L'hotel ha un ascensore, l'ambiente è tranquillo e confortevole, lo spazio della stanza è OK, c'è un giardino aperto, può mangiare le ossa nel giardino, l'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è molto positivo, soddisfare attivamente le esigenze dei clienti, vicino a Winsburg, prenotare una stanza tensa a un prezzo elevato al fine settimana vicino all'hotel non ci sono negozi e ristoranti, Devo mangiare nel ristorante dell'hotel, il cibo del ristorante è un cibo inglese tipico.

Very comfortable and cheap, booked the room on the same day for £42. The 24hr reception desk is very helpful. Checked in late on a Saturday night and was in my room within 2 minutes. It was pleasant stay, everything was clean and would definitely come back again. And Ranjiv on reception is a good lad too

Siamo rimasti nella sala esecutiva, basso ma sufficiente e spazioso. Ci sono fornito ogni giorno un caffè e acqua spargimento gratuita. Letto pulito e confortevole. La posizione era grande, solo il parcheggio era sospeso a causa della rinovazione, doveva parcheggiare al centro commerciale a £7 al giorno (8 minuti a piedi), ricordare di ottenere il parcheggio timbro al desk front dell'hotel prima di lasciare il parcheggio per questo speciale Tasso. Hotel generalmente molto consigliato.

Il personale è amichevole, soprattutto Anneka al di fuori del desk che è utile. Il parcheggio gratuito è offerto all'hotel che è molto conveniente. Il colazione è autoservato con cibo sufficiente. Il gusto è buono.

Incredibly disappointed with my stay. Room was hot and smelt very strongly of Indian takeaway on arrival. Bedding had blood on it. Bedhead in poor repair. Bathroom door did not close. Outer window was impossible to close due to the position of the television set and the inner window frame. Shower clearly cleaned but smelt very musty. Room 205 is next door to the linen room. Staff used this room loudly after midnight at 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. talking, banging the door repeatedly, and shaking sheets out. This woke me up multiple times, and I did not sleep well. There were no hairdryers available, I had to go out and buy one. The lift did not work. My card to enter the building stopped working during my stay and needed changing, which was another inconvenience. None of this is the fault of the staff who were very pleasant. Perfect location with cafes and shops nearby, just a shame that the place isn't well maintained. There's bog standard and then there's this.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato facile e la nostra stanza è stata pronta prima di quanto si aspettasse, che è sempre un bonus. La nostra stanza è stata decorata con bellissimi tocchi come i cannoni di dolci, l'acqua libera e alcuni bellissimi tocchi classici come il vecchio telefono. Abbiamo avuto una stanza di vista sul fiume che è un po' di stretto come si deve vedere sopra alcuni venti di tetto per vederlo, ma non può essere aiutato e è stato molto bello. La stanza era assolutamente senza spot e la camera da bagno è particolarmente alta e si aspetta che in un hotel boutique come questo. Il bagno era incredibilmente caldo, ma non era un problema, e un fan era stato fornito se era o se la stanza principale diventava troppo calda. Siamo stati svegliati da un allarme d'incendio che si è svolto per circa 15 secondi alle 9:00 e sicuramente era un po' di shock e incredibilmente alto (che è una buona cosa in un allarme!) ma non era ideale. Il personale non ha menzionato niente, ma una scusa sarebbe stata buona, ma non l'abbiamo sollevata, quindi forse non erano consapevoli del problema.L'unico altro problema che abbiamo sollevato è il servizio al Coppa Club, dove viene servito il colazione. Ci siamo mangiati due volte durante il nostro soggiorno e entrambi abbiamo incontrato problemi di servizio. Non saremmo tornati, ma ci siamo sentiti obbligati quando il colazione era incluso. Considerato quanto è bello l'hotel e il servizio fornito è meraviglioso è un peccato che sia leggermente arredata dal ristorante della porta successiva. In generale, si raccomandava di rimanere qui e sicuramente non ha visto nessuna delle parti che alcuni si lamentavano, spero che presto ritorneranno.

Camera pulita e ben illuminata. Grandi impianti con fitness e multitudine di set-up di gioco. Anche avere un bar nel lobby. Servire grandi cibi. Tutti davvero godono del soggiorno. Ben consigliato!

Booked the Village Bracknell as we've stayed at The Village Hotel Cardiff several times before therefore were hoping for a similar experience. The hotel room was spacious and two double beds for a family room was lovely, better than a sofa better. All clean and tidy. We used the pool which albeit small was ideal and again clean. Unfortunately the restaurant and food were not great at all. Staff were friendly The children's menu was a buffet prices at £8.95 which was rather expensive for a 3 and 6 year old who barely ate given the quality of the food. The table was booked for 8.15pm and the buffet food was dry or soggy, depending. Chips for example were soggy buy pasta was dry despite being advertised as pasta with sauce. Over priced meal for food they didn't eat, a capri run and ice cream! I understand the concept of quick food for kids but very poor quality. My Katsu curry was fine, nothing special, not too warm, expensive for £16.50 as Wagamamas is far nicer and fresher! My husband's meal was awful, luke warm chicken tenders which he returned twice due to temperature. Expected these to be cooked fresh but I did wonder if they'd been taken from the children's buffet! In the end he didn't eat then for fear of being ill. We've always had good food in The Village Cardiff so we decided to eat in the restaurant but for £70 and poor food we should've elsewhere. Breakfast was fine for adults, again overpriced for young children as they didn't eat £10 each of food- one bowl of cereal each in fact! If you have time and it's convenient I would eat elsewhere. Easy
