Hotel con colazione a Yangzhou

Yitel Yangzhou on Qionbhuz building is one of the best hotel experience we had when we traveled Jiangsu province of China in the month of March 2025. The hotel is situated near the city center and shows warm hospitality on our arrival and continues surprising us with great services, including room, laundry, travel and dining. We were assigned a room butler Chienchien and the sweet girl provided us with abundant travel information about Yangzhou. One rainy night, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel and got an opportunity to chat with the restaurant manager Mr. Chen. Not only he offered us the super dining service, he also talked with us on local news and stories about Yangzhou, good recommendation of traditional food and heritage restaurant, plus the travel tips on visiting Slender West Lake and Great Canal Museum, which are the famous city sites. Overall, we stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful first visit on Yangzhou because of the hospitality from this hotel. I highly recommend the stay for anyone traveling to the city.

This was just perfect! Through my rewards program we received a very nice upgrade to a courtyard room with bathtub, which we used. The hotel’s location is perfectly situated between Dongguan street and Pishi street (the latter is the nicer one, Dongguan st is just very touristy), so both are well reachable on foot. The hotel is new and comfortable, in a beautiful historic setting, garden included. The floor heating creates a comfortable environment in the room, and the staff go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need. We enjoyed our little foto shoot with Xiaohe from Xiaowan Lüpai too, shot on the premises. One remark for international visitors: the sockets in the rooms are 2 and 3 pin flat sockets, not the universal round ones you usually see in China hotels. You might need an adapter to charge your devices. However our room also had direct USB A and C plugs in the wall, so this was not really an issue. We were very impressed with Yangzhou, there’s plenty of things to see, like Shouxihu, Ge Garden, Daming Temple etc, and then there’s the local Huaiyang cuisine of course. You can easily spend 3 days here, it’s lovely.

Vorrei ringraziare tutti i membri del personale della reception e della lobby. Sono riuscito a ottenere solo alcuni dei loro nomi, Xiao Zhou e Xiao, ma il resto di loro sono stati molto utili!

Hotel is easy to reach and very nice. The staff is friendly, helpful. Hotel clean and big enough~ we have a small sofa there! Staff Mr, Huang(小黄） is kindly to help, and also other pretty lady staff! Keep giving us opinion and try their best to solve our issues as well! Very happy to have so comfortable stay here, hotel location really nice easy to go those famous place! Will come again!

Non ho pensato che la posizione geografica dell'hotel fosse cosi'eccellente, proprio sul lato della strada Dong Guan, la strada di salita era molto conveniente, e andava in un giardino per due minuti. Le strutture interne dell'hotel sono relativamente nuove, il servizio clienti, la sicurezza e l'atteggiamento di servizio della custodia sono molto buoni. Sono specialmente venuti a prendere l'auto alla strada. So che siamo molti, abbiamo anche inviato una colazione. L'hotel vanta una posizione privilegiata vicino all'ingresso est del Lago dell'Ovest Sottile. Passeggiando lungo il lago, si possono ammirare viste panoramiche, tra cui la Pagoda Qiling del Tempio Daming. L'acqua termale è rilassante e rigenerante, ma l'igiene delle vasche da bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare. Ho dovuto farle disinfettare tre volte prima di osare immergermi, quindi toglierei mezzo punto per l'igiene. Per il resto, l'hotel sarebbe perfetto. Le due gentilissime receptionist, Xiao Liu e Xiao Wu, sono state incredibilmente disponibili e mi hanno spiegato tutto con cura. Onestamente, il loro servizio è stato così eccellente che ho deciso di non pubblicare le foto della vasca durante la disinfezione. Tuttavia, suggerisco all'hotel di migliorare le sue procedure di disinfezione delle vasche, perché mi piacerebbe soggiornarvi di nuovo.
