Arrived at reception to a 30min wait due lots of people trying to book in and only two receptionists at the desk and one of these was dealing with problems. Which spoilt the start to our break. Once we arrived in our room which was above the restaurant we found the room 4133 outdated with veneer on the wardrobe peeling off. This is not what we would have expected from the reviews we had read. reference the leisure complex swimming pool. which was clean but we found no instructions on how to operate the lockers and had to wait until someone came in. The breakfast and bar area are excellent. generally Very disappointed.

Ho preso mia moglie qui per il suo 60° anniversario, sorprendente receptionista di personale Charlotte era calda e conosciuta, molto gentile dandoci un segno per il compleanno. La piscina infinita è sorprendente e pulita, Shrigley avrebbe fatto molto di più se servissero bevande mentre era nella piscina, ma saremmo ancora qui. Le camere sono adatte sono pulite, la doccia è sorprendente, il pranzo per cena è stato ancora eccellente, il servizio è 11/10 e ho avuto un numero di spa il prezzo del pasto è stato davvero buono con un ottimo cibo. La colazione mattina è di nuovo pianificata per scegliere da e di nuovo gusto con grande scelta. Ci deve essere più scelta alimentare. Manutenzione IE cambia o riparazioni alle porte o radiatori non dovrebbero essere portati mentre gli ospiti sono rilassati, lavorano o hanno un sonno tardivo. In 2 occasioni il personale di manutenzione ha lavorato per diverse ore rovinando il mio soggiorno. Molto rumoroso.

When I used the pool it was virtually empty. I love that it was open until 9pm as it meant I could swim after a long day out. The room was big and spacious. Only downside is the shower wasn't great, there wasn't much power and the water was too hot. Could have done with having air con or even a fan as it got quite hot in the night. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay

L'hotel è piuttosto bello, anche se è stato abbassato con la mancanza di aria condizionata che, a mio avviso, è stata rotta da un po'. Mi fu offerta di trasferirmi da una stanza calda a una stanza calda, solo per essere sandwichata tra due stanza che avevano ovviamente una festa, e mi fu offerta di tornare alla mia stanza originale, che finalmente mi sono addormentata. Un bel hotel, lasciato in pace dalla mancanza di aria condizionata.

Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

È stato semplicemente giusto, ho lavorato a Crewe per 1 giorno e l'Ibis era perfetto, la camera bella e calda? e pulito, e la colazione era ottima, molta scelta?
