L'ambiente appartiene a una buona zona comunitaria di alta qualità, piena di senso di sicurezza, un'aperta bocca di vino amministrativo all'interno e all'esterno, il ristorante è molto attento, è un buon hotel, una grande stanza, ha balcone indipendente, l'ambiente del campo da golf all'esterno, Rispetto all'ambiente esterno dell'hotel lussuoso nel centro della città, la vista è troppo buona. Il personale è molto amichevole, professionale e rimarrà a Xiaohua.

LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

A fabulous experience from initial check in to the outstanding service we recieved. Probably the friendliest staff I’ve met. The room and hotel grounds are second to none. I rebooked the place for another 5 nights since I needed a relaxing place to work. Breakfast is international and access to the city is a grab away and near the lake.

The hotel was very comfortable and made me feel safe and sound as well , food was delicious and their wine collection are great . Will surely return to this hotel in coming visits. Every staffs are so welcoming and warm to everyone .

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per la partenza precoce all'aeroporto. Ci sono stati meno di un giorno, ma l'impressione è rimasta la migliore. Siamo molto grati che siamo stati trasferiti con colazione che non potevamo usare il giorno di partenza, la mattina del nostro universo all'hotel. Il colazione era molto delizioso e molto stanco dopo il turno notturno, e non voleva andare a cercare un altro caffè. Way-fai è debole in hotel come è il caso in tutta Myanmar. Il tè nella stanza non è disponibile, su richiesta iniziale è stato dato termos con acqua calda. La doccia è normale, la stanza è spaziosa. C'è un caffè all'hotel dove si può pranzo o cena. I prezzi sono moderati. Siamo soddisfatti del rapporto prezzo/qualità. Buon hotel a tre stelle. Raccomanda.

Our stay was short but the Holly Hotel is very close to the bus station and 20 minutes from the airport. The staff is very helpful! It is a little sad that you can not open a window in the room as we don't like to use AC. The hotel is also close to the Terminal M shopping mall with Ocean supermarket.

E' un vero viaggio nel tempo, un fascino che ti porta a una nave del 1920. Diversi dettagli originali, come orologio, il frigo dentro un barile, la cassetta di suono bluetooth che imita una vitre, tutti i mobili in pelle. I dipendenti sono estremamente simpatici e accoglienti. Io super consiglio, senza dubbio, è stata una bella esperienza. Un punto unico della posizione è la sera, perché c'è una fiera notturna che non sembra così sicura e, nonostante il vintage, alcuni piccoli dettagli mancano di manutenzione come il portafoglio della camera, per esempio

青旅在老城區，離中央火車站不遠，一樓大廳，住宿在二樓和三樓，床單一客一換，房間有桌子，衹是窗户缺乏維護，關不上。前台有一位會點中文的男孩很好。工作人員衹會當地語，交流不暢，退房時前台還要我付最後一天房費，我已付，他説沒收到，幸虧會點中文的男孩出來證實我已付清房款。
