Hotel in zona Cameron Santorini, Brinchang

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona vicino al centro commerciale. Prima devo apprezzare il supervisore del fratello indiano che è venuto a prendere me da Tanah Rata ha davvero apprezzato il suo servizio. Il personale è davvero utile. Le strutture intelligenti devono essere migliorate, che è il passato dentale e l'acqua minerale all'interno della stanza. Grazie, ragazzi vi visiteranno di nuovo per essere sicuri.♥️🔥

Buona gestione dell'hotel, ma qualcosa su fecilatis come il backbox non funziona quando vengo in camera 😔 e ho un bagaglio Sulla vista del luogo molto bello e buono 😍 E facile andare in un posto come la pecora, argo mart, sungai palas teh bohh

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel De' la Ferns in Cameron Highlands! Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. We loved the cozy atmosphere, perfect for a cold weather getaway. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable couples' retreat.

La posizione è bella vicino al mercato notturno, ma il tappeto sta ancora usando il tappeto da 5 anni fa, tappeto hv polvere, canale limitato per la TV, non ha forbici, spoglie, microonde non può essere utilizzato..

Ambiente accogliente, nuovo e vicino a passare malam. Solo accanto alla stellare collina dorata. aggiungere sul letto è disponibile solo w RM50, e aggiungere sul colazione RM15. La posizione n vista è fantastica. Solo il WIFI hv per migliorare, sempre disconnettersi e incapace di connettersi. La rete mobile è debole anche. Il parcheggio è molto vicino alla stanza, ma lo spazio è limitato.

Service:- I rode in from the rain ＞ asked for early check-in ＞ Receptionist called me a 115pm to let me know room was ready. Managed to keep my stuff with bellboy whilst I went out to find breakfast and wait for room check-in Bellboy helped bring my stuff to the room. 200RM deposit was returned to me in denominations of 50, when I had used 2 x 100RM notes ＞ I requested for this back and receptionist had to get manager approval before returning 2 x 100RM to me. Can borrow umbrella from lobby if it's raining. Facilties: Bathtub is kids size, not adult size. no massage services. Carpark ＞ no motorbike parking lots. Parking: I ended up parking my Ducati Diavel Carbon, FBL 747S, in basement carpark cos security guard did not let me park outside lobby. (Even though Ducati Club Singapore managed to park there in May 2024 as well as open carpark lots below) However later in the day, Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, FBG 38G, was allowed to park there. Security guard said rider is from Kings Motorcycle Club ＞ I told security guard that Kings MC only rides harleys. Security guard then says rider is VIP, and his boss approved the parking. I questioned the receptionist ＞ they referred me to security ＞ I told receptionist what security said and receptionist could not do anything. The rider left the next morning; I was having breakfast at the outdoor seating, could hear him start the bike, let the bike warm up, before riding off. (so ”noise” is not a valid reason for not parking there) I came back to my motorbike to find it covered in dust and fluff, cos it was 7m away from the laundromat (I parked here cos there was another motorbike here and there are no motorbike lots in the basement carpark) The whole reason for parking somewhere visible and in line of sight of Security, is for the security of the motorycycle. (There is a notice in the basement carpark that states parking at carpark is responsibility of owner, not the premises) Breakfast: good spread and variety.

Nice place to stay . the room to me very nice and clean. the breakfast ao delicious. service good and friendly and perfect for couples , family trip . will comeback again inshaAllah . tq Avilion CH

Book for attached bathroom but water heater inside room 212 hot water not functional well,suddenly turn into cold water in the middle of shower and has to used shared bathroom outside. The room quite small but all the equipment is fine accept the pillow to thin and their bed quite smelly..no television provided inside room but can use at downstairs at the dining area but it's so cold outside...overall i satisfied with it bcoz of their locations is nice and near to many attractions.

L'ambiente è ok, carino e bello, anche l'addetto alla reception è molto bravo e cordiale, anche i servizi in camera sono ok, abbastanza, ma le strutture non sono troppo buone, la stanza non ha la TV, anche la TV nella hall si guasta, mio figlio si sente così annoiato, la spina è solo due in camera, l'asse da stiro si trova nella stanza esterna.. Anche la stanza non è troppo grande.. Anche il parcheggio è limitato, primo arrivato, primo servito.. L'ospite non è autorizzato a portare e mangiare camera. L'ospite inoltre non è autorizzato a fumare in camera, ma l'area fumatori è prevista all'esterno della camera. L'hotel si trova di fronte al PPD Cameron Highlands e all'ostello della scuola secondaria, quindi la sera puoi vedere e ascoltare la voce dello studente che gioca a sport.

1st time menginap di sini...bilik besar dan selesa,bilik mandi berfungsi dgn baik,air panas utk mandian on 24 jam so tgh mlm mandi pon xde masalah..hotel dekat dgn tanah rata ,byk kemudahan spt bank,supermarket,kedai makan ..senang dah x yah pergi jauh²..next time boleh repeat menginap di sini.
