AAkapuer服務貼心，賓至如歸，工作人員的服務真的沒得説，從預訂諮詢就耐心解答。到了之後熱情相迎，幫忙拿行李，推薦了衹有本地人才知道的私藏景點和美食，像老朋友一樣親切。 環境絕佳，天然氧吧！最令人驚艷的是這裏的生態環境！空氣清新得不像話，帶着淡淡的草木香，每呼吸一口都像是在洗肺，二樓有一個無邊恆温泳池🏊，拍照超級出片的。遠山如黛，雲霧繚繞，彷彿住進了風景畫裏完美實現了我們想要放鬆身心、親近自然的願望，絕對會推薦給朋友，並且下次再來！

AAlfie HodgesI stayed at Regal Palace Resort with my girlfriend and her family, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience especially as a place to spend proper downtime together rather than just a quick hotel stay. The hotel itself is impressive in scale. It has that classic luxury resort feel big open spaces, landscaped grounds, and a slightly grand, almost old-school style. It’s not ultra modern, but it feels established and well put together, which actually suited the atmosphere of a family trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and importantly, clean. Nothing overly flashy, but everything worked as it should. When you’re staying with family, that matters more than design trends everyone was comfortable, and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. What stood out most for me was the environment. It’s quite peaceful, especially compared to busier city hotels. Walking around the grounds, sitting outside, or just spending time by the pool felt like a proper break. It’s the kind of place where you can actually switch off a bit. Since I was there with my girlfriend’s family, the overall vibe of the hotel worked really well. It’s definitely more suited to groups, families, or longer stays rather than a quick one night business stop. There’s enough space and facilities that everyone can do their own thing without it feeling crowded. Food was decent good variety, and easy to find something for everyone, which again is important when you’re with a group. Service was solid too staff were polite and helpful, even with the language barrier at times. If I had to be critical, parts of the hotel could probably do with a bit of updating. You can tell it’s been around for a while, and in some areas it shows slightly. But it didn’t take away from the experience.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

Hanno messo così tanto sforzo nel mio cibo, che non può mangiare tutto. Il fine settimana ci fu davvero piacevole, anche se pioveva male tutto il tempo. Dopo aver parlato con l'hotel e con un manager per circa due ore quella sera quando sono arrivato, per scoprire se mi darebbero qualcosa da mangiare, perché sono allergico a diverse cose, non mi aspettavo molto. Hanno detto che lo porterebbero nella mia stanza ... Che piacevole sorpresa la mattina prossima e le altre 2 mattine !!! Il cibo più bello e delizioso che si possa immaginare!! Wow e sono lontani dalle città, così l'hanno preparato con quello che avevano!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 Il personale era anche così gentile e amichevole! Purtroppo non c'era una mappa del resort e non c'erano segni chiari. Non riuscivo a capire le direzioni criptiche ai sorgenti caldi che la ricezione ha dato ...😱 Quindi dovevo aspettare che le luci arrivassero, quindi potevo vedere dove erano le luci nelle piscine .. Forse possono mettere un ”totale” o coprire alcune piscine, quindi sarà più piacevole quando piove ... Perché se la pioggia, la piscina sul tetto era chiusa, ma una vista bella da lì. Ci sono così tanti luoghi bellissimi che cercano di esplorare e camminare a piedi, ma purtroppo il tempo non era buono come la pioggia stava precipitando! Forse l'hotel può acquistare le gruzze mura o rovine o edifici a metà costruito che danneggiano e interrompono le belle viste degli alberi ... E 'veramente un occhio doloroso nella bella vista ... poi possono ristrutturare e finire gli edifici ... Spero davvero che un giorno possa andare di nuovo!! Ma ovunque io abbia raccontato alle persone di questo grande hotel e continuerò a farlo!! 👍🏻🌻😊

UUtente ospiteThis is in my opinion one of the best value luxury hotels in Guangdong. Probably also one of the more affordable Le Meridiens in all of East Asia. Location wise, it's in Daya Bay, a beach area in Huizhou, about an hour from Shenzhen. If you're staying here you probably will just stay around the resort as there isn't much to do outside, besides the public beach that the hotel overlooks. But I love the view especially from the rooms and you don't even have to pay extra to face the beach /the ocean. Room si quite spacious with a big balcony. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, both pretty big and well equipped. Then they also have a free fire breathing /fire dancing ”welcome” performance every night, which I have seen elsewhere but still a nice touch. Seems quite popular with families, probably due to the relative lack of other options in the Guangdong area for a nice beach hotel without breaking the bank. Overall a great stay, and i was lucky to have a few hours of nice weather too.

Amenities & Atmosphere I found the hotel’s facilities to be a definite strong point. The rooms are clean and spacious, with smart features like automated curtains that add a nice touch of convenience. The hotel's unique lavender scent is noticeable throughout, creating a consistent and relaxing atmosphere. For those who enjoy in-room entertainment, some rooms are equipped with Bluetooth audio and large projection screens, which is a great bonus. The hotel also offers a restaurant, and some guests mentioned a free laundry room, which is a big help for longer trips. Service and Staff Based on my experience and other reviews I've seen, the staff at the Lavande Hotel are generally very warm and helpful. LLittleAngelaHo un aggiornamento gratuito in una suite familiare con vista sul mare. La piscina infinita al 31° piano è veramente sorprendente con vista magnifica sull'oceano. Il personale è grazioso soprattutto Lynn Huang che vi saluta alla reception con un sorriso caldo. Da sedile dell'hotel si trovano incendi da la stanza. Amore questo hotel! Tornerà certamente con la famiglia.

UUtente ospiteThe check in was very quick and easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and tidy with a great view. My daughter had a great time in the swimming pools and on the beach, where we could also set off fireworks. The downsides for me were that our toilet had a terrible stench coming from it and there were way too many mosquitoes. A nice place for a vacation outside of shenzhen for a few days though
