Kai and Ahmed at the front desk were just wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. The location is great with Brighton Baths diagonally opposite and the beach within easy reach. The room was well-equipped and really spacious. It was however quite dated and could use a deep clean and some basic maintenance.

Bed was ok, pillows lumpy. A bit worn overall, but the location is sensational. Low water pressure and the shower was only warm, and that was without turning the cold tap on at all. Undercover parking out the back. It was clean yet quite old. Would we stay again? Yes. Would it be a memorable experience that you can’t wait to tell friends and family? No. But it was fit for purpose and with so many restaurants within 10 mins walk down in Bay Street that will be what keeps it booked out.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'offerta molto generosa di Paul per noi di essere rimborsati. Dopo un soggiorno deludente precedentemente. A causa di una festa alta sopra e non ottenere la stanza che abbiamo chiesto. La gestione ci ha dato 2 notti libere. E non potevamo essere più felici e più soddisfatti del nostro alloggio. Ci siamo trasferiti in una nuova unità quasi di marca. Le strutture erano eccellenti. Grazie a Paul e Jason per il nostro benvenuto molto caldo. E aiutare il soggiorno molto più piacevole. I registri e il check-out tardivo sono stati perfetti per noi. Grazie ancora.
