Hotel con colazione a Zhaoqing

Lika Wang did a good job at helping me check in and picking up my Taobao packages. Room was clean, robes and towels fluffy, bed and pillows soft and clean, balcony rail was wiped (saw them sipping it). Room has nice art work based on local geography, floor lag does not get soaked because there’s a lip beneath shower door, there’s a scale and a hair dryer, coffee pods (no creamer) and basic tea. Pool gym are both clean with towels. Lounge is ok, but refreshments and drinks very limited, didn’t have time to try their actual tea time. Breakfast has EXCELLENT EGG CHOICES (well labelled as over easy etc) with omelettes, sausages were good quality, bacon was ok, Chinese rice noodles were dried out but congee selection was good. But breakfast areas were crowded but they did try to put extra seating outside the restaurant. Cleaning staff consistently remembered to greet guests. Chinese restaurant had good roast duck, fresh shrimps but service was slow and lacked eloquence. Overall pretty well designed hotel, with staff that have good attitude. But like many hotels, it’s the training that may need improvement. Areas for improvement: 1. air conditioning insufficient in lobby and hallways,(avoid automatic doors and add curtains to save ac if needed ) 2. Fitness centre desk staff a bit slow and lacks training, more water machines needed, 3. Doorman didn’t always help with luggage and didn’t consistently open doors, (but they were often outside in the heat, tried to help and were ready to help) 4. Restaurant staff put in good effort, but you need more staff or faster staff. 5. Breakfast wasn’t replenished fast enough, salad bar could be improved with more choices, (Japanese dressing was always low) hash browns could be added and the coffee beans weren’t that good but the machine was good. 6. Management staff need to be on site more supervising and greeting. 7. Concierge staff could be more active at greeting and directing. 8. Some live piano music or some more music to enhance lobby would be better. Nonetheless all of the staff overall are better than average, and show good attitude and willingness. The most impressive was the attention to detail with shower door lip, local art work, breakfast egg selection, very comfortable bed, and good congee selection.

Il giovane di notte ci ha anche dato una grande raccomandazione per il pigiù di tostatura. Dotando un punto dalla pulizia perché le camere non fumatori ancora un po' odore di fumo, ma altrimenti sono grandi.

Room is huge, tub is clean and comfortable. The bed is kind of soft, didn't get good sleep. There's a wedding in the morning so super noisy. Location is super good just by the lake. Shower is great

Ji Hotel overall is very good, I have stayed quite a lot of Ji Hotel at different place. Normally I rated Ji Hotel with excellent service but for this time I will only rate ”1” due to the front desk staff were not friendly, I stayed here 3 nights only one front desk young  lady (戴黑框眼睛的小姐姐) was friendly to us, the rest were very rude and unfriendly , especially is the lady look like manager (the one with the black jacket), when we are check in, she is stand at the front desk and look us like ”alien”, this make us uncomfortable. For my next trip to Zhao Qing, I'LL NOT LOOK FOR THIS JI HOTEL AGAIN.

Molto bel piccolo hotel sul lago con uno stile giapponese. Personale amichevole e le letti non sono rock hard, che è sempre buono. Ristoranti vicino e un buon ambiente rilassato intorno.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel. La stanza è splendida e il servizio è di grande qualità. È importante sottolineare in particolare che il personale di front desk Leo, ha avuto molto aiuto nel aiutarci a entrare e uscire. Ci faceva sentire a casa durante i nostri due giorni di soggiorno.

Sarebbe stato tutto a posto, tranne che abbiamo voluto passare un po' di tempo a cercare hotel dove possiamo prenotare uffici senza fumo, ma, mentre eravamo dentro, abbiamo sentito chiaramente l'odore di fumo di sigarette che arrivava. Abbiamo capito che era venuto dal sistema di ventilazione igienica. L'odore era insopportabile, quindi siamo andati in ricevimento per farli sapere. Ma la loro risposta era super incompetente, dicendo: ”Oh, certo, manderò qualcuno con un po' di aria fresca”. Poi le abbiamo detto che non risolverà la questione, e lei ha detto che chiederà che anche il ventilatore venga controllato; quando ci siamo resi conto che c’era già qualcuno, mentre l’intera stanza era in piscina in frigorifero d’aria di agrumi. Se è possibile, è stato quasi peggio dell'odore della sigaretta, dovevamo aprire tutte le porte e le finestre che cercavano di respirare, e perché era tardi e non avevamo energia per provare a lamentarci e poi muoverci ancora le stanze, dovevamo dormire in tutto questo. Ovviamente, la mattina svegliamo di nuovo per fumare sigarette, e subito usciamo e andiamo a trovare un altro hotel. Non rimarrei mai più con il City Comfort Inn.

Great location in a quiet area just in from of the scenic place. The room is confortable and the owner is very helpful and kind! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Anche se Zhaoqing è un bel luogo di trasporto da Kaiping è stato praticamente inesistente. Quasi abbiamo svanito l'idea di visitare finché non abbiamo scoperto che potremmo transitare e passare in un autobus da Jiangmen. Purtroppo abbiamo colpito anche un altro colpo alla stazione di autobus Zhaoqing perché non c'era nessun trasporto pubblico nella zona di 7 Star Crags dove si trova l'hotel. Tuttavia, la bella signora proprietaria è venuta al salvataggio e ci ha raccolti. Quanto è cool? La signora capo è il secondo a nessuno. Era estremamente utile - suggerendo posti per cibo e attrazioni e anche l'ordine di farli. Certamente la parte migliore di rimanere qui è lei. Ma anche il suo soggiorno è grande. È molto ben situato davanti al bellissimo lago famoso, in modo da poter catturare facilmente il tramonto e le scene di sollevamento del sole. In retrospettiva, avremmo dovuto rimanere almeno un'altra notte.Forse ci riuniremo?
