Struttura démodé. Servizi assenti. SPA minima senza massaggi e personale addetto. Bagno la cui porta (vetrata) mancava dì maniglia lasciando in apertura dì circa 10x10 cm che non permetteva alcuna privacy. Conto non corretto: in fase dì prenotazione avevamo prenotato 1 colazione, addebitate 3 (poi stornate), avevamo inoltre indicato che eravamo accompagnati da un animale domestico che poi non era presente, ma comunque addebitato (successivamente stornato). Piazzale antistante l’ingresso: una lastra dì ghiaccio vivo senza alcun intervento dì riduzione (un paio dì sacchi dì sale avrebbero risolto tutti i problemi). Indicazioni alla reception su attività/luoghi dì interessante ecc, totalmente assenti. Nel complesso non vale il prezzo richiesto (circa 400€/notte).

Che hotel eccellente. Camminare direttamente dalla telecabina Covatsch. La struttura dell'hotel che rulla in fondo alla collina è eccellente e chicco. Il lobby è sorprendente che ti fa sentire come se sei appena arrivato da qualche parte super lussuoso. Tutti gli spazi pubblici sono incredibilmente ben arredati, puliti e classici. La stanza guarda il valle con una bella terrazza e salotto. Le viste sono bellissime. Il bar/restaurante è una stanza fantastica con una foglia di vetro involucri intorno dando una vista fantastica. La decorazione è alpina chic e molto, molto bello e confortevole. Grande personale del bar. Il spa è molto bello e ben progettato. Il colazione era super bello con molti prodotti locali. Direi cibo di alta qualità. Mangiavamo al bar e abbiamo avuto una bella cena li' con grande servizio. Il controllo del personale era molto amichevole e professionale. Tutto il personale era molto utile. In generale, un hotel davvero carino, super staff, grandi viste, bella cibo, posizione fantastica.Grande architettura, fantastico design interno. Grazie
