LLanting（Alice）Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, igiene pulita, ambiente bellissimo, arte e servizio caldo e attento.Ho soggiornato nella stanza con balcone, il panorama fuori dalla finestra è molto bello, gli alberi sono moltiplicati, l'acqua del lago è verde, e si può camminare.L'ambiente dell'hotel è bello per viaggiare e rilassarsi.

UUtente ospiteI would like to commend the excellent customer service of the front desk staff especially Nike, Marilyn and the assistant manager, I believe his name is Tommy. They are very caring and went above and beyond just checking me in. Nike assisted us with our printing issues which helped us tremendously in preparing for our association’s event the following day. Tommy, helped me gather my stuff when I transferred to another room the next day due to fire alarm lights that wouldn’t turn off. That’s the only negative experience of my stay. There was a fire drill at 3am. The flashing light didn’t go off after the sound was turned off. The maintenance people had to work on the issue so I got transferred to another room. Tommy’s assistance during the move is much appreciated.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Aanderssss比較新的酒店房間特別乾淨特別新，不能開窗，但是有中央空調。去迪士尼特別方便，可以自駕15分鐘，也可以坐當地的公交車30分鐘就到，衹是等公交需要不少時間，所以最好自己開車去。酒店停車valet也非常方便也不貴

UUtente ospitePosizione: di fronte c'è una fermata dell'autobus che porta a Disneyland. Il pass per 1 giorno per adulto costa 6 USD. Un po' di cibo in giro per l'hotel. Camera: la dimensione è buona per 4, 2 adulti e 2 bambini. 2 vasche da bagno nella toilette. Buono per la famiglia. Il rumore dell'aria condizionata è un po' rumoroso. Altrimenti va tutto bene Colazione: non molta scelta ma abbastanza buona. I bambini adorano fare i waffle a forma di Topolino. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo per noi.

UUtente ospiteLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

RRiiiiiiihoLa stanza era molto pulita e ho potuto soggiornare comodamente. È disponibile anche un bus navetta gratuito per Disneyland, ma il luogo è comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Si possono anche ammirare i fuochi d'artificio della Disney. Anche la colazione era deliziosa! Ero pieno di felicità fin dal mattino 😚 Se ne avrò l'opportunità, sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare qui!

UUtente ospiteExtremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

UUtente ospiteThe water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
