Cheshire, Regno Unito: hotel pet friendly

Abbiamo bisogno solo due volte di servizio a casa, una volta per ottenere un buco di ghiaccio che è stato consegnato abbastanza rapidamente, ma la seconda volta per alcune tovaglie, perché la stanza non era stata costruita e abbiamo bisogno di tovaglie fresche per la doccia prima di andare a cena per 5.00pm è stato un disastro, Ho ordinato servizio in casa a circa 2.00pm e ho spiegato che mi servivano urgentemente. Allora dovevo andare a incontrare qualcuno che lasciava mia moglie nella stanza per fare un bagno. A 3.00pm Ho ordinato a mia moglie di essere detto che non erano state consegnate le tovaglie, al ritorno all'hotel sono andato alla ricezione e ho parlato con un gentiluomo lì e ha seguito le mie preoccupazioni e ha parlato con qualcuno sull'urgenza della situazione e poi ho parlato con noi camera. Era in quella fase circa 3.45pm e quindi abbiamo dovuto usare gli asciugamani usati che erano stati lasciati nel bagno per essere cambiati. Ero piuttosto disgustoso quando al 4.30pm gli asciugamani dove sono stati consegnati appena prima di dover andare al ristorante. Avrei pensato che la nostra richiesta di asciugamani avremmo dovuto essere ordinata e non prendere 2 1/2 ore per completare la richiesta che mi ha reso disgustosa nel modo in cui è stata gestita.

Le camere sono molto leggere e pulite e letti robust. Nel sito ufficiale degli hotel, si dice che le camere sono climatizzate, ma questo non è vero. Quando abbiamo chiesto al ragazzo di ricevere, ha cercato di convincermi che l’ho letto male e ha cercato di farmi sembrare stupido, ma chiaramente dice che le camere hanno un aircondition, ma solo la ricezione/lobby ha un aircondition. La stanza era molto confortevole, poteva fare con un po'di biancheria, come guardare direttamente negli uffici lungo la strada, a meno che non chiudessi le tende.

I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

Incredibile da parte di partenza a finitura. Un po 'mix su un sistema di prenotazione ma ordinato entro minuti. Non poteva essere meglio guardato! Ottimo valore, il personale che va il miglio extra ha reso il nostro soggiorno di 1 notte così piacevole i bambini non volevano andare a casa!

Per un normale colazione di dimensioni dovete pagare un'altra, il riscaldamento era rotto nel bagno, così era abbastanza freddo. L'hotel sembrava un po' tatuato in luoghi. Il servizio era mancante, doveva sempre cacciare i membri del personale. Bella costruzione e buona posizione.

Camera odore di vomito e le tende sono state cancellate informati personale che sembravano attenti ma non ci è stato offerto un cambiamento di camera L'hotel è contratto per lavoratori che lavorano sull'autostrada anche molti coppie con cani nella stanza A mio parere, la pulizia in questo hotel è diminuita.

È mostrato sul tuo sito Historico edificio ma dietro dove le camere degli ospiti sono peggiori allora alloggio di viaggio - Camere degli ospiti molto fondamentale - Se qualcuno va in bagno si può sentire tutto, l'isolamento del rumore molto povero . Non è 4 stelle, per favore controlla la tua descrizione. Sono felice di aver dovuto rimanere solo un giorno, perché non è sicuramente 4 stelle hotel ????
