Non restare qui. Dove comincio ...oh sì, dall'inizio. Hanno annunciato un ristorante in hotel per arrivare alle 8:00, abbiamo pensato che questo sarebbe stato il miglior posto per andare solo per risparmiare tempo. Dovrebbero aprirsi fino alle 10, ma quando siamo arrivati, era chiuso. A quanto pare, il cuoco non si è presentato quella notte, quindi non avevano scelta ...it non era mai aperto mentre eravamo lì. Poi c'era bisogno di ghiaccio ... camminato intorno all'hotel a tutti i 3 creatori di ghiaccio ... tutto rotto. Svegliarsi al mattino, stavo facendo caffè nella stanza ... i tazze K erano là ma NON CAFFEE MACHINA! Dovevano andare al desktop front e avevano mandato uno. Egli si è messo tutto a posto, ha guardato attraverso i K cup, non c'era caffè regolare. Torna al divano per trovare la K cup regolare, ma erano fuori. Ora la camera ... le mutandine sono state asciugate, erano troppo sottili, come in sottile come dormire su un biancheria.La porta del bagno non si sarebbe aperta, quindi non siamo riusciti a chiudere la porta quando usiamo il bagno. Ma la parte peggiore della porta del bagno era sconvolto! Se qualcuno si alzò a metà della notte per usare il bagno, tutti nella stanza si svegliarono a causa del rumore. Il punto brillante era il loro colazione e il loro colazione Joe. Era molto gentile e piacevole parlare con lui.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly dazzled me with its stunning aesthetics at the lobby and incredible amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel’s beautiful entrance and lobby and meticulously clean environment. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this lobby.
One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters.
The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. Even more impressive is the cleanliness and upkeep of the pool. It sparkles in the sunlight, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a drink in hand. This meticulous attention to detail elevates the overall experience and sets a positive tone for the entire stay.
However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Although they provide the necessities and comfort for a good night's sleep, the decor and furnishings could use an upgrade to match the hotel’s otherwise stunning aesthetic. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. After all, when you're surrounded by such beauty and comfort in other areas, it’s easy to overlook the room's shortcomings.
In conclusion, this hotel is a gorgeous retreat that excels in providing top-notch amenities, such as kid-friendly dining options and a beautiful pool area. While there’s room for improvement in room decor, the overall experience remains delightful and fulfilling. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and vacationers looking for a blend of relaxation and fun! Lastly, parking and shuttle to theme parks were complimentary! It’s a 4 stars for me!

With the exception of the parking fee of $28 bucks per day, I liked everything about the Hotel FERO in terms of customer service, facilities & cleanliness. The best part I like about the hotel is the convenient location to Interstate 5, the Honda Center, Angels Stadium, a walkable shopping center and restaurants.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per il fine settimana del giorno del presidente. Ci siamo iscritti a circa 8 pm e sono stati accolti da un servizio eccellente da parte del loro specialista di front desk, Alexander. Alexander è stato veloce per ottenere il nostro iscritto e ci ha davvero aiutato a sentirci benvenuti. Posso dire che era uno dei migliori controlli che abbia mai avuto, che poteva fornire tutte le informazioni pertinenti che avevamo bisogno e che ci rivolgeva immediatamente alla nostra stanza. Abbiamo trovato la nostra stanza molto pulita e pronta per una serata rilassante dopo un giorno a piedi. Grazie a Alexander e alla squadra della Crowne Plaza Costa Mesa Orange County!

Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Rooms are spacious but there’s a bitter after taste as I lost something in the room.
Didn’t hang the DND sign on the door, thought it would have been sufficient to inform the staff at check in that I didn’t want my room cleaned when they asked.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati svegliati presto alle 7 del mattino entrambe le mattine del nostro soggiorno. I dipendenti in sciopero usavano megafoni e tamburi ad alto volume e picchiavano e urlavano fuori dalla nostra camera d'albergo. L'hotel non ci ha risarcito affatto per questo inconveniente. Inoltre non tutti i ristoranti e i servizi erano aperti a causa della mancanza di lavoratori.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

UUtente ospiteWow! Capri Laguna mi sorprende ancora! Nick Politis ha sempre preso così grande cura di noi nel corso dell'ultimo decennio. Capri Laguna ha la posizione più bella, proprio sulla sabbia. A Capri Laguna L'oceano è l'unica vista! Grande piscina, colazione sul sito, caffè sempre disponibile, ristoranti più sorprendenti e shopping a piedi. Grazie per aver sempre preso così grande cura della famiglia del Duca!

UUtente anonimoHa un autobus diretto a Disneyland Anaheim, circa 2 fermate.
In generale, era una buona esperienza. Il luogo si sentiva anche sicuro, l'autobus a Disneyland era all'interno del complesso, quindi si sentiva molto più sicuro. Dopo l'autobus, l'hotel aveva persone senzatetto che dormivano sulle banche.

UUtente ospiteSe si sta facendo l'avventura Disneyland/Disney California, questo hotel è solo un isolato da qui. Ma è situato più lontano nel blocco che non è proprio sulla strada (può ottenere le strade incrociate può diventare molto occupato). La piscina è grande e pulita. Ho effettivamente prenotato questo hotel per questo motivo. Volevo una piscina grande per non nuotare in una piscina piena. La piscina di questo hotel mi ha soddisfatto. L'unica mia denuncia è che la stanza che ero dentro non aveva acqua calda nel doccia. Mentre ero qui in agosto e il tempo era negli anni '80, è ancora difficile fare la doccia quando la testa della doccia è scoppiando acqua fredda, e anche il tubo si chiude molto facilmente.
A parte quello che mi piaceva l'hotel, probabilmente rimarrò qui quando torno ad Anaheim.

I’ve been staying with you since 2010, when I first started bringing my granddaughter to Disneyland. Over the years, as she grew older and moved to Thousand Oaks for high school and now college, I’ve continued to make wonderful memories at Disneyland and at your hotel, now with my younger granddaughter. Your team has always provided a welcoming and comfortable experience, which is why I keep coming back. While I’ve noticed that room rates have gone up, which seems to be the case everywhere these days, I still value the quality of my stays with you. It’s becoming harder for us to stay multiple nights like we used to, but that hasn’t changed our love for your hotel. HHailwowStavo in questa posizione prima! E 'una grande posizione e il personale erano super amichevole. Era un po' più sporco di quello dell'ultima stanza. Ha una grande piscina e jacuzzi, nonché la struttura di giornata.

UUtente anonimoL'ho usato durante il viaggio di Anaheim.Disney Garden non è lontano dall'hotel, ma può arrivare a piedi.C'è un famoso hotel giapponese vicino, e molte persone sono insieme quando tornano la notte.
Questo è un edificio a due piani con un'atmosfera come un appartamento.Quando apri la porta, non c'è corridoio, si trasforma immediatamente in una stanza.La stanza è grande.
Non è nuovo, ma è pulito.
Ci vorranno circa venti minuti per prendere l'autobus del contea di colore fino allo stadio degli angeli.È facile acquistare un biglietto di un giorno aggiungendo l'applicazione.
C'è un negozio conveniente alla stazione di benzina, quindi non devi preoccuparti per la colazione.
E'molto tranquillo e facile da fiorire perché non si trova davanti alla strada.

SSoldier&PunkyLa guardia di sicurezza era molto brutta, ci ha disturbati quando ci caricavamo la nostra macchina con le nostre proprietà. Ci avevamo fatto un lungo viaggio, quindi dovevamo organizzare le nostre cose in macchina, che ci avrebbe voluto circa 20 minuti al PIù. Con lui che ci ha costantemente molestato per prendere troppo tempo e per fermarci a quello che stiamo facendo per parlare con lui, ci ha preso un'ora per fare il compito. Stavamo anche viaggiando con il mio animale di supporto emotivo che aveva appena figli (2 gatti) e così erano in macchina in una gabbia e lui ha anche iniziato a urlare mentre mio marito stava pulendo la scatola di lettiera che spaventava i nostri animali!! E' pazzo quanto questo uomo fosse poco professionale.
D’altra parte, la stanza stessa era bella! Mi piaceva il layout, come c’è una porta scivolosa che separa la metà anteriore che è il letto, la TV e la zona bagno. E poi la metà posteriore ha un divano (che può essere tirato fuori in un letto) e una sedia da divano, una tavola da caffè e due tavoli finali, le finestre che si apre, e una TV supplementare. È perfetto per mio marito che ama guardare la TV tutta la notte mentre sto dormindo nel letto dell'altra zona. Inoltre hanno un buon colazione con un produttore di waffle!! Così, oltre alla guardia di sicurezza nella struttura di parcheggio, ho avuto una grande esperienza in questo hotel.

UUtente ospitehorrible service: i was at the airport and my flight was cancelled one hour before the departure time with no other flights leaving for over 24 hours. i called the riviera motel specifically asking for a credit to stay at a later date, NOT a refund. the owner continually shouted “no refunds” at me because my booking was non refundable as of two days prior. well, my flight was not cancelled two days ago and now i have no way to get there. he said something that i couldn’t understand, so i asked him to repeat himself and he hung up on me. i called him back a second time and told him how unprofessional it was that he hung up on me, and he interrupted me several times to tell me that my booking is non refundable. i told him that i will be cancelling all future bookings at this hotel and taking my business elsewhere, and he hung up on me again. this would have been my 3rd stay at the riviera motel this year, and i had another booking planned later in september. he did not offer to work with me and my situation at all. if this is how a repeat customer is treated at this motel, i will be taking my business to literally any other hotel on the block and advise you to do the same.
