Excellent service so friendly and clean breakfast Excellent lot's of choice the only thing lol the bathroom needs toilet brushes in it 😀 x

Location is good, however shower had mould in it, couldn't shut widow so when the club across the road was closing from about 2.00am to 3.00 am it was impossible to sleep. Bar area poor and had food poisoning from breakfast. Have stayed here before and standards are definitely slipping.

It's a great location, great price, clean, good value. All the staff were polite. Plenty of hot water, towels internet iffy though. Had issues with key card as you have to use the key card to go through the public area's. Apparently a regular issue! Plus snarky guest! Getting told off for laughing, no luck music, not late! Get a grip snarky guest's, it's a bloody hotel in a busy city! The room walls are thin. You cannot stop people laughing. A little tip bring ear plugs or go book a room in the middle of nowhere!!

Such a lovely little hotel, I would definitely recommend 🙂 I can not wait to come back x x

酒店服務好，但太殘舊，沒有空調，所以窗不可能関閉，對面是酒吧，晚上非常嘈吵。連風筒都沒有，廁所去水不行。

暖氣不太足，房卡老是失效，其他都挺好

Pessima accoglienza, customer care inesistente, personale poco gentile e inadatto a relazionarsi al pubblico. Sono rimasto una settimana e ho dovuto chiedere per 3 giorni consecutivi di pulire la camera dopodiché mi hanno svuotato la spazzatura e lasciato due asciugamani senza pulire niente. Totalmente insoddisfatto.

Vile dirty disgusting room, rubbish under the bed, sick stains down the radiator, filthy curtains and curtain rail, fire alarm sounds when you turn on the radiator. You can feel the springs in the mattress. The bathroom mirror was filthy with the previous guests names written on it! - shower blocked so water backs up in the shower tray, shower blockage reported twice and nothing done about it. Despite leaving card on the door requesting the room to be serviced, this was ignored and never cleaned or topped up, no shampoo, toilet doesn’t flush properly. Every time you return to the room, the door entry card doesn’t work so you have to go back to reception to get it reset. Never again

Whole hotel was filthy, Reception looked nice and clean but that’s where it stops as soon as we got in the lift from that point on filth dust and grot, the first room when walking in found balls of hair asume from a hair brush on the floor the bedding had ***** hair on the bottom sheet and still wet foundation makeup on the quilt covers, shower was full of hair and scum, the second room was much the same with added sticky residue on the side assuming from some sort of spilled juice, the bed this tile more ***** hair and food debris, Hotel staff changed the bedding or so they said but the rest of the room left still the same, needless to say we didn’t stay the second night nore did we dare eat or drink in the restaurant, Staff although friendly and apologetic didn’t seam shocked especially as i wasn’t the only customer at reception complaining about the state of housekeeping, I’m still awaiting a response from my complaint, budget shouldn’t mean Dirty,

Unfortunately a very disappointing first experience as soon as we walked in. Hotel wasn’t very clean I know what can we really expect. Hotel staff although not rude at all they definitely didn’t seem to have customer service skills. Room was not clean smelt very dirty. Bed sheets ripped and falling apart. Bed smelt dirty. Kettle full of debris. One lift not working so getting around the hotel is a bit longer room keys not working initially disappointed especially for the money. It wasn’t cheap although not the most expensive.

Hotel was clean, tidy, and staff were very polite and welcoming. Check in and out was easy and hassel free. Aside from outside noise which is expected on a Friday night in Brighton the hotel was quiet and overall worth the great price we got for the room for the night. 25% discount from the hotel on the NCP carpark just behind the hotel which we parked in for just over 19 hours. It only cost £14- not bad compared to other places around that area. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location, and very reasonable prices. We travelled from Dublin for our friends hens! The Rooms were very clean and bed super comfortable! Special thanks to Nicky on reception she was so attentive, friendly and warming. She’s a credit to this hotel!
