Outstanding privacy given its close proximity to downtown and UVA wise this beautiful ranch, 3 BR, 2 Bath house is all your large family needs for a wonderful stay in the lush Virginia countryside. Large living room for gatherings, piano, TV, internet for entertainment. A comfortable front deck and covered porch provide outdoor dinning opportunities or just time to view and relax among the deer, meditation pond and peaceful views of an endless meadow without close neighbors. As per popular request we have added a large BBQ, an outside firepit, basketball goal with balls and other outdoor activities including corn hole and a fantastic tree swing.We have a three night minimum stay but would possibly consider two nights to previous renters or under special circumstances. Its a large property to be having folks only staying two nights. Please reach out if you would like to review. We can support special events as long as the overnight guest count is not exceeded.
