Hotel con colazione a Kuching

Ho fatto il check-in nella camera 718 e sono stato svegliato la mattina presto dal rumore dei lavori di ristrutturazione al piano di sopra (il suono di trapani elettrici e martellamenti; quando ho fatto il check-in, non mi è stato detto che erano in corso dei lavori di ristrutturazione sopra l'8° piano e che ci sarebbero stati rumore). Quando ho visto l'ora erano solo le 9. Poi ho chiamato il servizio di pulizia, ma non ha funzionato. Era inutile lasciare la stanza e dirlo al personale delle pulizie nella stanza accanto. Quando scesi alla reception, l'addetto alla reception PETROS in realtà disse che ora potevo cambiare stanza. Ho chiesto di negoziare con il direttore generale Dopo avermi contattato, il cameriere ha detto che il direttore generale era in riunione e ha contattato lo staff tecnico per fermare il rumore delle decorazioni. Passarono 45 minuti, ma il suono delle decorazioni era ancora lì. Sono dovuto scendere alla reception verso le 10 circa per lamentarmi con il direttore generale, ma è scomparso. Dopo aver protestato ripetutamente alla reception, la responsabile della reception NADIA è uscita e ha fermato il rumore causato dalla decorazione. Era già passata più di un'ora. Dopo l'incidente, l'hotel non si è scusato.

Hotel was great! Loved the location, just around the corner of great restaurants! Pool on the roof was amazing! Staff friendly. Gym also great. Breakfast good but a stage! 2 little minor things: - we booked the same room as friends, they had nespresso machine and we only Nescafé. - cleaning was not good and consistent. Everyday some things not refilled like towels, shampoo, tissues, toilet paper. Also floor not cleaned in 1 week. Enjoyed our stay! Would come back!

In generale, il wifi dell'hotel non era davvero funzionante. Difficilmente collegare e lentamente quando si è collegato. La stanza aveva anche un brutto odore ogni volta che siamo tornati. Tutto il resto era buono per il prezzo. Il personale era amichevole e utile.

Grande punto vicino al fronte d'acqua di Kuching e a piedi fino a 126 Laksa. La stanza è pulita e l'hotel puzza molto bello

Un concetto molto bello e speciale di vivere in un tubo di cemento. Avevamo un bagno esterno che rendeva la zona notte più confortevole. Il terreno è molto verde e pulito. Le due piscine sono ben preparate, ma i salotti esterni dovrebbero essere puliti e conservati meglio. Soprattutto prima e/o dopo la pioggia, andrebbero conservati o trattati per evitare la muffa. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, ad esempio con il servizio di ritiro. Solo nei giorni di grande affluenza erano un po' sopraffatti. La colazione dovrebbe essere gestita meglio e rifornita in tempo. La palestra è parzialmente utilizzabile. Il tapis roulant è rotto, la sella della cyclette non è regolabile.

We had a lovely 3D2N mother-daughter and intergenerational friends’ stay at Cove 55, Santubong, and it was exactly the sort of peaceful break we were looking for. The grounds are beautiful and very calming, with a real sense of tranquility and serenity. The staff were lovely — warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Our mothers are in their 80s, and the pace and setting were perfect for them. Two nights felt just right for a restful getaway. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was powerful — an absolute godsend in the Santubong heat. The complimentary water, coffee and tea provided were adequate. The weather was generally nice, although scorching during certain parts of the day, so we were glad to have a cool room to retreat to. Our stay was simple and very enjoyable: we basically ate, chatted and swam. The food was good quality, with generous portions, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The place feels lived in rather than brand new, but it is respectably clean. I would not describe it as immaculate, but it is by far cleaner than many hotels and retreats in Kuching. The only thing I wish we had done differently was to request ground-floor rooms in advance. As our mothers are in their 80s, it would have been easier for them to avoid climbing the stairs. For anyone travelling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns, I would suggest requesting ground-floor rooms when booking. Overall, Cove 55 is a beautiful, serene place for a quiet escape, especially for families or friends wanting to slow down and spend time together. I would happily recommend it.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room is big enough. Condition is good. Clean and tidy. I like it very much.

Good for a little weekend getaway, peaceful and quite environment to chill and enjoy the weekend with family or partner. Nice to chill around the pool and the bar. Breakfast is good.

L'hotel non è nuovo, ma è pulito e in una buona posizione. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. L'unica nota negativa è la connessione internet lenta nelle camere e l'utilizzo di una intranet captive per gli ospiti dell'hotel è limitato. Il Wi-Fi 5G è disponibile solo al ristorante. Sono rimasto davvero deluso.
