PPippa-louisePlace is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard . But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come And make sure carry worked she forgot card for The card so Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10 Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room 506 to 606

HHorgeSuch a classic old hotel, with gorgeous views and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The location is convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and it is right next to the river and gardens. The only negative was though we had a great check in experience, it was very inconsistent across our group. Despite 2pm check-in, one couple still didn’t have a room at 3.15pm. I’d stay again to check out the facilities as we didn’t have time on this occasion.

CChyllaxLa posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente - a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro convenzionale. La stazione ferroviaria e la stazione di autobus sono vicini e la passeggiata verso il vicino turbocat rende l'hotel in una posizione ideale per il trasporto. Il divano era efficiente e piacevole, ma anche se io controllavo presto e le camere non erano pronte, erano gentili per permetterci di usare le strutture del 21° piano per rilassarsi e docciare. Anche sul 21° piano c'è la barra del tetto che ha le migliori viste della banca del Sud e della linea di cielo. La Vista King Suite era una grande stanza con una grande zona di bagno e il letto era super comodo. Mi ci voleva un po' trovare la porta, nascosta dietro una porta di vetro per bloccare il rumore. La custodia della casa era efficiente e accurata. Il colazione era nel caffè a G/F o nel 21° piano, e le servite erano carine e riempite dal menu a la carte.

KKakoeAmore dell'hotel, posizione, pulizia, comfort della camera, attrezzature e personale amichevole. Tuttavia, dopo 8 ore di volo o di guida, il personale vi saluta solo per richiedere di controllare la vostra entrata in kiosk. Ho passato tutto il complesso processo con un assistente che mi ha aiutato solo per dire che dovevo vedere un assistente per controllare. WTH! Come frustrante e non un modo per essere accolto con favore in un hotel. So che anche il personale dell'hotel è frustrato con il processo e è un altro completo disconnessione da parte dell'azienda con l'hotel individuale. Mi sentivo un processo freddo e impersonale, soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio, quando tutto quello che volete fare è finalmente andare in una stanza e andare lontano dal pubblico, e mi hanno costretto a usare il kiosco per controllare la mattina prossima. Mi rifiuto, consegue la chiave al partecipante e mi sono camminato. Quando paghi cento o duecento o più per una stanza, il minimo che possono fare è fornire un servizio personale per 5 o 10 minuti durante il vostro soggiorno. In futuro rimarrò al di fuori di un hotel Accor. Che grande fallimento alla fine.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole al Marriott Brisbane. L'esperienza complessiva è stata piacevole, cominciando con il processo di check-in caldo e amichevole. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben attrezzata, offrendo un ambiente rilassante per il mio soggiorno. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il colazione. La varietà e la qualità dei cibi erano impressionanti, con una serie di opzioni per adattarsi a tutti i gusti. Il servizio nella zona di cena era efficiente e attento, rendendo un grande inizio ogni giorno. La posizione dell'hotel è anche conveniente, rendendo facile esplorare le attrazioni di Brisbane.

SScott Alexander WilliamLiving Room bar is a must to visit !! Tony and his colleagues were super hospitable, mixed us most of the menu items, and our favourites were the Beet-ness and Espresso 2.0. We stayed for only the one night on the 19th floor and thought the view at night was great. Waking up to see so much of Brisbane in the morning was a real surprise. Breakfast Buffet menu options were vast, however we chose from the à la carte menu paired with some fantastic coffees to start the day.

UUtente ospiteThe location was very convenient. The room was neat and tidy. The building is older. The shower was hot and powerful. The mattress was an old spring mattress and could definitely do with an upgrade. For the price and one night, it was adequate for our needs.

SSujung_La posizione era davvero buona Il traffico era così conveniente e buono perché era proprio davanti al museo La cosa sfortunata è che la stanza non è pulita correttamente. C'era un cibo nel cassaforte che qualcuno aveva mangiato, così ho detto al contatore, e non c'era nulla fatto.
