Hotel con colazione a Costanza

前台很nice 酒店不在市中心但會送bus券也就十幾分鍾吧可以用兩天 雖然我們沒用上哈哈哈 周圍有奧aldi和lidl還有加油站，停車是免費的特別好，房間很大早飯也還OK 自駕的推薦推薦 我太喜歡博登湖了！

Wir haben Superior Zimmer gebucht, aber das Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen (Dunkel, neben dem Aufzug). Für ein de luxe Zimmer mussten wir pro Nacht 88 Euro bezahlen. Das Zimmer war hell und hatte eine schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und bequem, aber das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht professionell und arrogant. Beim Frühstück war das Personal völlig überfordert.Auf einen Cappuccino mussten wir 30 Minuten warten. Insgesamt entspricht das Personal nicht den Erwartungen eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la stanza è bella, molto moderna e pulita. Il personale è molto amichevole e impegnato. Vorrei tornare 😀

Ho passato una notte, ma devo dire, semplicemente Top 🫶🏼 Personale super amichevole e cordiale 👌🏽🫶🏼🫶🏼 Colazione è stata molto deliziosa 😋 tutte le varietà di uova, salsa, specchi tutto ciò che il cuore desidera 👌🏽 A questo si tratta di tutti i tipi di varietà Musli e diversi iogurti, frutta 👌🏽 Per me è stato molto rilassante e la posizione dell'hotel, perfetto 👌🏽 Per fare una passeggiata o fare shopping 👌🏽 Posso consigliare molto, vi dare i miei cari 🙌🏽🫶🏼

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Direkt in der Stadt, besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Das Personal ist durchweg äußerst freundlich. Bei Problemen wurde direkt nach Lösungen gesucht und weitergeholfen. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr gut. Verbessern könnte man auf jeden Fall den Service beim Frühstück. Hier wurden zB die Tische nicht abgeräumt. Lediglich als die Frühstückszeit zu Ende war, kamen das Personal mit einem Wagen und räumte alle Tische auf einmal ab. Also auch wenn man einen zweiten Kaffee serviert bekam, blieben meist die leeren Tassen auf dem Tisch stehen. Deshalb sollte hier das Personal nochmals geschult werden. Es gab aber immer ausreichend Platz zum sitzen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten gehabt ;-) Wie eine Dame an der Rezeption sagte, wird aber nach und nach renoviert. Fazit: Für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet, wenn man keine allzu hohe Erwartungen hat. In ein renoviertes Zimmer würde ich jederzeit wieder gehen.

Location is good. Cross the bridge and you are in the centre of the city. What I don't like is noisiness of housekeeping staff and the staff is whistling. For many countries and cultures whistling belongs to very bad superstitions and it is very uncomfortable to hear the staff at breakfast and housekeeping workers whistle in the corridor

In its favour, the hotel is extremely well situated, a couple of minutes from the train station and 3 minutes from the centre. It’s clean and modern. Part from that, nothing special. Rather unfriendly.  Average breakfast. No kettle to make  tea and coffee in the bedroom. Snacks and drinks in the minibar overpriced.

Un po'non è molto buono da trovare, la targa della porta è piccola, accanto a McDonald's, il personale di servizio è molto atteggiato, la stanza è anche molto buona

The hotel was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences. There was no kettle or water boiler in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby every time I wanted coffee or tea. In the evening, the coffee machine area was closed, and I had to ask the reception to open it. Sometimes the staff were not available or were busy, which made it difficult. On one occasion, I had to leave the hotel and buy coffee from a nearby coffee shop. It would be much more convenient if there were kettles in the rooms or if the coffee machine were accessible at all times.

L'hotel è uno di quei tipi di autocontrollo, senza una ricezione. Non avevamo ricevuto il codice, quindi dovremmo chiamare il numero di servizio. La persona sul telefono era buona e ci ha dato il codice. Molto comodo letto e grande camera, eccellente per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. In una zona tranquilla circondata da edifici di ufficio, e parcheggio commerciale. Molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma non troppo intorno. Cons: Poteva essere un po' più pulito, c'erano i capelli nel bagno, per esempio, e alcune cose non funzionavano: una lampada, un ferro di tovagliolo riscaldato, anche la porta del bagno mancava.
