__M1381113****Nevicava e la temperatura era scesa, quindi la stanza era particolarmente calda grazie al riscaldamento a pavimento e all'aria condizionata. Il cortile era accogliente, la casa pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto era comoda e il cibo cucinato dalla moglie del capo era delizioso. Il parcheggio era comodo davanti all'ingresso e c'erano pile di ricarica. Il cancello del punto panoramico era a due minuti a piedi. Il capo era bravo a fotografare e sapeva dare ottimi suggerimenti.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è stato uno dei nostri posti preferiti in Cina, i dintorni sono fantastici, bellissimi e tranquilli. Il posto migliore per vedere la Grande Muraglia se non amate la folla. Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. Siamo vegetariani e non è facile trovare cibo in Cina, ma ci ha consigliato il ristorante dall'altra parte della strada, dove ci hanno preparato del cibo vegetariano delizioso. Ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro.

GGeneric UserI don't normally bother to write reviews, but this place is truly deserving of one. Our stay at Anaya was amazing to say the least. The place was so beautiful and serene, rivaling many of the luxury ryokans in Japan but with their own modern twist. We stayed in the queen room, and it’s fairly simple but more than adequate and comfortable. The in-room drinks and snacks were delicious, and they provided an additional special treat each day, which was an experience on its own. There wasn't a television, but we never felt that there was a need for one. It was a place where you can truly focus on unwinding and take things slow, but when needed, the Wi-Fi speed is sufficient for streaming on your own devices. The hotel is unique where you can just do everything within their compounds without needing to travel anywhere else. We really loved the Japanese bookstore, which is a must-visit, and spend some time admiring the garden next to it. They provide activities as well, so you will never feel like there is nothing to do. The spas are also highly recommended, which in fact warrants a trip all on its own even if you do not stay at the hotel. One of the spas is a re-purposed factory, and it's a truly unique experience which will appeal to architecture enthusiasts. Food was a little pricey, but you have a lot of options, and the ones we had were great. They even had their own provision shop for you to stock up on snacks and drinks. One of the main factors that truly elevated our experience was the exceptional service from Zhi Hui. She went above and beyond to share her personal contact in order to make sure we were well taken care of, answering our questions promptly and making arrangements for us. She even followed up with us after our departure to make sure we arrived at our next destination safely. The other staff around the hotel, including the restaurants, were also very friendly and helpful. There was even a sweet young lady selling what they harvested from the mountains as well as small snack stores, one of which was operated by a very friendly lady selling Japanese-style desserts. Our interactions with the people all felt really genuine and sincere. The experience wouldn't have been so wonderful if it weren't for our very pleasant experience with the people working in and around the hotel. They normally use a multi-seater buggy to ferry guests around, but when we were caught in the rain, they actually arranged a car to pick us up instead. Anaya Lanya Hotel is simply extraordinary, and we cannot recommend it enough.

UUtente ospiteI stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a really positive experience overall. The room was spotless throughout my stay, with crisp, clean bedding, fresh linen, and well-maintained towels. The bathroom and amenities were equally clean, and the smart room features worked perfectly. I especially loved the “sleep mode” function, which turned off the lights and closed the curtains automatically — such a thoughtful touch that made it easy to wind down without even getting out of bed.
The location is also a strong point. It’s close to supermarkets and smaller local restaurants, which was very convenient day-to-day. While it’s a bit further from the main built-up city area, it’s still within walking distance of livelier spots. What makes it particularly special is its proximity to nature — being close to the mountains and nearby national parks is a big advantage if you enjoy that kind of setting.
In terms of amenities, I really appreciated the free laundry (wash and dry), as well as the steamer provided for clothes — both were incredibly useful during a longer stay. One thing to note is that this branch doesn’t appear to have an on-site restaurant, even though one may be mentioned in the listing. A gym and spa are also advertised, but I didn’t personally see or use them, so I can’t confirm their availability.
My only real downside was that the walls are quite thin, and noise from other guests could sometimes be heard. However, the staff handled this situation very well when it arose.
What truly stood out to me was the staff. They were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated that they spoke English well, which isn’t always the case even in larger cities. They went above and beyond — even adding me on WeChat to assist with questions, provide recommendations, and check in when needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made a big difference in my stay.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for travelers who value cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and genuinely excellent service.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto vicina alla biglietteria. Se volete visitare il monte all'alba, basta dire al personale che vi serve il biglietto ”doppio ingresso” - il prezzo è lo stesso. L'escursione è facile. Siamo saliti da 后川口 e siamo scesi passando per 砖垛口 dopo aver ammirato il tramonto a 西五眼楼. La funivia non è necessaria. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, e il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e cordiale!

Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location
I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets.
The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be.
The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot.
Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat.
No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it.
Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

SShitou1030Sono rimasto per un altro giorno dopo essere stato stanco per il gioco. La camera era molto grande e mi è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito. Il servizio alla reception è stato ottimo. C'è anche una stazione di ricarica di fronte all'hotel, molto utile per gli amici che arrivano in auto. Vale la pena consigliarlo.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel ha mostrato un segno di invecchiamento ma hanno fatto sforzi per mantenere il servizio e la pulizia. La colazione ha scelte limitate e ripetitive per il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni. Ci è stato assegnato una camera familiare di fronte alla pista ferroviaria. La prova sonora era accettabile e non ha disturbato il nostro sonno. Passeggiata verso il Mountain Resort e le aree centrali. L'hotel ci ha dato i biglietti per la spa gratuita che era un'esperienza da provare.

UUtente ospiteI vantaggi: L'ambiente è bellissimo, si può vedere la Grande Muraglia, ci sono sentieri escursionistici e il Primo Maggio sono state organizzate attività di calcio. I bambini erano molto contenti. Lo scenario è molto bello ed è molto vicino a Jinshanling.
Svantaggi: non c'è il servizio in camera e nessuno è venuto a pulire la stanza dopo un soggiorno di due notti; l'aria condizionata è disponibile solo in camera da letto e il soggiorno è estremamente freddo. Per guardare la TV di notte è necessario indossare abiti di cotone spessi per mantenersi al caldo. C'è una lavatrice in camera, ma quando ho chiesto alla reception mi è stato detto che non poteva essere usata.
C'è un bar, ma il giorno dopo hanno detto che non c'erano chicchi di caffè, la colazione veniva servita solo alle 8:30 e c'erano così tante persone che l'esperienza culinaria non era buona; Ci sono molti biliardi, tavoli da mahjong, ecc. Ma ovviamente c'è un odore pungente proveniente dalla decorazione. Potrebbe migliorare in pochi mesi.

CCocoonersIl Jingshanling Great Wall Hotel è situato in una posizione perfetta, proprio accanto all'ingresso del Parco della Grande Muraglia. Ci siamo stati in inverno e in un giorno feriale; l'hotel era praticamente vuoto e il personale, numeroso, è stato molto disponibile. Nessuno parlava inglese, ma con le app di traduzione siamo sempre riusciti a farci capire.
L'hotel assomiglia a un lodge in un grande parco americano, con un'ampia area comune nell'edificio principale e singoli edifici che lo circondano.
Le camere sono confortevoli.
La sera abbiamo cenato molto bene al ristorante.
La mattina, la colazione ci è stata servita al tavolo, dato che eravamo gli unici ospiti. Era una tradizionale colazione cinese con verdure, noodles, dim sum, bao bun e altro ancora.
