UUtente anonimoE'assolutamente il miglior hotel vacanze del mondo!Il più famoso è il team di servizio, molti, correre veloce, educato, ogni personale, compresi ingegneri, giardinieri, saluterà educatamente gli ospiti.Il cameriere del ristorante è di alta qualità, che può essere la caratteristica del lavoro mexico. Il design ambientale è in linea con la frase millenaria cinese: ”Le montagne sono pesanti e non c'è modo di sospettare, e il fiore oscuro è un villaggio.”Viviamo cinque giorni e abbiamo nuove scoperte ogni giorno.Non solo c'è piscina, ma anche la piscina calda e la piscina fluviale. La serata è molto romantica, oltre a un ristorante diverso da stile, gli ospiti possono anche prenotare con loro l'hotel, come il fuoco sulla spiaggia, la piscina, ecc., non meno di dozzine di scenari, ovviamente anche scenari di matrimonio.Il ristorante ha: cibo ian, frutta di mare, cibo creativo tailandese, cibo giapponese.Molto ricco. Il letto nella stanza è troppo alto per essere inclinato.Non so perche'.Due volte prima e dopo la pulizia della stanza.Accanto alle sei di tre giorni di mattina, siamo andati al mare per vedere il sole e la foto, e rilassati.C'è un forte stile estraneo!

UUtente ospiteThis hotel was absolutely amazing—beautifully designed, with excellent service from start to finish. Communication was so convenient; anything we needed, we could simply message on WhatsApp and get a response within minutes. The staff gave great recommendations for activities and dinner spots in the area.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning water views. I loved that it’s adults-only, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. The hotel also has its own private beach, accessible by a quick boat ride provided for guests.
The drinks were top-tier, and one evening there was even a DJ on the rooftop, which created such a fun vibe. The food was also a standout—specifically the rooftop burgers, which were honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
We felt completely safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return and confidently give this hotel a 10/10 across the board!

KKarenThey were quite a few problems with this hotel it doesn't match the price point of what was charged. One thing is one day we order tacos and literally needless to say Three of us order tacos in each different taco order we're all horrible. I ordered pork belly tacos. The person that cooked him should be forced to eat them. Pork belly has to be cooked to the point where the fat is crispy this person failed and just left blobs of fats with low quality chewy meat. My friend had some kind of tempura battered vegetable tacos they were needless to say god-awful. My cousin had fish tacos and they were small for the price point. Do not eat here do not drink your drinks or frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Another problem with this hotel is that they don't have refrigerators in the regular rooms. Give me a break. Also the swimming pool was hot as Hades. There was nothing to cover the pool and we were there in the month of August and the swimming pool was basically a hot tub Potter even than the actual jacuzzi. It was miserable and people didn't use it. They should a put air conditioning coils in the pool or b invent some kind of covering that prevents it from hitting the sun in direct sunlight. For all intensive purposes that swimming pool was unswimmable. The staff was professional but I would never ever stay there again with so many faults. To call that place the Hilton shows the Hilton in a bad light. How can you charge an amenity fee and not even have a refrigerator in the room give me a break. Also water drains slow in all pipes. Internet was fine I would never buy a drink there they were outrageously expensive. To keep my things cold I had to buy an ice chest and stuck it in the shower. I had to empty it every day and put new ice in to keep my cream cold. Another problem with a hotel is they offer free coffee but only till 9:00 a.m. who the hell wants to get up before 9:00 a.m. to get a cup of coffee. I think it was a money saving technique on their behalf. They also gave me an ice chest to use as ice but the container that they gave it to me wasn't clean was I supposed to put that in a drink? Gross!! Definitely not up to Hilton standards and not at a price point more than $70 total. Their idea of happy hour is 14 or $17 margarita buy one get one free. Insanity I would never pay that much for margarita. I like the art but this hotel is severely flawed

UUtente ospiteRicorda, in cima a quello che paghiamo per il soggiorno con trip.com, dobbiamo ancora pagare per più spese durante il check-out al resort. Beh, è un club vacanze comunque, quindi le spese giornaliere aggiuntive sarebbero $40USD tariffa di resort, $8USD tariffa di servizio e $38 USD tariffa ambientale Cabo.
Credo che sia stato di buon valore per un paio di giorni. Ci sono diverse piscine, piazza da fuoco e accesso a una spiaggia privata. In alcuni giorni, le spiagge lungo il Cabo, soprattutto con mare aperto, non sono in grado di nuotare a causa di onde forti. Possiamo nuotare in mare qui a causa della sua posizione, una mini baia cosi' protetta da clicche, una bella proprietà con vista sull'arco dall'angolo della proprietà vicino all'oceano.

DDianaConfusione sul check-in come abbiamo dovuto pagare l'igiene e la tassa ambientale, ma la nostra prenotazione ha detto che avevamo già pagato questo a Trip.com. La mia stanza era grande - ma la stanza degli amici aveva problemi (la porta si è spazzata fuori dalle corde, la sicurezza non ha funzionato e l'acqua calda non ha funzionato - quando la manutenzione è venuta a riparare un fango giallo è uscito dalle tubazioni!), È fantastico un colazione la carta sul pavimento (potete avere buffet di ALC) con delizioso cibo fresco (molto più bello di buffet). Fantastico posizione sulla marina e parcheggio gratuito. Questa è la mia seconda permanenza e sarei rimasto. Questa è la mia prima Trip.com esperienza così è stato cauto - ma è stato fantastico. Ho un ottimo hotel a Cabo per il prezzo più basso di tutte le piattaforme.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è bello. È affrontato con il bellissimo oceano e con tre bellissime piscine. Il pacchetto include colazione e cena. Il problema è che i due ricevitori di grande dimensione sul desk front, ci hanno controllato in ritardo era utile e brutto.Sembrano più disposti a servire gli americani che noi. La donna continua a ricordarci che siamo su un pacchetto “più economico”...Il manager cerca di verificare la situazione, ma il loro atteggiamento ha davvero rovinato una grande vacanza. La stanza è spaziosa, il personale del servizio ospite e i ristoranti sono buoni. Sono molti hotel nella zona che sono sicuro offriranno un'esperienza migliore.

RRohenaL'hotel era abbastanza pulito ma il bagno non funzionava e non hanno risolto o cambiato le camere.
Il cibo dell'hotel non era buono. Il campanello era il più bello e giovane cho cho, il concierge era grande.
L'hotel aveva poche attività. Era stanco!

BBrianMarina Fiesta is an older (somewhat dated) hotel, but is in good condition. PROS: price if you get a super deal like I did; location near the marina, restaurants and shopping.
CONS: probably not worth the higher prices if you don't get a deal. They take all guests to a ”amenities presentation” which is designed to get you to go to a Timeshare prevention. Location is a VERY touristy area, but has good options for eating. Getting room temperature set to comfortable level takes FOREVER and when I arrived it was SUPER cold--finally got it to comfortable but next day housekeeping turned up temp to a very uncomfortable level and it took hours of poor sleep to get to a comfortable level again.
Not a bad option but I would not stay there again unless got another super deal.
