This 6 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, peninsula house has 180 degrees of lake views and privacy! 450 feet of lake frontage with a 100 ft of sandy beach and a volley court!! From inside and outside it is extremely spacious & open, perfect for large families and groups. (Main Floor) walking through the front door you enter into a large dining room that seats all 16 guests! 18 seats total. A coffee bar with 2 coffee pots to kick off everyone's morning right! The slider off the dinning opens up to a massive covered deck to enjoy the lake no matter the weather. The modern kitchen has everything needed to cook amazing meals with a double refrigerator to hold all your food. This home has an oversized living room with 2 sectionals, a shuffleboard table, a couch overlooking a wood burning fireplace. Step outside from the living room onto a huge 16x28 deck with picnic tables to bring your meals to the outdoors or just to relax in the sun. Sleeping on the main floor has 2 - queen bedrooms, and 2 full baths. A couple steps down and you walk into the kid bunk room, 2 bunk beds with trundles sleeping 6, a couch, tv, & arcade games. Go upstairs from the bunk room and you will find a second kid room with 2 twin beds. Going up the second set of stairs brings you into a spacious nook with 2 chairs to relax and decompress. There are 2 primary sweets. The first has a queen bed with a separate sitting area. The second sweet has a king bed, couch and desk. Also has a balcony overlooking the lake perfect for morning coffee and excellent sunset views with a glass of wine! Upstairs also has a full sized washer and dryer along with a half bath. Outside there is a large walled off beach with sandy bottom for endless fun in the sun. When you're done watching some of the most enchanting sunsets imaginable right from the beach, sit down around the fire-pit in the sand and relax the night away.There are 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a paddle boat free to use. There are also life jackets and fishing poles.The house is 5 minutes from the town of Evart. There is a Dairy Whip for ice cream, restaurants, a bar, bowling alley, a tube and kayak rental for the Muskegon river that will drop you off and pick up, a grocery store and a Dollar general. Peaceful 4 bedroom (8 beds) 3 bath cabin situated on 16 acres along the East Branch of the Pine River. Living spaces decorated with comfort and family fun in mind. Enjoy the river while sitting on our wrap-around porch. Open kitchen with bar seating and large table to fit the whole group. Play ping pong, arcades, or watch the big game in our walk-out basement. Loft area provides ample play space and an additional entertainment area. Enjoy our outdoor fire pit while you gaze at the stars.The log siding brings the outdoors in while giving you the traditional "Up North" feeling. With a wonderful wood burning fireplace and record player, the main living room has all the amenities to put you in a vacation state of mind. Main Floor bedroom has 1 queen bed with dresser, desk for a work space and window air conditioner unit (July - September only).Upstairs has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin and window air conditioner unit (July - September only). Basement bedroom has 2 twin beds. The walkout basement game room was created with fun in mind. We have 2 arcade games including Golden Tee and PacMan along with ping pong and not 1 but 2 TV's to make sure you are able to watch all the games. Sit on our wrap around porch while you grill and enjoy the many birds and tranquil sounds of the river babbling below. With 16 acres around the cabin you are bound to see deer and turkeys roaming about. Best place to go star gazing is out at the fire pit while listing to the sounds of the woods surrounding you. Please be aware of current local fire restrictions during the summer months. The Pine River is closed for fishing starting September 30 reopening the last Saturday in April. Guests must walk up a small flight of stairs to enter the house. We do not supply firewood.
