Hotel con colazione a Kuantan

The resort was wonderful. Reminded us alot of koh sa mui. Service was impeccable. Food was fantastic. The pool in the villa was so clean but maybe can cut down on the chlorine tablets a bit.

Service was excellent. Within 30 minutes of entering the room, staff checked to see if the room was alright. In addition, they also brought our bags up to the room without us asking. The room was also super clean, there were no stains. However, the pool area is a little dirty as the stairs have mould on them. Buffet spread was excellent, there were many different options to choose from. Overall a great stay, would come back again when visiting kuantan.

We truly happy and enjoyed with our stay at swiss garden! The room and toilet are clean,easy access to beach,swimming pool were amazing and kids friendly. The residence just nice for our little family but extra mattress are provided too. If you’re hungry at night,you can have a in-room dining just like at hotel which i impressed with. Breakfast wise maybe can improve a bit in terms of foods selection. Otherwise my experience was great⭐️and i definitely will come back again in the future!

overall the stay was pleasant, the facility and the pool very nice, you can walk to the beach directly, kids had a lot of fun at the beach as to the buffet breakfast, i would appreciate if management can tell us earlier for the free headcount promotion, luckily the cafe people inform us and refund to us

Il personale è stato molto gentile, caldo e sincero, offrendo un servizio attento e consapevole per tutta la nostra permanenza. La scena unica sulla spiaggia è ancora più stupenda di quanto non sia nelle foto. Il cibo era superiore alla media, e abbiamo finito di avere tutti i nostri pasti Colazione, pranzo e cena all'hotel durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo anche provato la terapia di massaggio, e devo dire che l'ambiente era assolutamente sorprendente ascoltare il suono delle onde mentre godere di tecniche di massaggio professionale è stata un'esperienza di cinque stelle. Abbiamo anche fatto un test per la giungla, e ci sono alcuni punti in cui si potrebbe aggiungere un segnale direzionale più chiaro. Come piccolo suggerimento per l'hotel, si potrebbe considerare la creazione di un piccolo negozio di vendita di souvenir, carte postali e snack. I clienti possono davvero rilassarsi e trascorrere un tempo libero all'interno dell'hotel senza dover andare da nessuna parte. Sarei sicuramente tornato.

Very nice hotel at the heart of the city...just adjacent to Berjaya Megamall Kuantan..very friendly and helpful staffs..bery recommended

Stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and dining spots.

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Mi piaceva davvero questo posto. Il suo posto era molto privato e segreto, e non c'erano molti ospiti durante il nostro soggiorno, quindi ci sentiva come se avessimo la spiaggia per noi stessi. La colazione era tranquilla e abbiamo provato anche il servizio in camera, il cibo era sorprendentemente buono. Tuttavia, per un risorsa privata in questo punto di prezzo, mi aspettavo un'esperienza generale migliore e un'attenzione maggiore ai dettagli. Ho fatto il check-in al mio compleanno, e mentre non mi aspettavo niente di stravagante, avevo sperato di almeno un semplice saluto di compleanno durante il check-in. Purtroppo, non c’era alcuna nota, che era un po’ deludente. Il problema più grande era la condizione della stanza, il pavimento era molto bagnato e slipperoso, e le pareti si sentivano insopportabili. All'inizio pensavo che il pavimento fosse stato appena mosso, ma dopo poche ore il problema si era aggravato. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare due volte il custode per spostare il pavimento e un tecnico è venuto a controllarlo, e ci è stato detto che era causato dal condizionatore d'aria. Infine, abbiamo rinunciato e chiesto di mettere in pavimento degli asciugamani per impedire che nessuno slippa, come mostrato nelle foto, e il sedile del bagno era anche sporco e avrebbe dovuto essere sostituito. La cosa che mi ha disappunto più è stata la mancanza di follow-up; durante la visita di verifica nessuno si è scusato per l'inconveniente, anche se avevamo riferito due volte la questione; nessuno ha chiesto se il problema era stato risolto o se il nostro soggiorno era stato colpito. In generale, il resort offre eccellente privacy, bellissime viste e un'atmosfera tranquilla. Purtroppo, la condizione della stanza e la mancanza di servizio al cliente hanno ombrato ciò che avrebbe dovuto essere un memorabile soggiorno di compleanno. Considerato il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, mi aspettavo molto più attenzione sia alla manutenzione che all'esperienza degli ospiti.

I enjoyed my 2-day stay at this hotel. The pool was a nice addition, and the room was easily accessible. Cleanliness was decent, and the room itself was comfortable—just right for solo travelers. For those staying in the deluxe room, do bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers as they’re not provided. The food available for order was quite good, and I had a lovely view from my room. Staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the price.
