Columbia Britannica, Canada: hotel pet friendly

We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

Love this hotel. The service is top notch. The hotel is modern and high tech. Special call out to Andrew, the concierge, for his excellent recommendations and hospitality. Pro tip - speak to Andrew in the morning and let him provide you with where to go and what to eat. Your day will definitely be filled with activities and great vibes!

We wrapped up spring break with a super chill three-day, two-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, and it was exactly what our family of four needed. The rooms were awesome—super comfy, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The view of the mountains? Absolutely stunning. It made lounging around way more enjoyable. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a hit with all of us, and the kids especially loved the marshmallow roasting session held daily from 4–6 pm. It was such a fun and cozy family activity! The ping-pong facilities were also a big favorite, though they seemed to be in high demand. Breakfast was a highlight, too—the buffet had an amazing variety of options, and we were pleasantly surprised to find BC caviar as part of the offerings that day. A unique and delicious treat! The only downside was the playroom—it’s a bit small, especially during busy times like spring break or summer. It felt a little limited for all the kids hoping to use it. That said, the staff nailed it. They were super friendly and helpful, adding little touches to make our stay extra special. Four Seasons Whistler definitely delivered. We left feeling recharged and already talking about when we can come back!

Bella posizione solo un po 'su una collina dal centro, tutto è pulito ma non ci sono strutture come la spazzatura o la pasta dentale ma forniscono shampoo , condizionatore, sapone . E lozione. , umbrello Ha una palestra, piscina, tubo caldo, ma un po'di muro se si trova nella torre sud. Bella vista quando non c'è pioggia si può vedere montagne e laghi super bello!

It was a second overnight transit stay in the same week. Clovenient location to airport n free shuttle. Though the shuttle from airport to hotel was full n we had to take a cab into the hotel - n the hotel reimbursed about 80% of the fare. Very short walk to a nearby open shopping centres which had lots of eatery selection. We ate Japanese n it was quite good. Only disappointment was with Trip.com n not with hotel. I thought the rate included 2 breakfast n turned out it did not. I could have gotten better deal booking directly with Marriottboncoy n get my free breakfast entitlements

L'hotel è vicino al Stanley Park e alla baia inglese P, la posizione è molto buona, uscire dal mare, avere un parcheggio tariffario e conveniente. Anche se è un negozio di centinaia di anni, non c'è senso moderno, ma il servizio è ben attuato, la camera è ampia e il personale atmosferico è attento, Il ristorante del primo piano è un piccolo peccato perché non c'è un posto per un appuntamento per il fine settimana.

The cleanness of the room was excellent. The room had a musty smell had to go out and purchase an air freshener to help absorb the smell. I asked if they had bbq was told yes. So we went out bought a steak only to find out it is a charcoal bbq and you had to supply your own. So it was a big disappointment and put a damper on our stay. The hotel is not close to city so heading out again was not an option. If you want cleanliness it was 100%

Visita con la nonna. L'hotel è perfettamente situato per le nostre esigenze. Vicino a shopping e vicino alla stazione Sky Train per un facile accesso al centro di Vancouver. Le strade sono più pulite e più sicure del centro di Vancouver. Questo è il nostro hotel quando visitamo la zona di Vancouver.

We arrived at 7 pm but front desk was already closed. They had emailed us info regarding this but to be honest I barely read anything because we were busy traveling. So it is my fault however it would have been better to have someone at the front desk. Then again this probably their slow season so I kind of understand. Room was nice and clean and large. Great place especially if you are skiing there.

Overall good. Very basic motel, but it is clean and comfortable. No real extras or amenities- there was coffee in the lobby when we checked out early in the morning. The heating unit could use an update- it was either on or off, too hot or too cold - difficult to get to an nice comfortable temp, but it worked.
