LLanting（Alice）Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, igiene pulita, ambiente bellissimo, arte e servizio caldo e attento.Ho soggiornato nella stanza con balcone, il panorama fuori dalla finestra è molto bello, gli alberi sono moltiplicati, l'acqua del lago è verde, e si può camminare.L'ambiente dell'hotel è bello per viaggiare e rilassarsi.

LLAD17I stayed for 10 days. When I checked in late at night, the hotel didn't have a hot water dispenser, and there was no kettle in the room, so I asked the male staff at the front desk for hot water for coffee, and he kindly boiled it for me in the restaurant.
A few days later, I bought instant noodles from the hotel's shop for a late-night snack and asked for hot water, but the elderly female staff at the front desk refused, saying it was only available until 10 pm, even though it was 9:55 pm.
That same female staff member also refused to have my room cleaned when I requested it before going out, saying the cleaning staff were busy, and the room wasn't cleaned when I returned. (The room was only cleaned 3 times in 10 days, so I had to call every day to request fresh towels.)
The housekeeping and restaurant staff were kind and friendly, and the pool was clean, but next time I'll stay at the Marriott Inn next door.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is right between the source and residential area so there's no self parking. If you park overnight at the source, you might risk being towed. The only option is valet parking for $25 a night, which isn't bad compared to the places in LA we were going to. They give you a ticket with a QR on it and every morning, you just have to scan it 5-10 minutes before going downstairs and that gives them ample of time to pull it up from their garage. The lobby smells weird but the rooms smell just fine. My parents really enjoyed the the king size bed with pool view and our room worked out just fine. I wish we had the time to swim in the pool though. We were just so tired from our itinerary during the day. Every night we returned to our room, the sheets were changed and we got new towels. One day they came at 8am when we were still sleeping in so they were super on top of it. We ran out of conditioner and that was never refilled but I also never told them what I specifically needed. The check out process was super swift. They just end up deducting the valet fee from the deposit, which is $75 a night.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

UUtente ospiteLocation is great, safe neighborhood. Traveled for a concert at the Honda center and was able to get there in 5 minutes with little traffic or difficulties. Hotel has great atmosphere, want to keep booking there. Cleanliness of room was not the best. Side table had pen doodles. Fixture in bathroom was broken. There was trash in different areas from previous visitors. Pee stains on bathroom wall and other stains around the furniture.

UUtente ospiteIn primo luogo, questo hotel era bellissimo, e ci è stato un check-in precoce da parte del personale amichevole e qualche aiuto vicino alla spiaggia con sedie e ombrelli sulla loro spiaggia privata. Abbiamo anche goduto di alcune ”zone comuni” che guardavano l'acqua e di qualche sole e rilassamento lontano dalla sabbia ma ancora vicino all'acqua. La mia unica denuncia era che mi sento un po' confuso dalle foto sul sito. - Sala deluxe con vista sul mare - e io pagai di conseguenza. Le foto comprendevano un balcone sull’acqua. Quando mi è stato detto che avevo ricevuto una ”Sala del re con vista sul mare” e mi sono confusa. Gli ho mostrato la mia lista e hanno detto che erano completamente prenotati e che questo era quello che avevano per me: la stanza aveva una finestra che si trovava davanti all'oceano, ma la stanza era riposta e mentre si vedeva l'oceano attraverso una finestra, Era a 60 piedi da un ponte occupato e chiaramente non mi sembrava di vedere le onde dalla mia stanza. La stanza era bella e ho trovato che la maggior parte del mio tempo era passato sul ponte/strada della comunità. Avete avuto un bel tempo e vi visiterete sicuramente di nuovo.

The staff were very friendly and kindly allowed us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. The room was very spacious, with a separate bedroom and living area. UUtente ospiteThe water pressure in the shower was terrible! The water was just trickling out of the shower head! Then the water got cold while I was still showering! What should have only taken 7 minutes to shower ended up taking 20 minutes! Just terrible! The sofa couch had no sheets, no pillows. The food was good except that there was only one waffle maker for everyone to use so I didn’t get a waffle. Then now the icing on top of the cake was a bus with a trailer behind it was parked in the red zone on the back of the hotel where I was parked. I have a big truck and I could not back up and get out! There were cars on both sides of me! I went back to the desk and Destiny, who was so nice tried to help me. She went to the bus trying to locate the bus driver, to no avail. Then she spoke with someone that was on the bus and he did not know where the bus driver was either! Finally the people who were parked to my left came out and were leaving, thank goodness! I finally was then able to back out and leave! I just had a very bad experience. Plus the hotel’s location was very far from Disneyland and in a semi bad area. I don’t know that I would recommend this hotel. Basically this hotel caused me some incredible stressed experience. Not good!
