Columbia Britannica, Canada: hotel pet friendly

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

Abbiamo preparato una pausa primavera con un super freddo di tre giorni, due notti di soggiorno al Four Seasons Resort Whistler, e questo è esattamente quello che la nostra famiglia di quattro aveva bisogno. Le camere erano fantastiche, super comode, elegante e senza spot. La vista delle montagne? Assolutamente stupenda. Fava più piacevole stare in giro. La piscina all'aperto riscaldata e i tubi caldi sono stati colpiti da tutti noi, e i bambini amavano soprattutto la sessione di tostatura di marshmallow tenuta quotidianamente a partire dalle 4 –6 pm. Era così divertente e accogliente attività familiare! Anche le strutture di ping-pong erano un grande favorito, anche se sembravano in forte domanda. La colazione era un'enfasi, anche il buffet aveva una varietà di opzioni, e ci sorprendeva piacevolmente trovare il caviar BC come parte delle offerte quel giorno. Un trattamento unico e delizioso! L’unico punto di svolta è stato il giochiroomit’s un po’ piccolo, soprattutto in tempi occupati come la pausa di primavera o l’estate. Il personale lo ha inghiottito, e sono stati molto amichevoli e utili, aggiungendo pochi tocchi per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Quattro stagioni Whistler si è certamente consegnato. Ci siamo lasciati sentire ricca e già parlando di quando possiamo tornare!

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house! Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good. Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already. I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:) I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

Nice location just a bit up hill from downtown, everything is clean but there’s no amenities such as toothbrush or toothpaste but provide shampoo , conditioner, soap . And lotion. , umbrella Has gym, pool, hot tub but a bit wall if u located in south tower. Nice view when there’s no rain you can see mountains and lake super nice!

La casa è davvero carina, pulita e facile da raggiungere in città entro 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus. E 'molto conveniente per soggiornare e il posto è molto nuovo e fornisce tutte le attrazioni menzionate. Rimarrei qui per la seconda volta se visitassi Vancouver di nuovo. Sicuro posto per le donne che viaggiano solo. Molto consigliato. Ho avuto un bel tempo per restare qui.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s truly one of our favorite places to stay. The hotel is always clean, the staff are consistently kind and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent! It’s just a short walk from the station, making it very convenient, while still being quiet and peaceful. We also love having a bathtub in the room, which makes it so easy to relax after a long day. We always have a wonderful stay and will definitely be back again!

L'hotel è vicino al Stanley Park e alla baia inglese P, la posizione è molto buona, uscire dal mare, avere un parcheggio tariffario e conveniente. Anche se è un negozio di centinaia di anni, non c'è senso moderno, ma il servizio è ben attuato, la camera è ampia e il personale atmosferico è attento, Il ristorante del primo piano è un piccolo peccato perché non c'è un posto per un appuntamento per il fine settimana.

I really enjoyed my stay at Blueberry Grove Retreat! The place was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I felt relaxed and at home during my stay. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the property. It was a lovely place to come back to and rest after a long day. I’m very happy that I chose to stay here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver. If I come back to Vancouver in the future, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Fairmont Pacific Rim es un gran hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. Las instalaciones y el servicio es de primera. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Nos asignaron una habitación de buen tamaño y con una vista espectacular del puerto. Los amaneceres son increíbles!
