UUtente ospiteI had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương.
I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before.
Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family.
When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything.
The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best.
Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better
you made it unforgettable.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha una buona impressione nel settore pubblico, in particolare il bellissimo giardino tropicale e la grande piscina. La zona di spiaggia che appartiene all'hotel è regolarmente pulita, ma la spiaggia di sabbia fuori dall'hotel è completamente rimossa. Nuotare nel mare è stato vietato per il lungo periodo (11 notti) a causa della forte ondata. La posizione lontana del resort comporta che non ci sono ristoranti o shopping nelle vicinanze, per cui ci sono servizi di navetta gratuita, tra cui Coopmart, più volte al giorno. I tempi di ritorno tardi da lì sono tuttavia sfavorevoli. Da questo centro commerciale si possono raggiungere a piedi le parti della città di Phan Thiet. Interessante è il porto di pesca. Gli anelli intorno all'hotel si trovano numerose ruine. Non si può fare passeggiate, tranne sulla spiaggia sporca.
La nostra camera: In un edificio principale multisquadrato con ascensore. abbastanza grande con piccolo balcone. Il bagno avrebbe urgentemente bisogno di una pulizia generale (doccia calcinata, parti di legno invecchiato) e la ristrutturazione, il mobilio è venuto negli anni.
Ristorante: Una vasta selezione di cibi e bevande a prezzi relativamente bassi. La qualità e la dimensione delle porzioni variano notevolmente. Il buffet per colazione è amplificabile e principalmente asiatico, le bevande offerte sono economiche.
Servizio: Tutto viene fatto rapidamente, il personale è utile e amichevole.
Pubblico: principalmente russo. Molto spostamento in fine settimana da parte vietnamita.
Sintesi: a causa di varie limitazioni, nonostante l'impressione globale di grande favore, probabilmente non riserverò l'hotel.

WWinky NguyenI had a pleasant two-night stay at the resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, although I did find a some ants on the desk. The bathroom design could be improved, as it tended to get a bit wet after bathing, creating some inconvenience. Each night, the resort surprised us with local sweet treats, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and charming. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the resort's design; the overgrown trees made it feel a bit gloomy, and there seemed to be a lot of insects and mosquitoes around.
The swimming pool was large and warm, making it enjoyable for swimming, and the beach was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the smoothies and butter. However, breakfast service ended at 10:30, and when I arrived around 9:00, there was less food available than before. I liked the crème brûlée, but it wasn’t refilled afterwards. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem very attentive during this time; I had to remind them to clear my stack of plates so I could continue eating. Aside from that, the service was generally quite good. I might consider returning if I visit Mui Ne again.

Abbiamo anche consigliato il servizio di massaggio abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza e un ottimo massaggio con Anh e Gai. In generale, è stata una grande esperienza!

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Pace, tranquillità, natura, mare cristallino, colazioni deliziose e personale cordiale. Anche la distanza dalla via principale di Mui Ne è stata un vantaggio, perché il nostro soggiorno non si è trasformato in una giornata di shopping. Siamo usciti solo per pranzo e cena. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel per una vacanza che richiede relax e tranquillità. Pulizia giornaliera, tè, caffè e acqua sono stati forniti ogni giorno, e sono state fornite anche storie della buonanotte e torte.

VVincentageLa posizione dell'hotel è ottima, nel centro di Muine. La camera è accogliente, ma le attrezzature non sono nuove, il che è normale perché questo hotel è uno dei primi a Mui Ne (forse 15-20 anni fa). L'hotel dispone di ristorante, piscine e centro massaggi/spa interno, ma il livello è accettabile. La spiaggia di fronte all'hotel non è molto ben attrezzata, metà è scomparsa a causa dell'innalzamento del livello del mare.
Quindi ci sono molte opzioni di hotel a Mui Ne tra cui scegliere, ma se siete troppo stanchi per sceglierne una, forse il Saigon Muine è un'opzione semplice in termini di posizione e servizi standard.

CCallmelinhhhL'hotel è situato a Mui Ne, sulla strada principale che il bus da Ho Chi Minh può passare per cadere. Il personale è amichevole, la camera è pulita. TV, AC, asciugacapelli e ferro sono forniti nella stanza.
La piscina e il mare sono certamente i nostri preferiti.Abbiamo sperimentato un bel sole e il mare che è vicino all'hotel.
La prossima volta torneremo se avremo la possibilità.

Ho riferito al responsabile del servizio l’atteggiamento del personale di ricezione e il modo in cui è stato affrontato il problema. Vorrei esprimere la mia apprezzamento alla signora Nhi per la sua disponibilità a ascoltare e riconoscere il feedback dell’ospite. La signora ha affrontato la denuncia con un atteggiamento positivo e ha compiuto ogni sforzo per migliorare la situazione. Durante il soggiorno di due giorni, i suoi sforzi hanno consentito al cliente di riconoscere la sincerità dell’hotel.
Come hotel a cinque stelle operante sotto un marchio internazionale, l'atteggiamento di servizio è di fondamentale importanza se l'hotel intende attrarre più ospiti internazionali. Il rispetto reciproco è essenziale. Mentre la proprietà può ancora essere considerata per i futuri soggiorni, coloro che si aspettano un vero standard di servizio a cinque stelle sono consigliati di moderare le loro aspettative.

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

UUtente ospiteBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
