## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. It's a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a tranquil oasis where I could relax and recharge. 杨柳青地区非常宁静，提供了一个适合反思和深思的安静环境。这里是远离城市喧嚣的绝佳之地，提供了一个可以放松和充电的宁静绿洲。 The design of the homestay is very traditional, showcasing beautiful elements of Chinese architecture. For foreigners wanting to experience authentic Chinese design and culture, this is a fantastic place to stay. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the cozy furnishings to the tasteful decor. It felt like a home away from home, which is exactly what you need when you're looking to unwind. 这家民宿的设计非常传统，展示了美丽的中国建筑元素。对于想要体验真正中国设计和文化的外国人来说，这是一个绝佳的住宿地点。每个细节似乎都经过了深思熟虑，从舒适的家具到雅致的装饰。它感觉就像一个远离家的家，这正是你在寻找放松时所需要的。 The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. Out of all the places I've stayed, this homestay in Tianjin stands out as one of the best. Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ho soggiornato in molti 5 hotel a stelle e di recente in una suite esecutiva elita su un crociera fluviale ma non ho mai avuto l'incredibile pensiero, la cura personale proattiva e il servizio cortese sperimentato a Nostalgia S (che si trova su una bella strada lanternella, con grandi ristoranti, caffè e è un breve salto al ponte Jingang e all’orologio del secolo. Le camere sono molto confortevoli, amo i tipi di toletta giapponesi che hanno (con bidet e sedili riscaldati) . Le bevande e i snack (acqua, iogurt e succo d'arancia) sono molto generosamente forniti gratuitamente nel mini bar e forniscono anche lavabo a base di tè.Per dare un esempio di quanto il personale sia stato responsabile: La prima notte, l’ospite molto inconsiderato nella prossima stanza suonava musica fino alle 1:30 di mattina. Solo quando sono andato alla porta per colpire, lei si è scusata e si è spento. La mattina dopo ho riferito alla ricezione e ci sono stati veramente morti. Quando sono tornato in camera mia quella sera, c'era una nota scritta che esprimeva le loro scuse, le loro scuse e un ricordo per farli sapere di tutto ciò che potevano fare per rendere il mio soggiorno più piacevole. Hanno lasciato anche ombre degli occhi e due set di cluci (che non mi servivano come avevo la mia). Sono stati anche segni negli ascensori che elencano un'intera gamma di oggetti che gli ospiti potrebbero chiedere, pro bono. Quando li ho informati che non mi servivano la mia stanza, Nondimeno, hanno lasciato una grande borsa di bevande e snack alla mia porta. Lavanderia, compresa lavastoviglie e softens, è fornita gratuitamente. Ho messo una partita nelle macchine e al mattino, quando stavo per andare a raccogliere le bevande dalla lavanderia, Ho trovato che erano stati consegnati alla mia porta. Ho prenotato una camera con vista panoramica sul fiume Haihe e ho ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa. Dopo aver presentato la mia richiesta, Melisa Li mi ha portato a vedere la tipologia della camera. Il servizio era molto attento e la vista fuori dalla finestra era molto buona la camera non è aumentata molto durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio. Il telefono del servizio clienti ha ricevuto risposta in pochi secondi. Dopo che il segnale wifi non era buono, ho immediatamente aggiunto un router alla casa. Ho una buona impressione di questo hotel.

Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Di recente ho soggiornato in questo fantastico hotel ed è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. Dalla calorosa accoglienza da parte dell'addetto alla reception, Duke, alla pulizia impeccabile e ai servizi ben tenuti, tutto ha superato le mie aspettative. La piscina e la palestra erano fantastiche per il relax e il facile processo di check-in e check-out ha reso il mio soggiorno senza problemi. La comoda posizione si aggiunge alla comodità generale. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

Questo hotel ha una posizione privilegiata con eccellenti collegamenti di trasporto, vicino alla stazione metropolitana. Le camere erano spaziose e pulite. Il personale ha fornito servizio caldo e ospite, e tutti erano così carini. Era una molto soddisfacente esperienza.

Il personale della reception è stato professionale ed efficiente, con un sorriso sincero e caloroso. Il check-in è stato puntuale e ci hanno spiegato in modo proattivo i servizi dell'hotel. Il fattorino è stato cordiale e attento, e il servizio in camera è stato efficiente. Il bagno era spazioso, con zone umide e asciutte separate, e la vasca era perfetta per rilassarsi. Il centro fitness era pulito e ben attrezzato con attrezzature all'avanguardia; la piscina riscaldata era cristallina; e la spa offriva trattamenti professionali, perfetti per il relax. Situato nel cuore del centro, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della Fifth Avenue e vicino alle stazioni degli autobus e della metropolitana, l'hotel è in una posizione comoda. Che viaggiate per lavoro o per piacere, la posizione è ideale. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
