We had to find an apartment to stay for a couple of weeks while our house had some work done to it. I am so glad that I canned Airbnb and looked around the brisbane area and found Hotel Chino. Reasonably priced, well located, restaurant on site, EXCELLENT staff (so helpful, friendly). We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean, neat and had all the required amenities and supplies. If we needed something, Woolworths is literally a couple 100m down the road. I also loved the on-site parking. I recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially family! Highly recommend

La stanza era pulita e temperata.Era tutto quello che ci serviva per una visita di due settimane all'ospedale per il cancro.5 minuti a piedi al PAH e al negozio di prodotti alimentari.Così molto conveniente. Purtroppo il rumore stradale era la nostra unica influenza. Noi siamo persone di paese e la grande autostrada con elicotteri del camion 🚁 ambulanze ecc ha preso alcuni di essere usato. Ho provato le interruzioni orecchie fornite ma non ha aiutato molto. La prossima volta pagherò un'altra stanza a distanza dalla strada, la mia parte preferita era Vendi un mercato e un caffè a Brisbane Street. Un minuto a piedi e hanno fatto un grande casa con succo.

Stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of April. Check in was quick and although we requested a quiet room, we were sadly given a room that faced onto a road and the helipad of the children’s hospital. So, the room was rather noisy from the traffic and from helicopter landing and taking off at night. Even with ear plugs on I could still hear the traffic. Room: Room 714 was very clean, it seems the Australian standards of cleanliness is much higher and better than at our previous Marriott stays in Cardiff, Wales and in Edinburgh, Scotland. Housekeeping at this hotel is very thorough at cleaning, as we didn’t feel any dust on the surfaces. My partner is blind and the first thing he does is touch the surfaces to get to know the layout of the room and he was impressed that tables, chairs & walls didn’t feel dusty. The housekeeping ladies always provided us with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water daily, as well as change the bed linen when requested. These ladies (day as well as evening housekeeping) are all lovely and friendly, requests for extra toilet paper, tissues, even slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste were promptly supplied with a smile. The housekeeping team at this hotel should be commended for keeping rooms/bathroom clean to a high standard. Reception: The ladies at reception Jess and other lady (who doesn’t wear a name badge) are efficient when checking people in however, they were not so friendly once you’ve checked in, they both came across as cold, sourpusses. Every day we went past reception and these 2 ladies never smiled or said hello. Once we initiated a hello and got a forced response. The male reception staff at night and on the days when the ladies were off are much better as they always greeted people as they walked past reception. Location: This hotel is perfectly located as it is close to all the restaurants in the Southbank and there’s lots to choose from. It is also about 2 mins walk to Goodwill bridge which connects to the Botanical Gardens. From this hotel everything is within walking distance, we walked to Queen Street shopping mall daily and it took us about 10 mins via Southbank parklands and crossing the bridge. We are not super fast walkers but we found everything in close proximity to this hotel. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Australia next year.

Wow, che trovato nelle periferie.Camera senza spazi, molto comoda, colazione nella tua camera.Jen il manager della casa è molto adatta a guardare gli ospiti. Arriviamo presto, non era un problema per Jen,un altro 15 minuti e la camera era pronta. Ci fu dato un giro di casa, e ci fu detto tutto quello che volevamo solo contattare Jen, (che è grande, perché vive sul sito, e mantiene un rigore di rumore,e qualsiasi altro disturbo che possa evolvere). Rimanere a 99 Kirkland è molto conveniente, e la gestione è molto facile da lavorare con,se sono necessarie modifiche di prenotazione. Di solito in un motel il suo assegno,cash o credito, c'è la vostra stanza. Non a 99 Kirkland. Certamente saremo tornati. Su 10 punti, daremo 99 Kirkland 11 su 10

Ottimo alloggio. Bello e tranquillo. Il personale era molto gentile ... e tranquillo anche. Prenotato per un breve soggiorno ma doveva estendere il nostro soggiorno a causa della ricostruzione chirurgica. Il manager Vicki-lee era molto accogliente e abbiamo anche riuscito a ottenere un upgrade in una camera super tranquilla. La stanza era molto pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva per il nostro soggiorno di una settimana. Grazie molti AP Appartamenti

Il buon appartamento era bello e spazioso con mobili puliti e moderni. Il personale del desk front era amichevole e utile. Il letto era molto confortevole e il parcheggio era conveniente e sicuro. La piscina e il bagno sono stati molto apprezzati e la zona di soffitto è stata ben mantenuta con strutture bbq e tavoli e sedie all'aperto. La piscina è stata molto ben mantenuta. Ora non così buona. L'hotel era situato tra 3 autostrade, il che significava che il rumore era insonorizzato. Non potevo usare il balcone perché il rumore era insopportabile. Non credo che nessuna delle camere sarebbe rumore. E anche fuori c'erano delle opere, e la notte lavoravano su di loro. Le strade e gli ascensori erano molto stanchi e continuamente fusi da un raffreddatore d'aria a buon mercato. Non c'era molto interesse a camminare a distanza, quindi sicuramente avete bisogno di un'auto. La cucina non aveva nemmeno gli utensili, nessuna panna non astuta, nessuna tazza di forno, nessuna cucina o una lingua cosi' non poteva cucinare. Anche nessuna spugna da cucina era fornita, non poteva nemmeno pulire nulla. Non forniscono asciugacapelli nelle stanze. Quale hotel non fornisce asciugacapelli? Viaggio molto per lavoro e non ho mai avuto asciugacapelli forniti. Tuttavia, il personale del front desk mi ha trovato uno. Il pavimento involucriato ha davvero bisogno di una buona mossa, era resistente e sporca. Non mi fermerò di nuovo.
