my stay at the premiere in in the city center. The location is very central, minutes away form vibrant streets, places to eat, things to do and sites to visit like the watershed, wapping wharf, bristol Cathedral and other. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my room, it is quite spacious, great facilities, they have a led mirror which was perfect for makeup!! I loved it. the bedding is comfy and warm.

Room 108. Because of the damp smell we left our window open but realised when we got back later in the evening to sleep that there was a very loud noise coming from an airconditioning unit right outside our room window. It was audible even with the window closed and was joined by the sound of pigeons at various times. We both slept fairly badly which was very disappointing as we usually enjoy a stay at a Premier Inn.
