Hotel con colazione a Phan Thiết

I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Il ristorante è stato incredibile nel mezzo del deserto Mui Ne. Il personale e il concierge erano molto comprensibili, utili e andavano oltre per salvarmi un caricatore quando non ne avevo uno. I processi di check-in/out erano molto semplici e facili. Non dimentichiamo l'incredibile vista delle camere e del mare.

L'hotel ha una buona impressione nel settore pubblico, in particolare il bellissimo giardino tropicale e la grande piscina. La zona di spiaggia che appartiene all'hotel è regolarmente pulita, ma la spiaggia di sabbia fuori dall'hotel è completamente rimossa. Nuotare nel mare è stato vietato per il lungo periodo (11 notti) a causa della forte ondata. La posizione lontana del resort comporta che non ci sono ristoranti o shopping nelle vicinanze, per cui ci sono servizi di navetta gratuita, tra cui Coopmart, più volte al giorno. I tempi di ritorno tardi da lì sono tuttavia sfavorevoli. Da questo centro commerciale si possono raggiungere a piedi le parti della città di Phan Thiet. Interessante è il porto di pesca. Gli anelli intorno all'hotel si trovano numerose ruine. Non si può fare passeggiate, tranne sulla spiaggia sporca. La nostra camera: In un edificio principale multisquadrato con ascensore. abbastanza grande con piccolo balcone. Il bagno avrebbe urgentemente bisogno di una pulizia generale (doccia calcinata, parti di legno invecchiato) e la ristrutturazione, il mobilio è venuto negli anni. Ristorante: Una vasta selezione di cibi e bevande a prezzi relativamente bassi. La qualità e la dimensione delle porzioni variano notevolmente. Il buffet per colazione è amplificabile e principalmente asiatico, le bevande offerte sono economiche. Servizio: Tutto viene fatto rapidamente, il personale è utile e amichevole. Pubblico: principalmente russo. Molto spostamento in fine settimana da parte vietnamita. Sintesi: a causa di varie limitazioni, nonostante l'impressione globale di grande favore, probabilmente non riserverò l'hotel.

Anantara is a small piece of paradise in MuiNe. The hotel resort is well prepared to take tourists from all over the world, relaxing is a must. As soon as you arrive while waiting you are welcome with a relaxing massage and wonderful staff helps you around. If you are visiting MuiNe, Anantara is the right place for you, wonderful breakfast options, clean beach and warm cozy rooms. Special thanks to the detailed service from Ms. Thao deputy GM, Ms. Dung that took care of our room, Ms Huyen that helped us before arriving and each person from the hotel that always greeted us with a smile and a helping hand.

Questo hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Pace, tranquillità, natura, mare cristallino, colazioni deliziose e personale cordiale. Anche la distanza dalla via principale di Mui Ne è stata un vantaggio, perché il nostro soggiorno non si è trasformato in una giornata di shopping. Siamo usciti solo per pranzo e cena. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza che richiede relax e tranquillità. Pulizia giornaliera, tè, caffè e acqua sono stati forniti ogni giorno, e sono state fornite anche storie della buonanotte e torte.

Bellissimo e verde resort, buon servizio F&B dal personale del ristorante vicino alla piscina e alla spiaggia, attenti piscina. Il colazione è una varietà di scelte, il personale di servizio non pulisce attivamente la mia tavola, solo in attesa all'angolo che sorveglia tutto con niente, ho portato a lui più volte i prodotti da tavola usati, Purtroppo e male, tutti ignorano la mia azione senza migliorare :( Il check out è molto lento al mezzogiorno con lobby molto caldo, dovrebbe creare alcuni fan elettrici.

Ha avuto un buon soggiorno a Mui Ne. L'hotel è così estetico e molto conveniente. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole, soprattutto la receptionista, Sophie. Mi ha anche guidato a chiamare il mio operatore per tornare a HCM. Grande soggiorno! raccomandato a tutti :)

Отель без моря! И тем более без пляжа! Добродушный русскоговорящий хозяин. Чистые номера. Хороший персонал. Ежедневная уборка. Мебель подустала в номерах. Но есть все необходимое. Полотенца и постельное чистое. Номер был с балконом на улицу, шумно очень. Кондиционер над кроватью, дует в голову( Кровать неудобная ( Очень узкие лестницы и пролеты, с чемоданом максимально неудобно. Завтраки скудные, но есть можно. Бассейн небольшой, достаточно глубокий, чистый. Лежаки без матрасов, полотенец пляжных нет. Интернет везде норм. Рядом есть кафешки и магазины.

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
