Hotels con Colazione a Breda

This hotel had a very good breakfast, but otherwise the hotel was not more than average. The room had an unpleasant smell and windows could not be opened to freshen the air. Air conditioning did not help, I guess it was in the carpet as it seemed very old. Room was dark, it would be difficult to work from there. Hand soap finished during my visit from the big container as there was only little left, and the cleaner threw away my piece of soap even it was only barely used and did not leave me a new one. The small shampoo and 2 body lotions were opened when I arrived. The staff did not greet me most of the times when I passed the reception. I would not visit this hotel again.

Ok, ok, ok check-in alla reception in hotel vicino alla porta. Piccole camere, letti puliti e asciugamani. Nessun asciugacapelli o caldaia e occhiali. Accettate animali domestici.

Mijn man en ik keken uit naar een weekendje Breda. De kinderen eindelijk groter en de maatregelen rond covid waren eindelijk gaan luwen. Alles werd officieel bevestigd via een e-mail van het hotel. De boeking stond vast, 1 overnachting in jullie hotel met bijhorend etentje. Aangekomen in jullie hotel was er blijkbaar geen weet van onze komst. Eerst wouden ze de schuld in onze schoenen schuiven maar ze excuseerden zich snel wanneer we hen de bevestigingsmail van het hotel toonden. Ze toverden alsnog een vrije kamer voor ons, en dit tijdens het carnavalsweekend van Breda. Dit wisten wij niet (komende uit België). Toen we onze reservatie wouden maken voor ons diner, kregen we als antwoord, dat het restaurant was gesloten, wegens personeelstekort. Bij het lezen van oudere beoordelingen is dit een probleem dat er al enkele maanden heerst en nog steeds niet is opgelost, triestig voor zo een groot hotelketen. We konden wel ”carnaval take away” laten bezorgen op de kamer maar hadden ons wel iets anders voorgesteld bij een diner. We stelden voor, dat we zouden eten in de stad en de rekening zouden binnenbrengen, daar zouden we een maaltijd nuttigen binnen een normaal budget, dit voorstel werd geweigerd. De kok van het hotel kwam ons tegemoet en zou voor ons die avond koken, dit vonden we zeer fijn. Helaas kregen we gefrituurde kippenbouten en het hoofdgerecht op nog geen 30 minuten voorgeschoteld. Het moest snel gaan. De hoofdschotel was zeer teleurstellend. Schnitzel of zalm met wat gekookte boontjes en frieten. We konden ook geen wijntje bestellen aangezien de manager de alcoholische dranken achter slot en grendel had gezet. We mochten onze eigen fles wijn mee aan tafel nemen. We hebben elk 1 glas frisdrank genomen en daar werd schaamteloos een bedrag in rekening gebracht, die wij weigerden te betalen na alles wat er al misgelopen was. Hierdoor was het zaalpersoneel misnoegd. De manager was niet bereikbaar toen we hiernaar vroegen. We hebben genoten van de stad Beda, maar het verblijf eindigde in mineur. Het hotel had ons kunnen verwittigen dat het restaurant gesloten was. Het hotel kwam hierdoor heel onprofessioneel over.

E'un bel hotel con personale molto amichevole. Sono venuto qui per completare il mio esame a Breda. Ho davvero un buon ambiente da imparare. Una sera potrei godere del bar. La posizione è in un ambiente tranquillo vicino alla natura.

Stanziamento inaccettabile considerando quanto sono a carico. Questo non dovrebbe accadere nel 2023. Questa è la mia terza permanenza in questo hotel. Gli standard sono scesi a livelli inaccettabili. In primo luogo, il pagamento di un parcheggio in un tranquillo quartiere dove nessuno visita, in secondo luogo, è criminale, evitando a tutti i costi durante l'estate. L'AC non funziona e io ero sveglio tutta la notte. Aprire le finestre non ha nemmeno aiutato. In terzo luogo, come membro di Accor, lei è trattato con acqua complimentare. Questo hotel costa un chioping €6 per una bottiglia d'acqua. Ha viaggiato il mondo e nessuno lo fa. Questo è ciò che io chiamano livelli inaccettabili di profitto. Che scomparsa. Non camminerò mai in questo hotel. Sono tornato qui per il passato buoni ricordi e che peccato. La gestione dovrebbe essere vergognata da sé.

Nice hotel close to the centre of Breda. 15 minutes walk from the train station through the park. 5 minutes walk from the Grote Markt and numerous bars, restaurants and shopping. The room was of a good size and the super kingsize bed was very comfortable however the pillows were soft. We had a superior room on the 4th floor at the back of the hotel so the room was very quiet and looked over some lowrise apatrtments. The bathroom was a good size with a bathtub and shower. The water was always hot. We didn't eat in the hotel but we used the bar a few times. It was reasonably priced compared to the bars in the centre of town. All the staff we met were friendly, professional and courteous. We would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is located in a beautifully renovated building in the center of Breda. Stylish with many authentic elements but with a modern twist. If you come by car, you can choose the Valet service or park your car in the practically nearby parking De Barones yourself. The parking garage has several charging stations for electric cars. We arrived at the restaurant side of the hotel looking for the entrance. An attentive employee saw us and asked if we were looking for the hotel. He took over our suitcase and escorted us to the front desk to check-in. See, now that's hospitality. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and welcomed me as a Platinum member with a nice room upgrade. My room on the 5th floor was very spacious — lovely big bed, separate toilet, spacious bathroom with separate bath and walk-in shower. Besides a bottle of Holy water, there is also a Nespresso machine for a cup of coffee. Too bad the bar was closed in the evening, and we had to go out for drinks. They served breakfast in the former chapel. Found that space is somewhat claustrophobic as you are locked in and can't see outside.

Locatie is prima. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Personeel is vriendelijk. Door de verbouwing momenteel geen room service en een ontzettend beperkte kaart in het restaurant. Ze vragen 100 euro borg bij het inchecken van een suite, dit zorgt voor oponthoud en geeft een vreemde smaak aan het verblijf aangezien ze bij het uitchecken eerst de kamer gaan controleren en je moet wachten.
