Hotel con colazione a Senggigi

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary buggy service to the beach.  The room view was spectacular, overlooking the sea horizon. Our second trip to Kalandara, definitely no regrets at all. Airport transfers were prompt and friendly, shout out to Emmy and Ahyar. Also to Wulan who acknowledged that we were a returning guests and Wulan Mei and Wina who greeted and served the breakfast with a smile. Will definitely coming back again.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è bellissimo, la piscina a sfioro è molto confortevole, il ristorante sulla scogliera è delizioso, puoi vedere la vista infinita sul mare e il tramonto, e il prezzo è molto alto. L'hotel non è lontano da Senggigi, ma devi prendere un taxi Non ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni, quindi è adatto a chi ama soggiornare in hotel.

Noleggio un scooter per andare in giro a senggi, mangsit, nipah e fino al porto di Bangsal.Molti porti di vista piacevole per fermarsi lungo la strada da hotel a porto di Bangsal.

L'hotel è in buona posizione. Il personale è il più gentile in tutta l'Indonesia, sono così utile e gentile! 10/10. Sfortunatamente siamo stati trasferiti in un altro locale dove la porta non era chiusa correttamente, quindi abbiamo un enorme COCKROACH nella nostra stanza. Poi, la notte, mio marito si morse di alcuni animali nel letto e ha avuto punti rossi pieni sulle braccia, le gambe, il petto e il retro... probabilmente le labbra del letto o qualcosa di diverso... le pareti avevano un certo mold. Il doccia capo in bagno quasi cadde sulla mia testa, perché non era fissato sulla parete... (Circa 1 kg) Questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno una cattiva esperienza. Anche gli anziani che stanno arrivando agli hotel sono molto annoianti. Il colazione era eccellente, davvero delizioso e di buona qualità! Ci siamo incontrati con il proprietario che era molto gentile e ci ha dato una piccola compensazione per il loro ristorante.

Ho prenotato una stanza per il mio amico e il ricevitore mi conosceva e si lamentava alla mia famiglia che ho prenotato una stanza per me stesso con la gente. La privacy dei clienti è la cosa più importante e questo è ciò che l'hotel dovrebbe essere curato, non nemmeno dirlo li' e qui.

Mixed feelings The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first) Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for) I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
