UUtente ospiteThis hotel was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, with excellent service from start to finish. Communication was so convenient; anything we needed, we could simply message on WhatsApp and get a response within minutes. The staff gave great recommendations for activities and dinner spots in the area.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning water views. I loved that it’s adults-only, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The hotel also has its own private beach, accessible by a quick boat ride provided for guests.
The drinks were top-tier, and one evening there was even a DJ on the rooftop, which created such a fun vibe. The food was also a standout—specifically the rooftop burgers, which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
We felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return and confidently give this hotel a 10/10 across the board!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price.
The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe.
On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing.
The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

UUtente ospiteNon un resort a 5 stelle. Questo non significa che non sia un bel resort, perché è, ma 5 resort a 5 stelle hanno un servizio di top notch. In primo luogo, non ti prendono all'aeroporto, ma puoi farli installare il trasporto per te (a tua spese aggiuntive). Il taxi è $75 ogni volta (ho controllato Uber e era $55 e il taxi ha corrispondeto a quel prezzo), e siamo riusciti a prendere un furgone di viaggio in viaggio dall'aeroporto per $17 per persona. Abbiamo avuto una ”suite esecutiva” che era bello, non la loro migliore stanza, ma probabilmente nel mezzo. Non hanno mai cambiato le foglie di letto in tutto il 5 day/4 soggiorno notturno. Hanno fatto il letto, ma non hanno mai cambiato le foglie. Hanno un frigo ben memorizzato e altri beni a prezzo elevato. Il problema è che le loro cazzate vengono spostate se si vuole davvero usare il frigorifero. Abbiamo anche ricevuto ”imposte supplementari” quando abbiamo controllato. Solo come $2-3 al giorno, ma questi avrebbero dovuto essere inclusi nel prezzo. Il ristorante sushi sul posto non era un buon valore. Ci hanno prelevato per i prodotti che non abbiamo ordinato e guardare per l'acqua $4.50. Il nostro conto era $200 più suggerimento per due adulti. Ognuno aveva due margaritas, un appetito (avremmo cancellato dopo aver detto al cameriere e lui ha riconosciuto, ma è venuto comunque) e due entrate. Le porzioni erano piccole, quindi certamente non c'è ”rimane”. Il buono. Il colazione incluso è eccellente. Fate il meglio di questo, mangiate un colazione tardi (il colazione è finito al pranzo, quindi non ci sia più tardi di 11:00) e questo dovrebbe passare fino a cena. La posizione è grande. Vicino alla marina/centro, ma abbastanza lontano da essere facile da camminare e si può stare fuori da quella azienda. In generale, è un bel resort 4 stelle (al meglio).

KKarenThey were quite a few problems with this hotel it doesn't match the price point of what was charged. One thing is one day we order tacos and literally needless to say Three of us order tacos in each different taco order we're all horrible. I ordered pork belly tacos. The person that cooked him should be forced to eat them. Pork belly has to be cooked to the point where the fat is crispy this person failed and just left blobs of fats with low quality chewy meat. My friend had some kind of tempura battered vegetable tacos they were needless to say god-awful. My cousin had fish tacos and they were small for the price point. Do not eat here do not drink your drinks or frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Another problem with this hotel is that they don't have refrigerators in the regular rooms. Give me a break. Also the swimming pool was hot as Hades. There was nothing to cover the pool and we were there in the month of August and the swimming pool was basically a hot tub Potter even than the actual jacuzzi. It was miserable and people didn't use it. They should a put air conditioning coils in the pool or b invent some kind of covering that prevents it from hitting the sun in direct sunlight. For all intensive purposes that swimming pool was unswimmable. The staff was professional but I would never ever stay there again with so many faults. To call that place the Hilton shows the Hilton in a bad light. How can you charge an amenity fee and not even have a refrigerator in the room give me a break. Also water drains slow in all pipes. Internet was fine I would never buy a drink there they were outrageously expensive. To keep my things cold I had to buy an ice chest and stuck it in the shower. I had to empty it every day and put new ice in to keep my cream cold. Another problem with a hotel is they offer free coffee but only till 9:00 a.m. who the hell wants to get up before 9:00 a.m. to get a cup of coffee. I think it was a money saving technique on their behalf. They also gave me an ice chest to use as ice but the container that they gave it to me wasn't clean was I supposed to put that in a drink? Gross!! Definitely not up to Hilton standards and not at a price point more than $70 total. Their idea of happy hour is 14 or $17 margarita buy one get one free. Insanity I would never pay that much for margarita. I like the art but this hotel is severely flawed

UUtente ospiteQuesto posto è mio perché i proprietari/investitori sono presenti e sopra le cose e vogliono che il posto abbia un alto fine estetica e energia, come con il menu e la musica vivente. Ho l'impressione che ci siano sempre abbastanza persone per occupare il posto in modo efficiente e il club di spiaggia è stato un enorme vantaggio. L'unica cosa che ho notato è che i lavoratori amano passare il denaro o ignorare quello che stai aspettando. Per il servizio. Non c'è modo per i manager di sapere se non ascoltano davvero le interazioni, e spero che lo facciano presto. Sembra divertente per i dipendenti, ma è doloroso come patrono dover negoziare ogni volta che hai bisogno. Alcuni dei dipendenti sono grandi, ma fanno tutto il lavoro per coloro che passano il denaro

UUtente ospiteOur stay at Corazon Cabo was more of a nightmare than a dream vacation, so much so that we ended up cutting our trip short.
The hotel’s tasteful decor and prime location initially seemed to promise an idyllic stay. However, the reality turned out to be quite different, and not in a good way.
We were subjected to an intense, incessant push for a timeshare presentation, which felt more like a scam than a genuine opportunity. Despite declining on numerous occasions (well into double digits), the sales pressure from the hotel staff was relentlessly intrusive, turning our supposed relaxing getaway into a stressful experience.
The deception didn’t stop there. When we tried to book an activity through the hotel, we discovered that they attempted to charge a higher price than listed, and once again, tried to rope us into their timeshare program. These unscrupulous practices left us questioning the hotel’s business integrity.
Further dampening our experience was the hotel’s decision to turn off the AC in the common areas during periods of low occupancy. This cost-cutting measure, carried out without consideration for guest comfort on sweltering hot days, was a glaring indication of the hotel’s disregard for guest experience.
Room comfort was another area where Corazon Cabo failed to meet expectations. Despite the visual appeal of the room, we were plagued with a leaky shower that led to a persistently damp bathroom floor - an inconvenience that felt even more egregious given the high per-night cost of the room.
Given the host of disappointments we experienced at Corazon Cabo, we ultimately decided to cut our trip short and change our flight to head home a day early. This was an unfortunate conclusion to a vacation that had promised so much.
In summary, while Corazon Cabo might lure in guests with its attractive facade and desirable location, our stay was marred by persistent, high-pressure sales tactics, questionable business ethics, and a disregard for guest comfort. Until these serious issues are addressed, I would strongly recommend prospective visitors to look elsewhere for their stay in Cabo.

Il cibo dell'hotel non era buono. Il campanello era il più bello e giovane cho cho, il concierge era grande.
L'hotel aveva poche attività. Era stanco!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è bello. È affrontato con il bellissimo oceano e con tre bellissime piscine. Il pacchetto include colazione e cena. Il problema è che i due ricevitori di grande dimensione sul desk front, ci hanno controllato in ritardo era utile e brutto.Sembrano più disposti a servire gli americani che noi. La donna continua a ricordarci che siamo su un pacchetto “più economico”...Il manager cerca di verificare la situazione, ma il loro atteggiamento ha davvero rovinato una grande vacanza. La stanza è spaziosa, il personale del servizio ospite e i ristoranti sono buoni. Sono molti hotel nella zona che sono sicuro offriranno un'esperienza migliore.

Grazie speciali al capo concierge Mario Cortes ci ha aiutato con ogni richiesta, ci ha aiutato a aggiornare in una splendida stanza di vista sugli oceani, e ha organizzato un check-out tardivo per poter godere del resort ancora più avanti al nostro volo.
L'hotel stesso è eccellente: delizioso cibo, più ristoranti di quanto potremmo provare in un soggiorno, cambiamento di intrattenimento giornaliero per bambini e adulti, piscina calda e senza cloro, terrazza senza spot e personale incredibilmente gentile e amichevole.
Il nostro giovane figlio ha fatto rapidamente amici, e il campo d'acqua è diventato il suo posto preferito.Abbiamo anche prenotato un tour di show pirata attraverso l'hotel è stata una fantastica esperienza!
Non c'è un solo sconto che possiamo pensare. Ci siamo divertiti e vorremmo tornare di nuovo!
