Hotel con colazione a Shantou

A solid, modern choice for a short trip. The property is fresh and has some really cool features, like the robot that delivers food directly to your doorstep—it's a very convenient and cool touch. Highlights: Love the dual-pillow options (soft/hard) and the 24-hour front desk that helps manage the laundry for you. We were also grateful for the free room extension until 1 PM. Drawbacks: No ground-floor staff to help with bags since the lobby is on Level 2. Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the breakfast is the same every day (though there are many eateries nearby). Smells: You’ll notice the wet market smell outside and the strong essential oil scent in the lobby, but it’s manageable since you aren't at the hotel lobby all day.

We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Shantou railway station. The night prior, we stayed at a nearby Hampton but had a disappointing experience, so this was our first stay with a local Chinese chain brand. Check-in was smooth and efficient, although no English was spoken at the front desk. We had requested a higher-floor, quieter room via WeChat in advance and were initially assigned Room 602. Upon entering, the room appeared clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered an unusual and inconvenient issue with the Wi-Fi. Guests are instructed to turn on the TV to access the Wi-Fi password, but we discovered that the TV must remain on in order for the Wi-Fi to function. This was confirmed by multiple staff members, including what appeared to be a front desk supervisor. This setup was quite disruptive, as the TV screen is bright and cannot be dimmed, and the work desk is positioned directly in front of it. To their credit, Ms. Lin—responded promptly and offered to move us to another room (also 602, but with a different layout). The new layout was more practical, with the desk positioned at a 90-degree angle from the TV, which helped mitigate the issue somewhat. That said, the second room had its own drawback: there was a noticeable gap in the window, which allowed in road noise. Since we stayed over the weekend, traffic noise and honking were quite noticeable at night. In addition, we heard neighbors chatting and laughing past midnight. Lotion could be a nice addition too. A small humidifier with scented oil definitely gave a zen touch. Aside from these two issues (Wi-Fi dependency on the TV and sound insulation), the overall stay was comfortable. As a gesture of goodwill, the hotel provided complimentary breakfast. While we are not typically breakfast eaters, we did try the noodle station. The offerings were entirely Chinese-style. One suggestion would be to label the protein options more clearly (in Chinese or English), as we observed multiple guests asking staff about them—one of which turned out to be pig’s heart. Overall, this was a good introduction to a Chinese domestic hotel brand. I learned that they got a few locations in Europe. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in technology setup and soundproofing, the service recovery effort and general room quality made for a satisfactory stay.

Ottimo luogo per soggiornare! Molto conveniente posizione per la maggior parte dei ristoranti, negozi e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel è molto pulito e il personale è molto amichevole. Amore come tutte le torri sono confezionate individualmente e il servizio lavanderia è anche grande. Sicuramente raccomandato!

Hotel incantevole decorato in stile ricorrente all'inizio del XX secolo. La posizione è grande per esplorare la vecchia città e il porto. Esso è circondato da numerosi ristoranti e caffè. La stanza è molto confortevole e ben progettato per il prezzo. Anche se al livello 2 e di fronte alla strada, il livello sonoro è accettabile. Il suono si alza il pomeriggio e si calma la notte. Deve aggiungere che il personale è stato estremamente utile. Tornerà in futuro.

Dopo due giorni di soggiorno, mi sento ancora comodo. C'è una piccola scatola a sinistra dell'hotel. Ci sono molti colazione. C'è un negozio di polvere a sinistra della porta. È davvero delizioso. L'hotel è molto comodo. E'il più comodo di tutti questi giorni. Chiedevo alla signorina Reception se può ritardare la partenza. E'solo un ritardo, e'un hotel di livello superiore.

Fantastico! Grande camera, grandi letti confortevoli, aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Conveniente di ottenere didi. Molti buoni ristoranti e caffè intorno , hanno anche un MacDonald’s sul pavimento. L'ospite è fantastico. Nessun lobby, ma semplicemente controllare e controllare. Non mi dispiace pagare più per questo bellissimo soggiorno! Non c'è nulla di male per spendere piu'di soldi per vivere qui! I miei genitori, i miei sorelle e io abbiamo soggiornato per un totale di 3 notti nella loro 4 stanza di bagno. È un alloggio bellissimo e decorato con cortile personale e interno. Non ho notato nulla di ovvio che posso lamentarmi circa la pulizia di questo posto, quindi 5/5 per la pulizia. La posizione è perfetta (5/5). Al di là delle strade di luoghi alimentari che hanno buone rating, e super vicino al centro commerciale di Vance City (restauranti, negozi di lusso, dettaglianti e altro). In ogni caso, cabinare intorno a Shantou è davvero conveniente, veloce e conveniente. Anche se è affiancato tra altre aree residenziali elevate, una volta chiuse la porta non potevamo sentire molto rumore dall’esterno. Il servizio è anche 5/5. Ci sono gratis pick-up e disaccoppiamento serviti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Ci sono tutti i giorni frutti freschi consegnati a noi, così come zuppa di pollo. Ci sono anche servizi di lavanderia gratuiti che apprezziamo davvero! Il personale era sempre pronto a aiutare e a fare raccomandazioni, e ci siamo sentiti molto ospiti e sono genuini nel fornire il miglior servizio possibile. Le strutture sono 5/5 anche. Il asciugacapelli è la marca Laifen che è così forte e elegante. Forniscono asciugamani disponibili sopra quelle asciugamani riutilizzabili. I loro pantaloni sono fluffy e confortevoli. Sono come tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Bonus: Il loro gatto residenziale e i suoi gatti sono adorabili!!! Tutto in ogni splendida permanenza e rimarrei se avessi visitato di nuovo Shantou. Suggerimenti per il miglioramento: (1) più varietà nelle opzioni per la colazione (sostituito per 3 notti e si è sentito che alcune opzioni per la colazione sarebbero grandi), e (2) il gel di doccia, lo shampoo e il condizionatore sono un po' troppo duro per scoprire forse può considerare l'uso della stampa bottiglia.

Il servizio è stato fantastico per il personale molto amichevole. Il workshop DIY per il tradizionale ChaoShan “dumping” Red è stato anche una fantastica esperienza. La stanza era temperata e pulita, con il personale di pulizia prendendosi cura di noi. L'unica cosa cattiva che posso denunciare è l'incapacità della TV di sostenere Airplay, ma la stanza e l'hotel in generale erano magnifici. Inoltre, la posizione dell'hotel è grande, tranquillo a notte, poiché è vicino a un'area residenziale, ma solo 200-300 metri dai ristoranti e cosa non. Vorrei consigliare a famiglia e coppie di rimanere qui, comunque grazie al personale.
