Hotel con colazione a Lourdes

🌟 Ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Lutetia – Perfetta posizione & Comfort! 🌟 Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Lutetia a Lourdes. La posizione è assolutamente invincibile pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, rendendo l'arrivo e la partenza incredibilmente conveniente. Le camere erano molto spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute, tutto si sentiva fresco e tempestoso, e l’accesso moderno all’ascensore rendeva facile circolare, soprattutto con bagagli. Un altro grande vantaggio è la posizione in una facile raggiungimento del Grotto e della Basilica, che ha reso le nostre visite semplici e senza stress. Ci sono anche molti posti grandi per mangiare vicino, quindi non si è mai manca di opzioni di cena. La cosa che si è resa veramente amichevole era la cortesia del personale, che si compiacevano, aiutavano e rendevano la nostra permanenza ancora più piacevole. In generale, un ottimo hotel che offre comfort, comodità e un servizio eccellente. Molto consigliato per chiunque visita Lourdes!

Dista 7 minuti a piedi dal Santuario di Lourdes. Mi piace soprattutto l'apertura della sistemazione in quanto si affaccia sul fiume. La reception è molto cordiale e la colazione è semplice ma con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Nel complesso sono soddisfatto.

Great hotel in a great location! Just a 10 minute walk to the Grotto, and right opposite the stop for the airport shuttle. The hotel was spacious and clean with a relaxing air. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful. They wanted to make sure guests were comfortable. I highly recommend booking a superior room rather than a standard one. I had a room on the top floor with amazing views of mountains, and the river - as well as other hotels. The room was large and clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee replenished every day. When I arrived, there was a free bottle of water in the fridge and a little gift of a Lourdes medal plus a couple of sweets, with a beautiful and kind note from the manager. I really appreciated those touches. I would stay here again.

Il punto forte era la posizione vicino al Santuario di Lourdes e la vicinanza a negozi e ristoranti. La camera era molto spaziosa per due persone. Il letto era comodo, ma la moquette avrebbe bisogno di una bella pulita. Il bagno era ampio e molto pulito. Il punto debole era la mancanza di considerazione per il check-in anticipato, dato che non c'erano altri clienti in arrivo tra le 12:00 e le 15:00. Altri hotel a cinque stelle, a mio parere, sono stati molto più premurosi. Mi sono ritrovato seduto sul divano, l'accoglienza è stata davvero poco calorosa. Se volevo aggiornarmi sulle notizie o guardare una serie TV, non c'era nessun canale in inglese. Gli hotel dovrebbero soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti, non essere personalizzati in base al paese. Molto frustrante. Potrei comunque consigliare questo posto. C'è sempre margine di miglioramento.

The lady receptionist was super friendly and accommodating, she even checked me early so big thank you to her. Mr Miguel the receptionist was such a lovely man but Mr Jan the receptionist was a bit harsh in his responses to people and was treating guests as they are stupid, very sad to see that Infront of me. The room is nice and big and well maintained. The breakfast costs 10 euros which includes a variety of fruits, pork sausages, omelette, ham, cheese and other basics, it's the same every day. The location is super a few minutes away from the Lourdes Basilica making it a great stay for those interested in visiting St Lourdes.

Esperienza di Lourdes - si riferisce al primo giorno - mia figlia e me stessa camminando verso il santuario, e davvero guardando tanto. Io volontario ogni anno, ma mia figlia non era mai lì prima e su sua proposta, siamo rimasti in Ibis. Era contento di trovare un posto per i principianti e potevamo andare a piedi e verso Grotto. Ma improvvisamente la signora mi ha colpito l’osso per avvertirmi che il mio sacchetto era aperto - bagaglio che ho comprato per il viaggio. Immediatamente sapevo - non lascerei mai un pacco di backpack aperto/ panico impostato rapidamente & ho trovato tutte le mie carte bancarie e telefono cellulare - così il mio buon senso mi ha lasciato anche e ho appena girato e tornato a Ibis. In camera mia non avevo un telefono, ma ero troppo agitato e sapevo diretta alla polizia.Con quel - colpo sulla porta.Era Cristofa dalla ricezione. Ha ricevuto una chiamata da un negozio - St Joseph sotto il ponte, entrando nelle porte di San Michelle. Il mio piccolo portafoglio con tutte le mie carte bancarie, i dettagli, il mio cellulare, qualsiasi contante, così ci siamo sbrigati a portare la mia borsa e il mio telefono. Erano così dolci. Il contante è stato preso, ma grazie a Nostra Signora le carte sono rimaste. Non potevo dire abbastanza su Christophe & Nathalie. Sono davvero preoccupati e non ho bisogno della polizia. Così potevo solo dire che il personale dell'IBIS era meraviglioso. La gente è la ragione per tornare a Lourdes e i cattivi guidano tutti via. Pertanto, voterò a favore del vostro personale su questo conto.

I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary.

L'hotel è ben situato, a soli 7-minute passeggiata dal Santuario della nostra Lady of Lourdes, offre una vista fantastica se si sceglie una stanza con vista sul fiume. Il colazione è delizioso e molto bello. È importante notare che l’hotel ha una vecchia decorazione, che ricorda 40 anni fa, e non è ben mantenuto; non è più insonorizzante. Se non avessimo avuto una stanza con vista sul fiume, la mia esperienza potrebbe essere peggio. Considerati questi fattori, non ho intenzione di rimanere di nuovo in questo hotel.

The hotel is at the other end of the action ( activities , eateries, and shopping. A good 10 minutes walk to the action area. The room is rather small for two to move freely. We let each other pass as the space is for two mid size person. The shower was somewhat ' tickling ' , the control of the water temperature was a challenge. Breakfast is 9 euros, per pax, which is basic continental ( no ham and eggs ), which is convenient for early riser as other eateries start 8ish. Luggage storage is allowed. Checkout time was allowed at 11am ( specified at 10 am). The staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall stay for us is pleasant although I dislike the shower.

Situato vicino al grotto e alla basilica, a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La stanza era pulita e luminosa. La zona del personale è molto utile. Hotel consigliato se si desidera soggiornare a Lourdes
