Hotel con colazione a New Orleans

L'hotel è vicino al Superdome e al Smoothie King Center. Se si va a eventi in qualsiasi luogo, questo è un posto fantastico. Se si visita la città, si vuole vedere il quartiere francese, il quartiere del giardino, il parco urbano, è un po' lontano da camminare, ma non preoccuparsi. La RTA gestisce autobus, trolley e ferry, tutti per $1.25 un singolo viaggio, o $3 Jazz Pass per 24 ore. Ci è anche un autobus Line 202 che va all'aeroporto MSY, per $1.25! La camera dell'hotel è molto piccola, con lobby e ristoranti di grande importanza. Le tole erano molto rigide. Solo 2 tazze di carta per il caffè in camera (che sono economiche)

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Mi è piaciuto il tempo in questo hotel. Era una bella permanenza. La stanza era pulita. Il personale era amichevole quando si chiamano loro risponde alle vostre domande in tempo. Sono tutti intorno al consiglio un grande stabilimento per andare a visitare New Orleans. È vicino a molte attrazioni diverse

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that. Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous. Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

Molto buona scelta per rimanere a New Orleans. Il parcheggio è molto costoso, ma è così che tutti sono in quella zona. Raccomando di cercare opzioni di parcheggio online tramite spot. Da $50usd che prelevo l'hotel ho ottenuto un spazio in and out a $13usd 24hs a 9 minuti a piedi dall'hotel.

The hotel itself is fine and the location is excellent, but we had several awful service experiences. First, the king bed room we booked was not available when we check in, so they put us in a double bed room and said they would move us the next day. Then when we went to the front desk to move to our new room, the person at the front desk was not friendly and was taking so long to handle our situation. We were worried we would be late for our tour, so we asked if we could leave and they could move our luggage to the new room. She said no, we can't change rooms until we are ready to move the luggage ourselves, and that our luggage would stay in the old room. When we came back later that day, they moved us to our new room but our luggage was not in our old room or the new room! We were so worried they lost our luggage. Finally they figured out that they moved our luggage to a 3rd room, and they tried to blame us for it. All of these interactions took a long time because the front desk was so slow and the line was long. After all that trouble, they only gave us a meager $25 credit as an apology. Lastly, we accidentally left a small pouch of personal items in our first room and when we told them about this, they made no effort to try and find it. When we checked out, we also left a souvenir we had bought in the room accidentally. We tried calling the hotel to see if they could find the missing item and ship it to us. We waited on hold for a long time before the front desk transferred us to the wrong place, the automated reservations agent. So frustrating! It is clear the staff there do not communicate between shifts or departments and just don't care about treating their guests well. Simple things like contacting the lost and found about a missing item should not be this difficult. The only good staff interactions we had were with the interns who were there on a training program. Also the wifi is not free. How are big hotels like this getting away with charging for wifi in 2025? Tl;dr: staff are not helpful at all, their communication is awful. Wifi not free

Non abbiamo usato nessuno degli impianti come il salotto o il ristorante, ma la stanza era pulita e ad alto livello!

Le camere dell'hotel sono abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli, ma rispetto agli hotel a stelle di fascia alta, i servizi sono nella media e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è male. È adatto per i viaggi in famiglia!

(2) Dopo aver lasciato l'hotel sopra, l'hotel mi ha inviato $83.05 sulla mia carta di credito, 𣎴 mi ha dato la fattura e la fattura.(se è un costo di parcheggio per un giorno, dovrebbe essere più di $40 yuan).Ho chiamato l'hotel per chiedere, solo una registrazione, nessuna risposta. Alle tre del picco pomeridiano, decine di ospiti sono in fila per entrare. Solo due persone in reception sono in ricezione. Uno di loro è solo membro. Il resto degli ospiti può solo asciugare gli occhi. Un hotel di quattro stelle con più di 1000 camere non dovrebbe essere.
