Located in the heart of downtown Wisconsin Dells, Sunset @ DooHickey's is a beautiful apartment that will cover all of your needs while visiting the water park capital of the world! It's located within walking distance of restaurants, gift shops, entertainment, and the Wisconsin River. The apartment is brand new and filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay! BedroomsSunset has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can very comfortably sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a nice king-sized bed, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and bunk bed, a nice closet, and is right next to the other bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is equipped with a bath, making it perfect for families with little ones.KitchenThe living space is perfect to relax in after a long day of adventure in the Dells! There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone in the open concept area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make a delicious meal. Living RoomThe living room has a sectional couch and a recliner where your group is able to spread out. The TV is connected with cable and you can log into any of your streaming services. There is a Blu-ray player and a good selection of movies, but feel free to bring some of your favorites! Board games, cards, and books are on the TV center. Do not forget to play the arcade game that will take you down memory lane, with classics such as PacMan and Donkey Kong!Laundry RoomThe laundry room is accessible in the apartment. Equipped with front load washer and dryer with a utility sink in the room. We do not supply laundry detergent, so please remember to bring your own! PatioOur patio is located at the top of the stairs when you first enter the building. We have 2 tables where you can hang out enjoy the beautiful weather. The patio is shared with our other apartment, but do not worry the space is definitely big enough! Parking There is one stall available onsite and it is also covered. Vehicle information will be requested for parking onsite. Any additional cars will need to find parking elsewhere. The open concept living and kitchen area flows to the outdoor composite deck with a gas BBQ grill and 6 person dining set, creating an accommodating space to gather around. The main floor of this home features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, a full-size hall closet, a large kitchen island with seating for up to 6, stunning floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace and a mounted 60” Roku Smart TV above the fireplace, white quartz countertops accented with gray and gold in the kitchen and bathrooms, full-size stainless steel appliances including a gas range, refrigerator/freezer with water filter and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, large sink, toaster, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee pods), walk-in pantry, and ample kitchen cabinets. The lower level begins with carpeted stairs that are met with luxury vinyl plank flooring in the common area, bathroom, and laundry room and carpet in the 2 bedrooms. The common area has a large family room with a wall mounted 75” Roku Smart TV, 6 person dining table, ping pong table, and dry bar. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and utility sink with laundry detergent pods available for your convenience. PARKING DETAILS:A maximum of 5 mid-sized vehicles can park on-site (2 garage parking spaces and 3 driveway parking spaces)-- Parking on the grass is prohibited. On-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles are prohibited from blocking the sidewalk– violators are subject to penalties that they are fully responsible for.
