## Review of Homestay in Tianjin / 天津民宿评价 I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful homestay in the 杨柳青 area of Tianjin, and I can't recommend it highly enough. As a stressed entrepreneur and doctor traveling from Shanghai, this trip was a much-needed break for me, and the homestay exceeded all my expectations. 我最近有幸住在天津杨柳青地区的一家很棒的民宿，我强烈推荐这里。作为一名从上海来的压力很大的企业家和医生，这次旅行对我来说是一段急需的休息时间，而这家民宿远远超出了我的预期。 The 杨柳青 area is incredibly peaceful, offering a serene environment that is perfect for reflection and deep thinking. State tranquilli, viaggiate in questo hotel - viaggierei a Tianjin per questo hotel da solo. In primo luogo, desidero ringraziare il personale delizioso della ricezione per avermi aiutato a trovare la mia parcella il mio ultimo giorno. Sono stati super utili e mi hanno aiutato a chiamare l'uomo di consegna per guidarli all'hotel, e quando arriva la parcella, l'hanno mandato nella mia stanza via robot - servizio pazzesco che sembra succedere solo in Cina! L'hotel è situato in una grande zona, è un po' bloccato/nascoso dalla strada principale, ma ci sono abbastanza segnali per mostrare la strada per i conducenti di taxi. È a pochi passi dal famoso ponte Shizilin (Ponte forestale di Lion) dove si può vedere il vecchio nonno nuotare nel fiume durante il giorno. Si trova anche a Tianjin Eye e a un altro famoso ponte, il ponte Jingang. Il lobby è molto grande e dispone di un ampio sedile con sedili privati per chiamate, ecc. La camera stessa era moderna e pulita. La mattress era comoda e hanno una pausa di schiuma per ogni letto. La TV era grande con molti canali, c'era anche un grande bar di Bluetooth che era un grande aggiunta. Il bagno era abbastanza grande da ballare! I bagni elettrici e una grande doccia - entrambi separati. Lavanderia gratuita, con detergente fornita. If you have an early flight this is a good hotel to stay at as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. My only problem was they had smoking rooms/floors and even though we had a non-smoking room there were some guests who still smoked in the stairwells. This is not the hotel’s fault but should be mentioned in case one cannot stand the smell of smoke. There is not much for food around the area but for a 5-10 minute taxi ride you can get to an area with more options including some western options if you desire that type.

Ho prenotato una camera con vista panoramica sul fiume Haihe e ho ricevuto un'accoglienza calorosa. Dopo aver presentato la mia richiesta, Melisa Li mi ha portato a vedere la tipologia della camera. Il servizio era molto attento e la vista fuori dalla finestra era molto buona la camera non è aumentata molto durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio. Awful, terrible and unbelievable! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Originally we booked another hotel in the city centre, but after considering that we only had around 18hours for the stay due to our flight connection, we decided to book a hotel nearby the airport. We booked our room that was with the window facing hallway. When we entered, we were happy about the room's cleanliness and its new interior, although they only offered the basic amenities that were toothbrush and a hair comb. They were good enough for us as we had our own other toilet amenities like ear buds. They also offered two types of tea bags. After checking-in, we left the room and went out. Then the nightmare started after our return. First of all, after using the toilet, the toilet could not be flushed and was blocked. In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not giving cold air but rather only giving heat. We had to call to the reception. We understood that it was late in the night, around 1am mid night, so we expected no one would be able to fix the toilet and though we only had a few hours ie 5hrs to be in the room before checking out, reception asked us to change the room. We informed about the air conditioning as well and what we got told was we had to turn on the air conditioning for which we did. The answer was not helpful. They changed our room to another room which was just right next door to the original one. The air conditioning situation was the same. (Photos were attached, pls note the temperature in the room) As we mentioned earlier, we had to leave hotel by 630am and we didn't bother to ask any question again. Obviously, we could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Secondly, we left the room and went down for the pick up. Hotel offered free drop off/pick up service to/from the airport and shared with others. We appreciated that service. However, if knowing our pick up service was shared, shouldn't the hotel check in advance if the vehicle had enough space to accommodate all suitcases?? As if the hotel wanted to provide this thoughtful and heartfelt service. No one asked when we booked the drop off service. The vehicle on that morning was only shared by another guest with his one suitcase. We could not accommodate our four suitcases including 2big and 2small suitcases. Though the driver insisted his vehicle could fit. It took time to arrange the space on that vehicle neither we would get comfortable by sitting in such limited space. We did not want the other guest to wait. We decided to call our own transport which was fine as the cost was often at a good price in China. Lastly, knowing our departure from the hotel would cost us to miss the breakfast provided by the hotel, when we checked in, we purposely declined to receive the breakfast vouchers. However, the hotel was nice enough to provide a take away bag with breakfast for us when we checked out. But the most hilarious thing was that they only provide One breakfast and the fact that we should entitled TWO breakfast. Once again, if the hotel wanted to provide such a thoughtful and heartfelt service, they would have done the job better rather than just giving and not doing them properly neither in a much detailed efforts. All of these led us to write our first lifetime negative comment. We hate to do it but we had to express how terrible it was on our first time visit and stay at this hotel in Tianjin. PLS NOTE: Our room reached 30 Degrees Celsius and the so called Air Conditioning was ON.

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole.

La camera dispone di due letti, adatta a famiglie con due bambini o con persone anziane. L'angolo della stanza si affaccia sul Tianjin Eye, quindi puoi vederlo, ma sembra imbarazzante indipendentemente da come lo guardi. La finestra con la vista migliore è nel water, ma fortunatamente il water è piuttosto grande e la disposizione è relativamente ragionevole. C'è una grande protuberanza nel pavimento del corridoio tra la camera da letto e il bagno, che è piuttosto pericolosa per i bambini piccoli. L'ho appena coperta con uno zerbino. La colazione era ok. Il fattorino è stato cordiale e attento, e il servizio in camera è stato efficiente. Il bagno era spazioso, con zone umide e asciutte separate, e la vasca era perfetta per rilassarsi. Il centro fitness era pulito e ben attrezzato con attrezzature all'avanguardia; la piscina riscaldata era cristallina; e la spa offriva trattamenti professionali, perfetti per il relax. Situato nel cuore del centro, a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della Fifth Avenue e vicino alle stazioni degli autobus e della metropolitana, l'hotel è in una posizione comoda. Che viaggiate per lavoro o per piacere, la posizione è ideale. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
