Even prior to our arrival and throughout our stay, the team has been very helpful with sightseeing information, ticket booking, driver’s reference etc. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere of this typical tulou, and the comfort of a very nice hotel. We had a very nice, clean, bright and large loft bedroom with a shower and 2 double beds. Electric pads were available, should the weather required it. The location is perfect: walking distance to all the village’s tulou.

Come hotel a cinque stelle, guardare i clienti parlare è fondamentale.La ricetta di Xiao Mei non ha espressione, è molto cattiva, parla con lui, non ha nemmeno la testa.Dopo l'alloggio, il tipo di camera non è soddisfatto, chiedere a Xiao Mei se può pagare l'aggiornamento, la testa non è nemmeno sciocca, dire direttamente che non c'è camera. Aprire Trip.com e ci sono molte camere.C'è una stanza chiaramente disponibile, ma non lascia che i clienti paghino l'aggiornamento, non comunicano con i clienti, molto attraente.Questo servizio è meno di 50 dollari per persona sotto la montagna.
Quando è arrivato, la gente non è in camera per il momento, ha detto alla reception di mandarla in cinque minuti.Tre minuti dopo, è tornata alla stanza e ho scoperto che il robot era già alla porta, e non è stato ascoltato.La reception sembra davvero un lavoro di palla.

MMonsterOnVacayTrascorrere una notte al Changdi Inn, immerso nel cuore dello storico distretto di Tulou di Hongkeng, è stata davvero una delle esperienze più indimenticabili del mio viaggio a Xiamen. La locanda si trova all'interno di un edificio in terra Hakka secolare e, non appena varcata la soglia, si viene immediatamente trasportati indietro nel tempo.
Il soggiorno offre una visione immersiva della cultura e dell'architettura tradizionale Hakka, circondati da spesse mura in terra, travi in legno e dettagli antichi che parlano a lungo del passato. Ciò che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale è stato l'incontro con il cordiale locandiere, discendente di sesta generazione della famiglia che ha costruito e preservato questo Tulou. Ha condiviso storie e spunti di riflessione locale, rendendo l'intera esperienza ancora più significativa.
La camera era semplice ma pulita e confortevole, unendo il fascino rustico ai comfort moderni essenziali. Ho potuto gustare autentici piatti Hakka, preparati con cura e ricchi di sapori casalinghi, perfetti dopo una giornata di esplorazione.
Svegliarsi nella pace del villaggio, osservare la gente del posto svolgere le proprie attività quotidiane e ascoltare il cinguettio degli uccelli all'esterno è una rara e toccante fuga dalla città.

Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice
There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel
However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

From the moment we arrived, we were treated not as tourists, but as guests of the family. The hosts – the Father, Mother, and their Son – are the soul of this place. They are incredibly friendly and go so far above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special.
The Son was our main point of contact and coordinated everything for us with great patience. He arranged our visit to the magnificent 振成楼 (Zhencheng Lou, the ”Prince of Tulou”), with Mother sharing fascinating stories about its history that you won't find in guidebooks.
But where this family truly shines is in their genuine care. As overseas visitors, we were completely unfamiliar with local transportation and booking systems for our next destination. The Son sat down with us, helped us navigate the Chinese online systems, booked our train tickets, and gave us detailed instructions for the rest of our journey. He spent a significant amount of his own time to ensure we were set up for success, which was a gesture we will never forget.
The homestay itself is a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Decent simple home-cooked breakfast with the family was priceless.
In summary:
· Hospitality: Unmatched. The family's kindness is the #1 reason to stay here.
· Authenticity: A true Tulou living experience.
· Convenience: Perfect location for exploring the nearby Tulou clusters.
· Value: Worth every penny for the personal service and care.

Location is right next to a Tulou. but it is not the Tulou with the tour.
Attended the dinner shoe next door using the discount coupon. It is probably one of the lamest show I have seen in China. Very loud and piercing compère. Don’t waste your money on the show.
The free guided tour is only for 王子土楼. The free guided tour is good. You may need your own transport there. You still need to pay for your tickets into the 土楼。 the guide’s relatives live there. Basically she will bring you to her house or cousin’s house for tea. And the tea is expensive. You get the drift.

UUtente ospiteIl palazzo è stato ben progettato e rinnovato! E' stato bello rimanere in uno dei redditi. Noi abbiamo affittato l'intero edificio di 6 camere per la nostra famiglia. Tutte le camere sono al secondo piano. 5 su 6 camere hanno un bagno che è in un piano separato dalla camera da letto. Ci è solo una camera che ha una camera da letto allo stesso livello della camera da letto. Quindi, potrebbe non essere ideale per gli anziani. L'hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla residenziale. C'è un piccolo fiume che fluisce davanti alla casa in tutto il villaggio. Molto sereno. Dobbiamo vedere i locali che vivono la loro vita normale, agricoltura e raccolta di colture. Tuttavia, è un po' lontano da qualsiasi principale vista di ingresso. Il personale era molto carino, ma non conosceva le visione attraenti.

La progettazione della stanza è molto appropriata, il sistema di controllo intelligente mantiene la luce, le finestre, la prassi evangelica del poeta.I prodotti di letto sono morbidi e pelle, la difesa intelligente è dotata di un super grande guasto, e un guasto di acqua calda può dispersare il cielo. La piscina senza bordo del tetto è ancora più sorpresa. CChayueA strategically located hotel which is within walking distance of distance to many interesting places. Food is easily accessible and yummy. Night scenery is great with multi coloured lighting. Nice to walk around and enjoyed watching people dancing in the open spaces. Local herbs are also available if u are interested in local Chinese herbs for brewing tea and herbal soups.
During the day it is nice to walk around early in the nearby walking streets where u can find interesting architecture of the olden days. Well kept but can do with more explanation about the history and info about the local culture and customs. Great place for taking instagram photos.
