A solid, modern choice for a short trip. The property is fresh and has some really cool features, like the robot that delivers food directly to your doorstep—it's a very convenient and cool touch. Highlights: Love the dual-pillow options (soft/hard) and the 24-hour front desk that helps manage the laundry for you. We were also grateful for the free room extension until 1 PM. Drawbacks: No ground-floor staff to help with bags since the lobby is on Level 2. Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the breakfast is the same every day (though there are many eateries nearby). Smells: You’ll notice the wet market smell outside and the strong essential oil scent in the lobby, but it’s manageable since you aren't at the hotel lobby all day.

L'hotel è situato vicino a MiXC e molti piatti, la camera è spaziosa e pulita. Il personale è anche molto utile e amichevole. Devo lodare il personale dell'hotel, come dopo aver controllato, ho capito che ho lasciato il mio orecchino d'oro. Quando li ho chiamati, hanno portato l'orecchio con loro e mi hanno lasciato al concierge per prendere. Grazie mille!

Hotel incantevole decorato in stile ricorrente all'inizio del XX secolo. La posizione è grande per esplorare la vecchia città e il porto. Esso è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e caffè. La stanza è molto confortevole e ben progettato per il prezzo. Anche se al livello 2 e di fronte alla strada, il livello sonoro è accettabile. Il suono si alza il pomeriggio e si calma la notte. Deve aggiungere che il personale è stato estremamente utile. Tornerà in futuro.

Nice location if you are looking for food and great cuisines in Shantou. Location is not far from the higher end shopping malls and busy streets (within 5/8km radius) and high speed station. Professional and yet friendly staff and the manager was very accommodating when enquired about upgrading room with or without bathtub option.

All good especially the service and food for breakfast. The best breakfast selection for all the Hampton hotels by Hilton I have stayed . Special thanks to Ms Joy from the front desk who provided very informative and well recommended places to eat for local foods in that area . Her patience must be commended !👍

Fantastico! Grande camera, grandi letti confortevoli, aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Conveniente di ottenere didi. Molti buoni ristoranti e caffè intorno , hanno anche un MacDonald’s sul pavimento. L'ospite è fantastico. Nessun lobby, ma semplicemente controllare e controllare. L'ospite risponde rapidamente alla nostra richiesta. Il servizio di lavanderia è disponibile gratuitamente. Molto raccomandato

Il servizio è stato fantastico per il personale molto amichevole. Il workshop DIY per il tradizionale ChaoShan “dumping” Red è stato anche una fantastica esperienza. La stanza era temperata e pulita, con il personale di pulizia prendendosi cura di noi. L'unica cosa cattiva che posso denunciare è l'incapacità della TV di sostenere Airplay, ma la stanza e l'hotel in generale erano magnifici. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è grande, tranquillo a notte, poiché è vicino a un'area residenziale, ma solo 200-300 metri dai ristoranti e cosa non. Vorrei consigliare a famiglia e coppie di rimanere qui, comunque grazie al personale.

No regrets paying more for this beautiful homestay! 花多点钱住这里一点遗憾也没有！ My parents, sibling and I stayed for a total of 3 nights in their 4 pax room. It’s a beautiful and tastefully decorated accommodation with personal courtyard and interior. Bed and duvet were so comfortable especially in the chilly weather of 18 ~ 22 degrees. I didn’t spot anything obvious I can complain about regarding the cleanliness of this place, hence 5/5 for cleanliness. Location is perfect (5/5). Next to streets of food places that have good ratings, and super near 万象城 shopping mall (restaurants, luxury shops, retail and more). Anyways cabbing around Shantou is really convenient, fast, and affordable. Even though it is nested amongst other tall residential area, once we close the door we couldn’t hear much noise from outside. Service is 5/5 as well. There’s free pickup and drop off serviced from the railway station. There’s daily fresh fruits delivered to us, as well as chicken soup. There’s also free laundry service which we really appreciate! Staffs were always ready to help and always ready to give recommendations. We really felt their hospitality and they are genuine in providing best service possible. Amenities is 5/5 as well. The hair dryer is Laifen brand which is so strong and sleek looking. They provide disposable towels on top of those reusable towels. Their slippers are fluffy and comfy. They have like everything we need. Bonus: Their residential cat and her kittens are adorable!!! All in all wonderful stay and would stay again if i ever visit Shantou again. Suggestions for improvement: (1) more variety in breakfast options (stayed for 3 nights and felt that some breakfast options would be great), and (2) the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are a little too hard to pour out maybe can consider using press bottles.

Kaiyad hotel is located in the main road and its very easy to reach there and also have so much facilities around there specially for foreigners many western restaurants and also if you are coming to business work this hotel is much convenient The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly but they don’t have more varieties for breakfast
