Fantastico
MMacarena1975It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities.
The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable.
The aspects I wished were part of the experience:
Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small.
Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on.
Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers.
More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple.
Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.

UUtente ospiteThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

Llinlinlin_00La stanza è un po'piccola, ma il panorama è buono.Devo cambiare due ascensori al piano di sopra e al piano di sotto, un po'non molto conveniente.Il servizio della ricetta è molto attento e molto gentile.La porta ha un autobus speciale.La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente e la notte è molto tranquilla.

UUtente anonimoIl servizio è stato davvero meraviglioso il personale era caldo, attento, e ha reso l'intera permanenza senza difficoltà e rilassante. Il piccolo negozio all'interno dell'hotel è anche un bel bonus bellissimo curato con oggetti locali di qualità, perfetto per i souvenir o piccoli trattamenti.

MMajidA single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

LLittleMoonMoonI love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

CclarissaWe had a wonderful stay at QUALITY INN—perfect for families with kids! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Our children loved the clean and well-maintained warm pool especially after a long day walk in Old Quebec. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was a great way to start each day. The staff are really nice and the guest laundry room are helpful to have clean clothes after our family trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway.

UUtente ospiteQuando si arrivava in camera, doveva usare due ascensori separati (nessuno era in buona condizione). Arriva nella nostra camera e è 30deg nella stanza e si scioglie assolutamente di cane bagnato ( so che puzza). Il mattino successivo il --＞ Extra 26$/pp colazione ＜-- nell'hotel era orribile (solo non mangiare lì.Così molti buoni ristoranti a passeggiata).Il --＞ Extra 25$/giorno ＜-- Il parcheggio è troppo costoso, vai al Palais Montcalm (10 min a piedi) per 15$/giorno. Per i soldi che questo Marriott ha speso, la nostra esperienza è stata molto delusa. Marriott Delta Quebec City è stato un hotel di fine superiore ora è basso. Camere vecchie e stanche sporche e giacche di spazzatura in aree comuni non aiutano nemmeno.
Siamo entrambi dei viaggiatori pesanti, e questa esperienza a Delta è una delle peggiori che abbia mai passato.
