UUtente ospiteMy first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3.
The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”.
Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review.
1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels.
2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative.
3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious.
4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable.
Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

SsweetknellneuMi sono fermato solo per una notte, altrimenti non avrei sicuramente soggiornato qui.
Mi piacciono gli hotel a capsule, ma i letti a castello non sono proprio l'ideale, tuttavia la posizione è così buona che non ho resistito. Sette o ottocento yuan sono spariti in un batter d'occhio, non ne è valsa la pena.
La receptionist è stata molto accogliente.
Questa è una camera da cinque persone, un letto non ha un letto a castello superiore e non ci sono nemmeno le tende. Quando sono tornato la sera, un ragazzo era a torso nudo a giocare con il suo tablet, come se fossi entrato per sbaglio nella camera di qualcuno...
I compagni di stanza erano tutti gentili e rispettosi degli spazi altrui, ma fuori c'era troppo rumore e l'insonorizzazione era pessima.
La sua lampada ha una presa di ricarica combinata e la spina è rivolta verso il basso, quindi se il vostro caricabatterie è anche solo leggermente grande, non ci entra. La biancheria da letto era molto comoda.
Gli armadietti non hanno serrature... portatevene una vostra.
Il bagno è piccolo, serve una tessera.
Il check-out è alle 22:00 e il robot aspirapolvere inizia a fare rumore alle 21:00, quindi è praticamente pensato per chi si alza presto, fatta eccezione forse per le persone con problemi di udito che riescono a dormire bene la notte.
Dopo il check-out, il bagno era inutilizzabile e persino per i bagni pubblici era necessaria una tessera magnetica.

YYaatoh;)We were there for a mini break over the weekend.
It is extremely central and we were able to walk everywhere, QVB, Opera House, the Rocks, China Town etc etc.
It is in the heart of Darling Harbour with a lovely atmosphere.
The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well appointed. Love the bathroom and the city views!
We look forward to our next stay here when we go to Sydney. Definitely recommend!

UUtente ospiteI stayed at Crown Towers Sydney from 8 to 10 May with a group of friends and overall had a very enjoyable stay.
The location is excellent, and one of the highlights was simply being able to sit outside the hotel and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather. The rooms are spacious, and the bed and linen were very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing.
There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. Check-in was quite busy and slower than expected, with a lot of on-site input and registration required. The whole process took around 7–8 minutes, which felt a bit long for a hotel of this standard. The dental kit could also be upgraded to better reflect the hotel’s luxury positioning. In the bathroom, the rain shower was not as effective as it should have been. I also noticed that the water bottles were still plastic, which feels out of step with current sustainability expectations. On the second day, the concierge desk was unattended and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone was available
Overall, it was a good stay. The property has many strengths, especially the room size, comfort, and location, but a few service and detail-related improvements would make the experience feel more aligned with its luxury brand position.

Ccxssxlynnamazing almost unbeatable facilities! fully equipped unit which really helped us save lots of money by cooking. washer, coffee machine, induction stoves, pots and pans, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, chopping board and knives, cutlery/utensils, fridge with freezer, chiller and veg compartments. they even provide dishwashing powder and laundry powder. smart TV was great as well, beds were comfy. service was super friendly and helpful as well. they even have a pilates studio and a gym in this hotel. we had the best stay in this spacious room and we’ll definitely be back if we ever visit australia again!

UUtente anonimoSiamo rimasti nella camera familiare di Rydges World Square per tre notti e abbiamo avuto una molto comoda esperienza. La struttura a due camere era spaziosa e pulita, anche se condividere una camera da bagno unica tra quattro adulti era un piccolo inconveniente. Un gesto pensiero dall'hotel ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale, sorpreso mio figlio con i trattamenti di cioccolato e una carta di compleanno al check-in, che apprezziamo davvero.
La posizione è eccellente, vicino a molte attrazioni, e la comodità di avere un centro commerciale a destra, con ristoranti e un supermercato aggiunto alla facilità del nostro soggiorno. In generale, è stata una piacevole e confortevole esperienza.

PPeteskywalkerHo appena completato il mio primo soggiorno a Vibe Hotel Sydney e ha avuto un forte vincitore! La camera è confortevole, moderna e ha colpito tutte le buone note.Grande posizione e 5 minuti a piedi da Chinatown. Ma sinceramente, l'accento del mio viaggio è stato il servizio di eccellenza che ho ricevuto al bar e al ristorante di Storehouse. Harvey, sei una leggenda! La sua attenzione, le sue raccomandazioni e le sue amiche vibrazioni hanno reso la mia esperienza di cena davvero inoltrabile. Sono stato lì tutte le 3 notti del mio soggiorno in questa proprietà.
Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto e urlare a Harvey per farne uno memorabile!

UUtente ospiteBreakfast was excellent but the room we had on level one was not good. It had steps going down to the bed. As you went into the room the bathroom was on the left tea making on the right then steps down to bed area with TV and lounge to sit on. Not good for us with mobility issue in our late seventies . Had to go up the steps to make tea or use the bathroom. Management explained the room was recently renovated and yes we could tell that but didn’t even have a window to look out. It was so high up in the wall. He said that was the only room available for what I had booked. I have stayed there before and had a lovely room so very disappointed this time.

UUtente anonimoOttimo luogo. Più vicino a tutto. Personale amichevole. Buona stanza di dimensioni.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza superiore con due letti grandi. Facile da adattare alla nostra famiglia di due adulti e due bambini.
La manutenzione delle case potrebbe essere migliorata. La stanza è pulita in generale, ma non presta attenzione ai dettagli. Ad esempio, alcune superfici sono polverizzate. Il carpetto può essere fatto con un accurato vuoto. I bagni usati possono essere appeso o piegato. Non è semplicemente lasciato sul sedile piegato.

PpornphunWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
