Bel posto e vista. Buona anche l'accoglienza. La stanza è grande e pulita. Il parcheggio è un po' difficoltoso perché ci sono molti parcheggi. La colazione offre molte scelte di cibo, ma è comunque accettata. Ma nel complesso molto soddisfatto. Altamente raccomandato

staycation 3d2n. very satisfied with the hotel.clean and tidy and services. location is nearby with attractive place. for the parking, 1st come 1st serve. but still can park at hotel and nearby the hotel. unfortunately, pool is not suitable for my kid. overall, very satisfied for this hotel. will go again in the future.

The rooms are spacious..towels and linens all clean..we stayed for 3 nights..1st night we stayed at room 1129..room are dark..few lights cannot use..toilet is horrible..sink and bathtub all clogged..we changed to room 1329..not as dark as 1129..for the toilet, only bathtub is clogged..sink was ok..other problem, there were so many ants..please do some pest control..besides that, breakfast was ok..but nothings spicy..we ordered some food at 18c cafe, at first okay..second time ordered, everythings dry..especially the chicken wing..above all that, the location are really2 good..we just walked to Kea farms..no need to bring car..i will repeat this stays next time..hopefully there will be some improvement..

Good and and convenient for staying not only for business trip. Quite a thumbs up place for business travelling purposes.

I recently stayed at Copthorne Hotel Brinchang in Cameron Highlands and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—situated at a higher altitude, it offers cool weather and beautiful views of the surrounding hills. It's also close to popular attractions like the night market, tea plantations, and strawberry farms. The hotel itself has a slightly dated appearance, but the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Buffet breakfast had a decent variety, though not extraordinary. Facilities like the indoor pool and fitness center are a nice touch, especially given the chilly weather. Overall, it’s a good option for families or couples looking for a convenient and comfortable base to explore Cameron Highlands. With some updates to the interior, it could be even better.

Reception: This time i have to wait a big long time. I don't know what happened. Before this fast and smooth. Room: Spacious, new carpet, functional tv - but not really clear, pillow should provide two each bed, bathtub - cannot use for soak, just to bath (the water will flow out slowly until drain, smells new paint too strong.

Service is OK, checking is OK, great location and near to the area. OUR room at level 10, which quite good and able to see most the view. Love the sun set scenery.

located near to kea farm.. famous place in Cameron Highlands.. walking distance to eatery and shopping area.. spacious room.. no aircond, only fan.. breakfast average.. u need to up rm 7 per person to upgrade to buffet breakfast..

Room was clean and spacious. Looked as if a recent refurbishment had been done. But the king bed/mattress was a bit wobbly. And only 2 pillows were provided. Buffet breakfast was just okay. Location was excellent, within walking distance to Kea Farm. Many eateries available near the hotel. Overall, a satisfactory stay.

KEA Farm walking distance. Brinchang car distance and grab available in the area. Nice surrounding and very hospitable staff. Clean room and clean bathroom. Most of the room light are combined plug point making it hard to work on combination of sleeping light. Great breakfast and choices as well. Free parking and convenient on B1 & B2 but parking from B3 is kinda scary with low light and dirty area.

Location was superb. 10mins walking to Kea Farm. The rooms was ok with the price charged. Sunrise was really beatiful from level 12. Will come here again definitely

Hotel was quite classic, its an old building. They practice green savings where u have to special request the amenities. Slippers, toothbrush etc. Overall experience is okay just abit troublesome to keep asking amenities which was quite common sense for a hotel.

The room is spacious, big enough for a queen size and a single size bed. The view is good too, check-in and out were easy and fast. The parking is free but the parking lot is open to public as well, so it was quite hard to find a parking, we have to park in level B3 for most of the time. The location is strategic, just a few km to Brinchang town (10+mins without traffic jam). Boh Viewpoint is also only 4km away. However, the chair, the floor in the toilet and shower was quite dirty (I took a video but here only allowed photos). They provided a 2-in-1 shampoo only (hair and body) so we went to buy for our own. The room not soundproofed and we can hear children or others running/walking and talking in the corridor.
