Hotel con colazione a Mataram

Our stay was Excellent! Exactly what we needed after a long 2 day travel back from Sumbawa! The staff were amazing! So Warm and welcoming especially May! The room was also splendid! A big TV with Netflix, Good AC, and plenty of complimentary water bottles! We also got complimentary watermelon and mint drinks which were very nice! The food at the hotels restaurant was also reasonably priced and very tasty! Would recommend a stay here to anyone especially as a layover to Bangsal ferry port!

Location was lacking…far away from beach, restaurants, shops or massage shops. You need a taxi or Grab to go anywhere. The lounge chairs really could use cushions. The pool water needs more maintenance/chlorine…smells. Breakfast was okay but it is heavily catered to Indonesian clientele & taste. Overall, hotel was clean & service was satisfactory but nothing special. Recommend bathroom was provided with towels other than 2 bath towels.

Trip was amazing but we have issues with the room card key. I love the spa next time will book again!

Really helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

”I had a pleasant stay at Lombok Plaza Hotel with a clean, spacious room, but the air conditioning was less than ideal. Despite the room’s overall comfort, the AC didn’t cool the room sufficiently, which might be due to its location. This is something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, the hotel was a nice choice for a relaxed stay.

Ogni camera è pulita e grande. Tutti, acqua calda, asciugamani, balcone, lavanderia.

Nice place to stay. Clean room, friendly staff. The bed sheets had to be replaced because they were dirty and torn.
