Hotel con colazione a Heishui

This trip came with an unexpected situation when our original accommodation, Mountainside Reverie, was suddenly closed without prior notice to Trip.com. Given the urgency, we immediately contacted Trip.com—and this turned out to be one of the most impressive customer service experiences we’ve had. Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

The room was spacious, clean, with a nice view that made the stay even more relaxing, although the place is not easily accessible from the main road. The service was excellent throughout, and the host was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and felt very comfortable from check-in to check-out.

The hotel was great, the bed is very comfy and even has a bed heater, the hotel also has AC can be used in winter and summer time.. if you plan to go to dagu glacier, this hotel is perfect match.. the owner very helpful and very kind.. overall this hotel is very recommended

I recently stayed at a hotel in China and had a pleasant overall experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. My room was tidy, quiet, and equipped with the essentials I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. I also appreciated the breakfast selection, which offered a nice mix of local and international options. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would consider returning in the future and would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and good service.

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
