The best experience ever in Springhill Resort. For sure I'll come again with my family members to get an experience with their family room.

The resort is clean,with lift easier for old people.The resort surrounded by eateries,cafes,shopping place,markets and attractions.

Very nice and cozy Hotel, very close to shops and restaurants, room very clean and neat. Love the place!

interesting room layout and very good value. we moved over from a 2 bed room suite (after 2 nights) due to overbooked hotel and we were unable to book the suite for 3 straight nights. but actually found this room to be suitable for the family too. only difference is the lack of living room & kitchen area, which is not essential if u're spending most of the day out of the hotel anyway.

Glad we chose springhill! Spacious and clean room. The view from balcony was amazing! Will return again! :)

Room Suite very fantastic for big family and very enjoy for stay here. All staff very frendly & a big clap for Mr Joe entertain our family and explains about this resorts. He very frendly This resort very recommended 👍👍👍 and food sangat sedap especially nasi lemak 😍 Our dinner steamboat very delicious too. Parking very easy and resort near to centrum.

This is by far not more than a 3 star hotel. Bathrooms are old and small. Towels are dirty and we asked them to change. Very noisy because of building construction nearby. No kettle to even make coffee. There is a kitchen in the 3 bedroom suite but no stove or plates!

Location is very convenient and is near a mall with food and some shopping. Room is reasonably sozed. However, cleanliness can be improved. Wardrobe has a musty smell and drawers has things left by previous guests.

Dirty bed linen and flies in the toilet. However very friendly staff.. Location is not too bad.

Highly recommend for any family bookings and they have spacious room. This will be a excellent view with natures view

Clean and New Facilities, with hot and cold water refill station. Breakfast can be improved, cuz its RM30

We stayed in superior king room for a night. The room is small and the main problem is the ventilation of the room is totally out! It's very stuffy even though we opened the window. In terms of cleanliness , the bedsheet got stained. This room got no soundproof. People walking by the corridor we can hear since our window is open. The breakfast is simple breakfast, at least taste not bad. Will definitely not to stay here again. The price is consider high for such a small room with totally ventilation of the room is out!

Not very clean. With hair and stain on mattress sheets. Location was good.
