Hotel con colazione a Kuching

Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hilton Hotel Kuching è stato caratterizzato dalla sua posizione eccezionale e da alcune caratteristiche degne di nota. Innanzitutto, la posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino al lungomare e a pochi passi da varie attrazioni, tra cui ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e i famosi outlet ”kek lapis Sarawak”, ha migliorato notevolmente il mio soggiorno. Questa comodità è stata sicuramente un vantaggio. Al mio arrivo alle 16:00, ho riscontrato un piccolo inconveniente poiché l'hotel era al completo e non c'erano camere disponibili per il check-in. Tuttavia, il cortese personale della reception ha prontamente risolto il problema. Hanno gentilmente richiesto una breve attesa mentre veniva preparata una stanza per me, e durante questo periodo mi è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto al bar della hall. La lobby stessa emanava un'atmosfera piacevole con un'ampia illuminazione. Alla fine ho fatto il check-in intorno alle 17:30. La stanza che alla fine occupai era deliziosa, offriva pulizia e ordine. Sembrava essere stato rinnovato di recente, poiché c'era un leggero odore di vernice. Un suggerimento per l'hotel potrebbe essere quello di introdurre fragranze piacevoli per gli ambienti per alleviare questo problema. La camera offriva una vista pittoresca sul fiume Sarawak, migliorando la mia esperienza. Anche il bagno era pulito e soddisfacente. Le opzioni per la colazione in hotel erano abbondanti, anche se ho notato una ripetizione nel menu durante il mio soggiorno di 4 giorni. L'ultimo giorno del mio soggiorno, ho deciso di fare colazione in un kopitiam vicino a causa di questa ripetizione. Spero che l'hotel possa introdurre più varietà nella scelta della colazione. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni aspetti negativi del mio soggiorno. L'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione, pertanto la disponibilità delle camere era limitata. Inoltre, la palestra era un po' più piccola e durante il mio soggiorno non c'era la sauna a causa dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Inoltre, solo due ascensori erano operativi per gli ospiti, il che a volte causava ritardi. Nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti, l'Hilton Hotel Kuching offre una posizione fantastica, camere confortevoli e un personale cortese. Menzioni speciali vanno ai membri del personale della reception Petros e Ivan, che sono stati gentili, e Liz, che è stata particolarmente disponibile e calorosa durante il servizio di colazione.

Room size big. Comfortable bed. Normal toilet no bathtub. Got gym but no sauna. Nice rooftop swimming pool. Variety spread for breakfast. But as a new hotel, the vibe is only external. The interior design looks like a normal hotel with no modern or significant changes.

Un bel hotel nuovo. Tuttavia, il servizio di manutenzione deve davvero migliorare. Questa è la prima volta che ho controllato l'hotel senza gel da doccia, shampoo e lozione a mano. Le bottiglie non sono state riempite. E il servizio di manutenzione è entrato nella mia stanza senza togliere le scarpe dalla mia bagno e la scarpa è davvero sporca al piano 🙁.L'hotel ha bisogno di migliorare e riformulare il personale.

Room with sea view was absolutely perfect. The panoramic ocean view from our room were breathtaking, green, fresh. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Very calm pool to swim. Private beach access was ideal for relaxing vacation.

We had a lovely 3D2N mother-daughter and intergenerational friends’ stay at Cove 55, Santubong, and it was exactly the sort of peaceful break we were looking for. The grounds are beautiful and very calming, with a real sense of tranquility and serenity. The staff were lovely — warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. Our mothers are in their 80s, and the pace and setting were perfect for them. Two nights felt just right for a restful getaway. The room was spacious, bright and comfortable. The bed was firm and very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was powerful — an absolute godsend in the Santubong heat. The complimentary water, coffee and tea provided were adequate. The weather was generally nice, although scorching during certain parts of the day, so we were glad to have a cool room to retreat to. Our stay was simple and very enjoyable: we basically ate, chatted and swam. The food was good quality, with generous portions, and we were very satisfied with the meals. The place feels lived in rather than brand new, but it is respectably clean. I would not describe it as immaculate, but it is by far cleaner than many hotels and retreats in Kuching. The only thing I wish we had done differently was to request ground-floor rooms in advance. As our mothers are in their 80s, it would have been easier for them to avoid climbing the stairs. For anyone travelling with elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns, I would suggest requesting ground-floor rooms when booking. Overall, Cove 55 is a beautiful, serene place for a quiet escape, especially for families or friends wanting to slow down and spend time together. I would happily recommend it.

Confortabile, accogliente e luminoso. Possibile camminare a un altro, grande pasto ogni giorno rende le nostre vacanze familiari molto più rilassanti. L'hotel stesso è eccellente per le famiglie. La nostra stanza era spaziale, senza spot e ben isolata, quindi non abbiamo sentito alcun rumore esterno, e i bambini dormivano bene. Rimarremmo assolutamente qui di nuovo!

Exceptional Hospitality That Made My Birthday Special I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Kuching Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. I chose to celebrate my birthday there, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. A heartfelt thank you to I-Rene Saw, the Guest Experience Manager, and her wonderful team for their thoughtful arrangements. They beautifully decorated the room, surprised me with a birthday cake, and put us to a newly renovated room. These small yet meaningful gestures made a big difference and created a warm, celebratory atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the service was attentive, the room was comfortable and modern, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Pullman Kuching Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. Thank you once again to I-Rene and the team for making my birthday so special!

La colazione è molto buona. Sono una cattolica e la nuova Chiesa cattolica è proprio l'opuscolo dell'hotel. Molto bella chiesa.

Need some maintenance to the shower area, bedside table, door lock, etc. The aircon in the reception lobby is dripping as well. Overall, the windows in the room is thick enough to filter out the traffic sound. The dining area has good view. However the windows need cleaning from outside. Breakfast is basic but acceptable.

Un soggiorno di spiaggia rilassante con belle viste sul mare e una tranquilla natura vibe 🌊🌴 Damai Beach Resort è perfetto per una corta distanza, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, spaziose camere e splendide viste sul sole. La combinazione di spiaggia e foresta pluviale crea un'atmosfera tranquilla che si sente rinfrescante e unica. Grande per chiunque voglia di calmarsi e godere di una tranquilla fuga a Kuching. Definitivamente vale la pena per la scena sola ✨
