Hotel con colazione a El Nido

* Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in our villa was not properly maintained. The filter was extremely dirty and clogged, causing excessive noise and poor performance. We had to clean it ourselves in order to use it. * There is little to no mobile signal in the area, and the WiFi connection has been unreliable due to ongoing maintenance, making it very difficult to stay connected. * There has been significant noise disturbance from construction work directly behind our villa, including the use of loud power tools throughout most of the day over several days. * We were only informed about a wedding taking place upon check-in. As a result, we were unable to use the sunbeds located outside our villa and had to relocate further away. Also due to the wedding taking place, the hotel had to make many soundchecks during the day before, playing very loud music which made it hard to relax on the beach. The wedding guests (80+ people) were allowed to use the villa next to us, as their designated toilet, which caused a lot of back and forth from the weddings guests right by our villa. This made it difficult to relax. * Additionally, we find that the restaurant prices are quite high compared to the quality of the food. For example, breakfast at 800 PHP did not meet basic expectations, as even simple items such as cheese and ham for bread were missing. I’m also sorry to say that the chicken adobo is tasteless, and on the menu it says the menu has been created by a Michelin chef. My mango daquiri tasted only of alcohol, so I had to ask for one with less alcohol. As a certified bartender, that is unacceptable. Even the French fries were not done properly as they needed more time in the oven (I think that’s what they used to make them at least, I would prefer if they were fried in oil though). However, very good mango shakes. * We would also like to mention that the access roads leading to the property are in very poor condition. The roads consist mainly of uneven gravel and are full of deep potholes, which make driving quite difficult and uncomfortable. In some areas, it is only possible to drive at around 10 km/h due to the condition of the road. We believe that the roads would greatly benefit from proper maintenance or being paved with cement, as this would significantly improve accessibility and the overall guest experience. We understand that some of these issues may be temporary or unforeseen, but taken together they have had a significant impact on our stay. However I would really like to highlight Hazel from the reception at the Nacpan Beach Villas. She was really sweet and thorough when we had any questions and went the extra mile for us. She deserves a raise. Please let her know we were really happy with her and really appreciated her.

Il mio soggiorno a El Nido Resorts Lagen Island non era altro che straordinario. Il caldo e l'ospitalità del personale erano straordinari; indossano sempre sorridere e andavano oltre e sopra per assicurare una memorabile esperienza. Da assistere con prenotazioni di traghetto a sorprendermi il mio compleanno con un letto decorato e una torta deliziosa, la loro attenzione è stata davvero calda, grazie speciali a Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John e Arvin per il loro sostegno eccellente. La vibrazione felice del resort all'arrivo impone il tono, e si lascia con un sorriso, aspirando a più. Le visite complimentari, integrate senza sosta nel pacchetto, sono state fatte eccezionali dai guide di supporto, creando un'esperienza privata e ben temporanea. Optare per il bungalow sopra acqua è stata un'esperienza unica e affascinante, aggiungendo al paradiso che è l'isola di El Nido Lagen. I pasti a buffet offerti tre volte al giorno sono stati un piacere culinario. Raccomando sinceramente El Nido Resorts Lagen Island per un inoltrabile e altamente raccomandato per il viaggio. Grazie per un soggiorno eccezionale!

Sono grato per l'eccellente posizione e il servizio attento del personale. La vista dal ristorante sulla piscina è particolarmente spettacolare. L'oceano blu tropicale a colazione rende la giornata meravigliosa, e lo splendido tramonto a cena è così affascinante da commuovermi. Le camere della villa sono impeccabili e le opere d'arte sono meravigliose. Pur non essendo un edificio nuovo, la sua meticolosa manutenzione dimostra la sincerità dei proprietari e del personale. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è che il ristorante fa fatica a tenere il passo con la domanda quando è affollato, ma il personale sorridente e la splendida vista ti fanno dimenticare tutto. Il cibo è, ovviamente, eccellente. Mi piacerebbe sicuramente tornarci. El Nido è fantastico. Ho allegato foto del ristorante e della vista dalla nostra camera.

Alzi la mano questo posto. La camera era bella, il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Si prenderanno cura delle vostre esigenze e vi faranno sentire la loro ospitalità. Offrono anche la colazione gratuita ogni mattina, preparata al momento. La camera è dotata di lenzuola pulite, aria condizionata fredda, docce calde e fredde. L'unico neo durante la nostra visita è stata la mancanza del Wi-Fi a causa delle conseguenze di un recente tifone, ma nel complesso è un ostello da 10/10. Soggiornerò da loro quando tornerò presto.

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Era la nostra prima volta a El Nido e siamo stati contenti di aver scelto Huni Lio. Si tratta di un bellissimo resort fronte mare situato a circa 15-20 minuti dalla vivace piazza del paese. La camera familiare era molto spaziosa, il personale cordiale e disponibile e la colazione a buffet non ha deluso le aspettative. Soprattutto, tutta la nostra famiglia ha apprezzato la posizione e l'atmosfera di questo posto, insieme alla serie di ristoranti e bar sulla spiaggia di Lio.

L'hotel è decente per il prezzo. Si trova quasi sulla spiaggia. Mi è piaciuta molto la spiaggia, anche meglio di Nacpan. È più o meno uguale, ma meno affollata. La colazione è debole; il bambino non ha niente da mangiare. Non ci sono verdure fresche. Anche l'insonorizzazione è scarsa; si sente la gente parlare nel corridoio. Un altro problema è il balcone. Non avevamo sedie o uno stendibiancheria per i costumi da bagno. Che senso ha averne uno?

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Il mio soggiorno qui è stato discreto, ma sicuramente non ci tornerei. La cosa più negativa è stata: quando si entra nell'edificio e si prende l'ascensore per raggiungere il piano della reception, l'ascensore puzza letteralmente di calzini sporchi, bagnati e puzzolenti. Sempre. È disgustoso, ed è la prima impressione che si ha dell'hotel stesso. La prima camera che mi hanno assegnato aveva un odore orribile, di muffa, e ho chiesto al personale di entrare e se potevano soggiornare in una camera con un odore così cattivo. Ho dormito in quella stanza una notte, e quando l'aria condizionata si spegne, gocciola nei condotti per un bel po'. Sono sicuro che ci sia un accumulo di muffa perché è piuttosto forte. Mi hanno spostato in una camera di categoria superiore, che avevano spruzzato con un deodorante - come se questo potesse convincermi che sarebbe stata diversa - e ha avuto un buon odore... per circa un'ora, e poi l'odore di muffa che avevo sentito nella prima camera si è sentito anche nella nuova. Per colazione, potrete scegliere tra 3 o 4 diversi tipi di menù. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, ma non morirete di fame. Le camere sarebbero fantastiche se non fosse per l'odore. Le camere sono spaziose, i letti comodi e vengono pulite ogni giorno.

L'hotel offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando la sua posizione. L'hotel era pulito, il letto comodo e la colazione buona. Era vicino all'attracco delle barche per i tour. Con accesso a ristoranti, negozi, uffici turistici e negozi di noleggio. Anche la vista del tramonto di fronte all'hotel era qualcosa di cui non vedere l'ora nelle serate più belle. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile. Stabilisce le aspettative sulla potabilità dell'acqua, cosa che apprezziamo, perché prevenire è meglio che curare. Prenoterò sicuramente di nuovo l'hotel se i prezzi rimarranno ragionevoli.
