Hotel con colazione a Contea di Orange

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Sheraton Park presso il Anaheim Resort e questa è stata la scelta perfetta per le nostre vacanze Disneyland. La posizione è incredibilmente conveniente solo un piacevole 10-15 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso di Disneyland e Disney California Adventure. Non c'è bisogno di navi o di parcheggio costoso; possiamo facilmente andare nei parchi di mattina e tornare a riposo veloce ogni volta che vogliamo. L'hotel offre 24/7 servizio clienti, che è stato un risparmio di vita dopo lunghi giorni nei parchi tematici. Qualsiasi servitù extra, aiuto con le direzioni, o raccomandazioni tardi notturni, il personale è sempre disponibile e rispondente. Parlando di servizio, il personale generale era amichevole, utile e professionale ci hanno davvero resi benvenuti dall'ingresso all'uscita. Un piccolo suggerimento per il miglioramento: mentre il colazione è disponibile, vorrei che ci fossero ancora più varietà e opzioni per le scelte del colazione. Una più ampia selezione di piatti internazionali, di alternative più sani o di stazioni più personalizzabili renderebbe il pasto mattinale ancora migliore, soprattutto per le famiglie con diverse preferenze. In generale, le camere erano confortevoli, la piscina era rilassante e l'hotel ha una bella vibrazione moderna dopo recenti aggiornamenti. Se stai cercando un hotel conveniente e ben servito vicino a Disneyland, consiglierei sicuramente l'Hotel Sheraton Park a Anaheim Resort.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Alex, il responsabile della reception, è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, con molti negozi nelle vicinanze. Offrono anche un servizio navetta gratuito per Disney, e Dave e Tony sono entrambi fantastici e cordiali. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo hotel se visitate Disney. L'unico inconveniente è la vasca da bagno: lo scarico è molto lento e se si fa la doccia troppo a lungo, la vasca si allaga.

Disneyland Hotel is always a magical place to stay like all the other Disney Parks hotels my family has stayed at. Front Lobby staff always make things so easy and they’re always so welcoming and accommodating. One thing I wanted to point out was one staffer who clearly just works there expecting tips. Edward Chavez helped my family with their bags and not only was rude “I thought you guys were ready, but you’re there just taking pictures” and then expected a tip to the point that he provided his Venmo account to make sure he was compensated. What a blemish in what otherwise is typically a great experience at a Disney Parks hotel.

We had the best time here! The service was excellent from start to finish, and a special shoutout to James at the front desk for making our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

L'hotel è vicino a Disneyland. Ai bambini è piaciuto lo scivolo d'acqua. Il cliente ha margini di miglioramento. Aspettare un'ora per trovare una prenotazione è inaccettabile, la direzione avrebbe potuto risolvere il problema in modo più professionale con trip.com I clienti non dovrebbero mai dover contattare trip.com e l'hotel per risolvere un problema di prenotazione. Trip.com ha sistemato le cose... ma l'esperienza è stata pessima.

La stanza era molto pulita e ho potuto soggiornare comodamente. È disponibile anche un bus navetta gratuito per Disneyland, ma il luogo è comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Si possono anche ammirare i fuochi d'artificio della Disney. Anche la colazione era deliziosa! Ero pieno di felicità fin dal mattino 😚 Se ne avrò l'opportunità, sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare qui!

Extremely convenient for Disneyland, with the shuttle bus stop located directly in front of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. We were very pleased, and my friend was also very satisfied.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
