Hotel a Brasov, Romania

È stata la più sorprendente esperienza che abbia mai avuto in un hotel, almeno dalla Romania, troverete tutto quello che sognate:super buoni servizi,tutti gli impianti che avete bisogno:spa,biliardo, le camere sono sorprendenti, Super gusto, vario e fresco al colazione ....una esperienza sorprendente, le parole possono t descrivere che grande sensazione ho dopo questo ...I non posso aspettare di tornare, grazie per tutta questa grande esperienza in un solo giorno 😊🤩

Tutto è stato meraviglioso. Hanno molte strutture, tra cui lavatrice, forno e parcheggio. Alta qualità per questo prezzo.

Great hotel in the best location. Very quiet location just 2 minutes from the main square, perfect to visit all the main tourist attractions. We stayed in room 23, which is on the top floor with views across the roof tops and to the mountains. Very bright and sunny room with no-one looking in on you, definitely recommend if you don't mind a few stairs. Staff were very helpful and all spoke excellent english. Breakfast good- toast, cereal, bacon, eggs erc. If you want english breakfast tea take your own teabags. Brasov itself is fabulous. Very clean, safe, friendly city with loads of great cafes and restaurants. Definitely visit Peles Castle and Bran Castle. Also go up in the cable car and enjoy a lovely walk down through the woods. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel.

Se potessi darle 10 stelle, lo farei! L'edificio stesso si trova nel luogo perfetto di Brașov, non potevo chiedere di meglio! E ' pieno di carattere e fascino, le camere sono molto spaziose e la decorazione si adatta perfettamente al fascino dell'hotel! In termini di letti, sono estremamente morbidi e confortevoli, ho dormito come su una nuvola! La pulizia era di prima classe, non poteva sbagliare! Abbiamo anche cenato al Wagner's Loft e è stato il cibo più delizioso mai, sono davvero felice che non abbiamo deciso di mangiare in uno dei tanti, molti altri luoghi, sarebbe stato una vergogna perdere questa gemma! Tuttavia, anche se ci sono molte cose che apprezzo su Casa Wagner, i diamanti assoluti di questo posto sono il personale!! Le persone più amiche, attenti, utili che davvero fanno questo posto brillare! Sono le 5⭐ extra per portarlo a 10! Da Wagner's Loft - Sorina, la ragazza con tanti tatuaggi e la ragazza con capelli rosa, così come il ricevitore dell'hotel (lunghi, capelli marroni e braccia), sono stati spettacolari! Mi dispiace non aver catturato i loro nomi! Spero che ricevano un grande bonus, sicuramente l'hanno guadagnato! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Non posso aspettare ora di andare a Casa Wagner a Sighisoara in prossimo giorno di vacanza!!

Il residence si trova in pieno centro. Posizione eccellente per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di interesse. La struttura è elegante ma sobria. Trattasi di un edificio d'epoca. Le camere sono semplici ma essenziali. Colazione eccellente

Perfekt Design and very friendly and helpful Rezeption. the rooms are Perfekt and 100 Clean. the Restaurant is Perfect too. and on the other side of the street a Shoppingcenter. i always come back.

We chose Aro Palace for our trip to Brasov first and foremost due its excellent location, about 10 minutes away (walking) from the main square in the old city center, Piata Sfatului. We had a very good 4-night stay, although when we arrived we were disappointed because the hotel and the rooms are somewhat dated (both the furniture as well as the walls, carpets, decorations etc) and didn’t look as new and fancy as we would have liked. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and quickly solved our requests, so in the end we decided the pros outweight the cons and managed to have a lovely time. The rooms are large and comfortable, if you look past the dated aspect, and they are equipped with everything a 4-star hotel should provide its guests. A few things here though: 1) our room did not have enough outlets, and none was available next to the nightstands - perhaps this is something the management could take into account for the next renovation; 2) there is no information in the rooms about the room service menu or the hotel amenities - I think having that sort of information available via a smart TV like most modern hotels have nowadays would be a big plus. 3) there is no place to leave towels and bathing suits to dry - the hotel has an optional room cleaning policy, which is quite nice and thoughtful to the environment, however, without a proper way to dry towels and bathrobes so that they can be reused, you are forced to ask for these to be refreshed daily. 4) the rooms and especially the bathrooms should be cleaned a little bit better - this is subjective, but in my opinion, comparing to similar hotels in the same price range I’ve stayed at, others do a much better job at cleaning mold and grime from all surfaces. On the bright side, the breakfast was very good, quality ingredients and excellent coffee - definitely better that similar hotels in the same price range. The rooms are equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, which is nice but also quite surprising, due to the contrast with the old-fashioned decor. We didn’t use the spa but we visited the pool - there are actually two, a small one for kids, that seemed to be heated, and a larger one, very decent size, that starts at 1.3 meters and reaches 2+ meters in depth at the far end. The spa & pool are not reserved for hotel guests only, and when we visited there was a group of people taking swim lessons and some college kids hanging around. The elevator takes you directly to the pool, which is good because you don’t need to parade in your bathrobe and slippers through the main lobby (unlike other hotels). As a downside, the pool area could be cleaned better as well - the small pool had areas on the bottom where black grime was visible between tiles. The hotel has 4 elevators, which meant we never had to wait for more than a few seconds. The WiFi had decent speed and coverage throughout the hotel. …durante il mio tour in Romania…mi sono fermata per una notte in questo Hotel a Brasov!!…Hotel Ambient!!…la posizione sicuramente è buona!!…anche tranquilla!!…mancava l’acqua di benvenuto che ormai si trova quasi dappertutto!!…colazione con vasto assortimento di dolce e di salato!!…personale troppo frettoloso!!…devi ancora finire che già ti portano via il piatto!!…comunque consigliato a Brasov!!…
