"Ottima posizione, servizio clienti eccellente, ospitalità e cibo delizioso, con un'ampia varietà di piatti asiatici e occidentali, inclusa la cucina locale. Servizio in camera 24 ore su 24, personale addetto alle pulizie, tutto il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Posizione centrale, comoda per gli spostamenti, a 15 minuti dal centro commerciale, anche per raggiungere l'aeroporto, vicino e comodo... anche la spa era fantastica. Le camere sono ben tenute, sempre pulite, bella vista, il bar sul tetto è fantastico. Non perdetevi il soggiorno al Golden Palace per visitare Lombok. Vorrei ringraziare la direzione e la direttrice, la signorina Lina, la responsabile del ristorante, tutti i responsabili marketing, la responsabile della spa Ayu/Jasmine. È importante sottolineare che tutto lo STAFF del GOLDEN PALACE"

"Mi piacciono queste camere, ci ho soggiornato molte volte, per una notte, per una settimana. Ogni volta che ho bisogno di alloggiare a Mataram, ci torno. Perché mi garantisce un riposo profondo, un buon servizio e un'atmosfera piacevole. Ho provato altri posti quando Eternal non era disponibile, e confrontandoli... non riesco a trovare altre camere, c'è una differenza così grande allo stesso prezzo. I ragazzi di P.C. possono fornire qualsiasi informazione sui trasporti, hanno anche delle moto a noleggio ;) Eternal ha stabilito uno standard :) grazie! Tornerò presto!"

Rimanete una notte dopo un viaggio di giorno per Benang Stokel e Benang Kelambu acquavite prima di volare a KL il giorno successivo. Necessitate di un buon riposo. Questo accogliente hotel ha fornito ciò che ho bisogno per un riposo. Ha cena e colazione all'hotel."

"Non c'era niente di buono in questo posto e un totale scarico di bagagli se mi chiedete. Mi hanno dato davvero una stanza con GIANTIC COCHROACHES & NO BLANKET? ***? Non posso credere che questa compagnia sia ancora in attività in tutta l'Asia sudorientale. Pensavo di provare e mi dispiace molto, ma la situazione è terribile, le condizioni di sonno sono terribili e l'Indonesia ha un personale schifoso. Anche il mio amico che si trovava nella stanza accanto a me ha detto che la tovagliola era la dimensione delle noci e il condizionatore era solo gocciolando l'aria calda. Se vuoi un hotel incubo per Halloween e sprechi i tuoi soldi per soggiornare a Red Doors è il posto migliore per questo! ? 👎🏿"

"The worst hotel that I every stayed I tried to find an accommodation close to where the food are but I regretted my decision to stay at Lombok Plaza hotel and I could not change to other hotel as I already re-paid the hotel. The hotel stayed in the past with many of the room facilities I have not seen in the very very long time ie.: the kettle (it was huge and dirty), safe deposit box (small, bulky and definitely ancient), AC (very noisy and not cold enough with only wind blowing), drinking cup was dirty, phone very outdated, TV was from the stone age with remote control only working within 60-cms from the screen (what the use of having remote control then), fridge (not cold and many rusty part can be seen) and worst is the towel smell musty and not fresh. Not only that the bathroom is dirty with black fungus, toilet was ancient and not very stable, bath amenities is so cheap that I have to use my own, linen was no longer white and leaking AC which I had to put bucket underneath it. I tried to be positive and try to find something which I can say but it is very hard for me to find anything good. Staff problem solving is not exist, they unable to open the safe deposit box in my room (they brought like almost hundred of small keys but it did not work) then she went to the lobby but I cannot wait, therefore I go down and asking to use the safe at the front desk which are the same as the one in the room however the lock mechanism cannot work and they unable to solve it. The car parking is quite dark and motorbikes all over. Very disappointed with the management of this hotel which seems do not really care about customer service and I believe this is not the first time a customer saying the same thing as I read the same complaint in trip.com few years or months ago but seems no improvement made. Will I return? NEVER……not even whey they pay me to stay again."
