We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location in Yangzhou. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area near Dongguan Street, which made it feel calm and removed from the crowds, while still being perfectly placed for exploring the old city on foot. The room was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, blending modern comfort with traditional architectural details. Everything was clean, well maintained, and felt intentionally done rather than generic. What really surprised us was discovering the hidden courtyards throughout the hotel, along with a traditional tea house on site. Walking through these spaces felt like stepping into a small historic compound rather than a standard hotel — peaceful, atmospheric, and full of character. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist and happy to share information when needed, without ever being intrusive. If you’re looking for a place that reflects the slow, cultural rhythm of Yangzhou, this hotel is a perfect fit. Highly recommended, especially for couples or anyone wanting a quieter, more meaningful stay.

I've stayed at many hotels due to frequent business trips, but this hotel is definitely the best. Among the reception staff, Tian Tiantu and Changchang were particularly kind. I have an appointment in a place where it's burdensome to walk because I have an appointment. I asked for a taxi, but they personally transported me to the hotel vehicle so I could travel to the location for free. There are also some where you can have a simple meal late in the evening, and in my experience, breakfast is more diverse than hotels of similar size. It wasn't the kindness of one staff member, but all the employees were good. Even when I checked out and left the hotel, they picked me up to the train station. They also packed a gift containing Yangzhou specialties. Next time I go on a business trip to the same area, I will definitely use this hotel. I would like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me during my stay.

The lobby is well heated. A coffee machine is found in the lobby. This is the only hotel that provides one in the lobby of the seven hotels that we stayed in. The coffee machine offers only espresso and americano. On arrival, we opted to push our luggage on the ram so as to avoid lifting them while walking up the steps. But the entrance of the ram was blocked by e-scooters etc. We complaint to the front office staff and the problem was later rectified. We were handed tooth brush by the front office staff upon check-in. Only 1 key card was given. Most hotels give 2. There are storage compartments for luggage available. But you have to do it yourself via some apps. Guests should not have to do this themselves. Service ranges from average to poor. Universal socket is not provided in the room. Plastic bags are not provided with the rubbish bins. Unhygienic! Refrigerator is cold. There’s both air-conditioning and heating. Therefore, guests have a choice. Auto-door closer is not installed for the room door. So we had to make sure that our door is locked when we leave the room. Only a box of tissues was provided. Most hotels provide 2. Toothbrush, shower cap, comb, hand towel etc was not replenished in the following day. Consequently, we wrote a list of the items and things that we needed done and place it on the bed for the room attendant to carry out. We normally switch off all the lights in the room when we sleep. We only have the shower cubicle and toilet lights on. This can’t be done. We have to choose between all lights off or some lights on in the room as well. Consequently, we didn’t sleep well for five nights. Range and quality of food is poor. Quantity is small. Milk and yogurt are dispensed from machines. Restaurant is heated. Knife is not offered. I wanted one to spread the butter on the toast. However, forks are provided! I had to switch on the toaster myself. I didn’t know how and a staff showed me. Then the staff asked me to switch it off after use. This is my first encounter with such a ridiculous breakfast situation! It is not my responsibility to switch off the toaster after use! Service is poor. There are moments when the entire restaurant is void of service staff. They are either in the kitchen or dish-washing area. There’s only one coffee machine and when it runs out of milk etc, one has to wait for a few minutes. This is below our expectations. Brown sugar is not offered. Butter was placed, in the same basket, with the jam. There were so few that I missed it. It’s strange for breakfast table to have partitions especially after covid.

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way — especially in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and service. ✅ Room: Spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The private hot spring tub on the balcony was a highlight — perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Smart lighting and plenty of amenities made the stay extra comfortable. ✅ Staff: Very helpful and friendly. Front desk team was professional and even helped with luggage and taxi booking. They also provided complimentary probiotic drinks and a disposable spa kit, which was a nice touch. ✅ Food: Breakfast buffet was included and surprisingly good. A mix of Chinese and light Western options, fresh and well-prepared. ✅ Location: Peaceful area near Yangzhou University Town. Taxis and DiDi rides are easy to get, and it's not far from the main attractions like Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street. ✅ Facilities: EV charging, good Wi-Fi, fitness room, and clean lobby spaces. Everything felt new and well maintained. Only suggestion: the balcony hot spring can feel a little cold in winter wind — maybe some screens or covers would help. But overall it was a luxurious experience. Would definitely return and recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, modern hotel with private hot spring access and great service.

Hotel is easy to reach and very nice. The staff is friendly, helpful. Hotel clean and big enough~ we have a small sofa there! Staff Mr, Huang(小黄） is kindly to help, and also other pretty lady staff! Keep giving us opinion and try their best to solve our issues as well! Very happy to have so comfortable stay here, hotel location really nice easy to go those famous place! Will come again!

I miei figli amavano l'hotel e la stanza. Il desk ci ha dato dei bambini slip e delle mutandine e un sacchetto pieno di cucina e snack per i bambini. Le letti erano molto comodi e la camera familiare era bella con un balcone guardando il canale. Swan nero nuotare lì. Il bagno privato fuori era freddo. Ci hanno dato alcuni biglietti d'attività (cookie per bambini, due tazze di caffè e accesso gratuito al parco accanto), purtroppo non potevamo usarli, perché siamo venuti a pranzo e andati a visitare una zona diversa , poi lasciati il giorno dopo colazione. L'ambiente esterno dell'hotel è bello e tranquillo. Il cibo era grande! Il buffet per colazione è delizioso. Lo consiglierei. C'era un personale che parlava inglese, ma non era necessario per noi. Il servizio è molto buono e amichevole...Tornerò.
