Went here for a conference. Was nervous to stay here as I usually always stay at the hotel across the street. I’ll now be requesting to stay here instead! It was SO clean! The lobby, elevators, exercise room was so clean and nice! I didn’t get to utilize the pool. The breakfast is plenty and hot! So many options which is appreciated! The staff at the front desk and at the breakfast were so nice and friendly. The room is simply stunning and clean! Like couldn’t find a thing wrong with it. Not only does the shower come with full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash, it also comes with full size hand wash and lotion at the vanity. The water pressure and temperature were great. I loved the ambiance lighting of the bathroom mirror. Lots of room for your products. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were even embroidered with soft and firm. You can control the AC/heat on the wall. The room had a pull out couch and chair with a small adjustable table. Also an office chair too. Keurig coffee pods which was nice. Overall it was lovely, comfortable and so clean. The one bonus feature that all hotels should get is the sliding door from the sleeping area to the entrance. I was right off the elevator and it was nice to shut that door and I could t hear a thing! Absolutely recommend. Thanks for a pleasant stay during a stressful time!

The room seemed clean and roomy. We had 2 queen beds, they were comfortable. Looked like the rooms had a few upgrades. There was no where to hang a towel. Parking lot was full every night and it was difficult to find a parking place. Breakfast area is very tiny and too many tables so crowded. It was a hot breakfast and good selection. The first morning they were out of coffee and the girl was just running to keep up. Fairly quiet; it was packed so we did hear some people in the hallway in the mornings. This hotel was close to where we were visiting so that was the reason we stayed here.

Siamo rimasti qui due volte in una settimana. Nella strada fino al lago Clear, poi di nuovo sulla strada indietro. Le due stanze erano pulite. Il telefono non funzionava nella seconda stanza. Non ne avevamo bisogno, ma io ho detto al dipartimento di fronte quando andavamo via. Potrebbe essere pericoloso se qualcuno dovesse chiamare il 911.Le camere avevano mini frigoriferi e microonde.Nessun produttore di caffè, ma avevano caffè nel lobby tutto il giorno. Il primo giorno lavoravano nella stanza che mangiava, così abbiamo dovuto mangiare nella nostra stanza, un po' inquietante, con bacon, uova, patate, macchina da waffle, muffin, ecc. (Il secondo giorno avevano salsicce invece di bacon e la stanza era aperta.) Il server alimentare era molto amichevole. Aveva una guardia di sicurezza 24 ore. Non si sa se fosse normale, perché ci erano persone che rimase lì dalle incendie al nord. L'uomo di manutenzione è andato sopra e oltre per recuperare il mio orecchio di diamante dalla drenaggio del bacino quando l'ho accidentalmente gettato. Grazie tante!!!! Anche loro hanno facilitato la nostra richiesta di una stanza sul piano principale quanto più vicino possibile ad un'uscita.

We came to this hotel for a hockey tournament. and we were booked into it by the tournament organizer. This was a huge mistake for the tournament cause this hotel is not team and family friendly. They close the pool at 9:30pm for adult time (which meant no one used it after 9:30pm), you are not allowed any food or covered drink including water in the pool area. They refused to keep the lounge space attached to their breakfast room open at any point for kids or parents to be in. There is a small lounge with four chairs in the front lobby for people to be in but it’s not nearly enough space for the size of the hotel. This poor girls volleyball team sat in this tiny space to have a team dinner and over three quarters of them were on the floor. If you are coming with a team expect to be in your room the entire time as the expectations of this hotel force it to be this way.
